Water canons and rubber bullets.

Wonder how many of those are real students.

Protestors should lose any and all scholarships.
That's not how it works anymore.

The marxists have indoctrinated the colleges. The students reject western culture and ideology in favor of the communist/socialist tripe. They will work to destroy anyone who disagrees with them; their powerful puppeteers will push supporting laws in the houses of congress and on the backs of democrats.

This is the American version of the "cultural revolution" from China.

We are rapidly approaching the decision point but no one wants to take those lessons from history to what their natural end is.

And this isn't a threat--its a promise of what history has told us will come.

In 5 years they will all be dead or we will. Those that are not will be on trains to liquidation centers.

They are mentally preparing for this by degrading and dehumanizing all who isn't in lockstep with them.

Are we preparing as well?

I get the need to punish students who break laws, but kicking them out of school, or out of the country, or failing them in their classes, or taking away their scholarships, or any of the other long line of "punishments" that folks think should be implemented to stop students from protesting, feels like a violation of the 1st amendment. As a person who has been visited by the alphabet agencies, and wakes up every day wondering if this is the day that I get hauled off to the gulag for protesting, and has lost opportunities in life because my protesting is offensive to some, I must admit that I do sometimes struggle to see the difference between the left and the right. It seems both sides are fine with protests, as long as what is being protested aligns with their beliefs, and very against protests (to the point of wanting to punish the act) that do not align with their beliefs.

As an American, I believe that anyone should be allowed to protest anything they like, as long as no laws are broken. Call me old fashioned.
I may be wrong

But at least it USED to be

That "making terroristic threats"

WAS "breaking the law".

I guess now it all depends upon whom --or what group--is threatened.

Be careful.

Refuse to stand up for Israel and the Jews......

And when they come for YOU............................

Ilhan Omar daughter barred from campus housing, dining hall after anti-Israel protest suspension, she says

Ilhan Omar's daughter says she has no access to dorm, dining hall during Barnard College suspension

Rep. Ilhan Omar's, D-Minn., daughter says she has nowhere to go and nothing to eat following her suspension from Barnard College after taking part in anti-Israel protests at Columbia University last week.
Isra Hirsi was among more than 100 people arrested and issued a summons for trespassing on Thursday after protests at Columbia University. Hours earlier, she said she had been suspended from Barnard College for "standing in solidarity with Palestinians facing a genocide."
The 21-year-old has gone into more detail about the suspension. Along with not being able to go to classes, she said she has been evicted from campus housing and banned from using the dining hall with her meal plan.
"I was a little bit frantic, like, where am I going to sleep? Where am I gonna go? And also all of my s--- is thrown in a random lot. It’s pretty horrible," she told Teen Vogue. "I don’t know when I can go home, and I don’t know if I ever will be able to."

The student said she reached out to campus administration, but did not hear back until 48 hours after her suspension was handed down, when she was told she could pick up a prepackaged bag of food.
Barnard College is one of four Columbia undergraduate schools that has an independent admissions process, curriculum and financial structure, as well as a separate administration, according to the New York Post. The college did not immediately respond to a Fox News Digital request for comment.

Dozens of anti-Israel activists began protesting at Columbia University on Wednesday morning, creating an encampment on the main lawn in protest of Israel's war against Hamas. Protests continued into the overnight hours with calls for an intifada and the death of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Omar praised her daughter's participation in the protests. Earlier in the week, she questioned Columbia administrators during a congressional hearing on Capitol Hill about anti-Israel activism on the Ivy League campus.

During the hearing, Omar sounded the alarm about what she called an "attack" with a "toxic chemical substance" at an anti-Israel protest at Columbia University. However, according to court documents, the substance was a non-toxic flatulence spray called "Liquid A--" and "Wet Farts."
Fox News Digital has reached out to Omar's office.

Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., suggested Hirsi's suspension was a reprisal for her mother's questions.
"The day after @IlhanMN questioned Columbia leadership's commitment to free academic expression, the school suspended her daughter?" Bowman posted online. "It's clear what is happening here. Our educational institutions should not be in the business of political reprisals."

That has only worked where the general population has been disarmed. They know it, we know it, it's presently a stalemate.

NYU decided to join in last night.

The faculty from NYU joined arms to form a barrier between the protestors and the police. They were the first to be arrested. It will be interesting to see how the administration deals (or desn‘t) with these faculty members.

Multiple antisemitic incidents were reported.

Many of the protestors appeared to be praying when cops moved in.

NYPD arrests over 100 protesters at NYU, clears out anti-Israel encampment on campus

The NYPD arrested more than 100 protesters at New York University — including students and faculty — on Monday night and cleared out a campus encampment set up earlier by anti-Israel demonstrators.

Cops in riot gear cuffed the protesters – who are demanding NYU divest from holdings tied to Israel over the ongoing violence in Gaza — with zip ties and led them to police buses, the university’s student-run newspaper Washington Square News reported.

NYU faculty members linked arms and stood side-by-side to form a human barrier between a swarm of cops and student protesters, according to a video shared by a City reporter. The professors were the first to be arrested.

Moments earlier, police blasted a message over a megaphone, ordering the group to disperse or face arrest for trespassing, according to the newspaper.

Once the cops moved in, they also tore down tents that students erected Monday morning as part of a “Gaza Solidarity” encampment at the private university’s Gould Plaza on West 4th Street.

Earlier in the day, NYU’s director of Campus Safety informed protesters that they would “face consequences” if they did not leave the encampment by 4 p.m., WSN reported.

The directive came after metal barriers that were set up at Gould Plaza to prevent the protest from growing in size were reportedly breached.

“With the breach of the barricades early this afternoon, that requirement was violated, and we witnessed disorderly, disruptive and antagonizing behavior that has interfered with the safety and security of our community,” Campus Safety head Fountain Walker said to the crowd at the encampment, according to the college paper. “If you leave now, no one will face any consequences for today’s actions — no discipline, no police.”

But the number of people supporting the protest only grew larger as anti-Israel activists from outside the college community showed up.

“This development dramatically changed the situation,” NYU spokesperson John Beckman said in a statement, noting that protesters with no affiliation with the university breached the barriers. “We witnessed disorderly, disruptive, and antagonizing behavior that has interfered with the safety and security of our community, and that demonstrated how quickly a demonstration can get out of control or people can get hurt.”

NYU then requested police officers to respond to the campus, according to Beckman and the NYPD.

The university spokesperson said that multiple “antisemitic incidents” were reported during the protest, without providing specifics.

“We also learned that there were intimidating chants and several antisemitic incidents reported,” Beckman said. “Given the foregoing and the safety issues raised by the breach, we asked for assistance from the NYPD. The police urged those on the plaza to leave peacefully, but ultimately made a number of arrests.”

Cops with the department’s Strategic Response Group stormed the protest at around 8:30 p.m. and began making arrests and taking down all the tents, according to WSN.

Many of the protesters appeared to be praying at the time that the cops swooped in, according to witnesses at the scene.

The NYPD said the students, faculty members and other protesters were being arrested for “disorderly conduct” in an announcement via megaphone.

As cops loaded up the arrestees onto the waiting transport buses, protesters who had gathered outside the barricaded campus plaza moved to the streets to block the vehicles from leaving, according to videos shared on social media. This prompted officers to make more arrests and the buses eventually left.

Police sources said more than 100 people were taken into custody.

An officer pepper-sprayed protesters — and a legal observer directly in the face — during an arrest in at least one instance, according to footage posted online and WSN.

Some of the remaining protesters who were able to evade arrest marched downtown from the NYU campus towards NYPD headquarters, according to social media reports and video.

They were met with a large group at 1 Police Plaza who were there to support the arrested protesters.

The crowd lit off flares — lighting the sky with a red glow and smoke — and waved Palestinian flags while repeating chants in support of Gazans dying under Israel’s retaliatory bombardment.

They also directed chants of “go home losers” at cops stationed outside police headquarters.

NYU was just one of several elite universities across the county where students protesting Israel had set up encampments.

Most notably, a tent city at Columbia University was removed by police last week – but another one popped soon after.

Um. If you're a "legal observer" and you're told to leave, don't you have to leave under penalty of law?

And if you don't you suffer the consequence (and discomfort?)

Methinks Mr. Griffin is looking to "agenda" in his authorship. (feigning disproportionate victimhood)

Just remember, people who were not violent but just walked between the velvet ropes, got more time than the worst offenders in that crowd.

If these "students" are allowed to do this. Release the J6 er's.

Why are the police being so f****** soft with these anarchist terrorist sympathizers?

(Because) These are the types of people we DEMOCRATS have “LET” take over the country. Let that sink in.

Wonder WHO they were "praying" to?

Certainly not the GOD of the Bible, who proclaims as one of His Names the God of "Abraham, Issac, and Jacob" and/or "God of Israel" (the nation as well as the man).

Allah?
Or SATAN--the REAL force behind all hatred of God's chosen people, the Jews?

JUST IN: Columbia University has announced classes will be remote for the rest of the year as anti-Israel protests rock the school.

There are now growing calls for tuition refunds for the $70k a year college now that it has practically turned into an online school.

"It’s vital that teaching and learning continue during this time. We recognize conditions vary across our campuses and thus are issuing the following guidelines," the school said while making the announcement. This just keeps getting better.

NONE of this riot/protest/don't go to class crap is happening at TRADE SCHOOLS!!

and I bet NONE of them are Engineering students!

Or pre-med. Those in the hard sciences and math are, for the most part, in the library or other quiet place getting ready for finals.

And, yes, it's highly unlikely this crap will fly at the trade schools. The future HVAC techs, truck drivers, and dental assistants are in school to earn credentials that will earn them more money than working at Walmart. Those who've been accepted to a program generally don't do things that will get them arrested or take major time away from their studies.

Uh, yeah, after (or before?) raping and horribly abusing them…female & male…

Im certain many here noticed pictures of some of the few hostages released right after the October 7th massacre…not to be crude, but you can tell a lot by their physical condition, what kind of abuse they endured.

Need I say more?

Also, remember what happened to that Ambassador in what was it, Bengazi…Stephenson?

Sexually abused him even after he was dead!

Nah, time to take the gloves off…starting with our own traitorous ‘leaders’, then on to those they’ve allowed to invade, and then, on to the ivory tower academics who’ve poisoned the minds of a generation of American kids.

Riot police surround Columbia University ‘tent city’ of anti-Israel protesters as deadline extended for demonstrators to leave

Columbia University will continue discussions with anti-Israel student protesters to reach an agreement on a plan to dismantle their encampment “for the next 48 hours” after a midnight deadline passed without a resolution, according to a report.

Riot police were seen assembling overnight as a University spokesperson said university administrators made “important progress with representatives of the student encampment,” the Columbia Spectator reported.

However, just past midnight, the Students for Justice in Palestine, Columbia University Apartheid Divest posted on X that they had left talks with the school “until there is a written commitment that the administration will not be unleashing the NYPD or the National Guard on its students.”

Speaker Mike Johnson is set to hold a press conference at the university Wednesday after he meets with Jewish students.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.

Speaker Mike Johnson is set to hold a press conference at the university Wednesday after he meets with Jewish students.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.

Riot police surround Columbia University ‘tent city’ of anti-Israel protesters as deadline extended for demonstrators to leave
Why the hell is Johnson even going there. He's third in line to the Presidency and that is the last place he should be right now. These people are not interested in TALK, they are interested in total destruction of our way of life. That dickless, spineless, brain dead excuse of a pResident only cares about placating them in order to try and get michigan and minnesota into the win column in November.
I know one thing, If I owned a company that supplied anything to that hell hole of a university, from food, to linens to toilet paper, I'd be telling them. "F-YOU, I'm not going near the place" Those dining halls don't grow their own food, let them friggin starve.

Just a little discernment yields that the Powers That Be (who own the vast majority press, media, and politicians) are:

For harmful Covid vaccines

Against you owning a gun

For the perverse LMNO&P blue/green haired screechers

For Antifa, BLM et al

Against Christ

and

For Ukraine

Against Israel

Think about it. They take the wrong side on every issue.

He would do better to keep a low profile between now and November.

One of those Jewish Students might take issue with the Administration supporting Hamas.

Mr. Johnson might get poked in the nose - or worse...

"Hey, you can't park those dollars over there..."

NYU, Columbia, and Yale are in the lead in competition to be the Ferro Rod that sparks things off this spring when the LEO/NG do what they eventually must do.

Looks like Marching Seasom is going to open with a bang.

Dobbin, I am afraid that Speaker Johnson is about to learn something which can only be taught in the center of a birthing riot, or by being the one who picks up 2 cats tied by their tails.

Oh come on, Mongo, that ain't a Breaking News Flash. It's been true since 1970, and '71.

However, if you are younger than I am (73 yesterday) you MIGHT not have gotten a piece of that.

Yes. Nothing better to do, might as well protest on Soros' ticket.

Any reason is a good one to protest on Soros' ticket. He was never particularly fond of his Jewish brethren anyway.

Expect coordinated pallets of bricks to arrive anytime soon.

And the Columbia leftist administration to provide the field of battle.
