I've never had to deal with that issue, but I would be very concerned if I found a lump. My mom and 2 of her sisters had breast cancer.

I looked the condition up and there are several supplements and vitamins that you can get for it.

Hmmm... have you really increased your caffeine intake? If not, I'd consider seeing a doctor fairly soon, as this is *extremely * unusual after menopause, and *could* indicate some sort of hormone imbalance... post menopause, unfortunately, that could be some type of tumor causing issues.

Don't freak out about it, but please, don't ignore it.
