Looks like something went wrong... the leak is now erupting from a large hole in the sea floor... probably 30 ft deep and 50 ft across...

Then while I was watching just a few minutes ago all of a sudden...

It's now eupting oil like a volcano...

I was watching the "plume" then I noticed the yellow cap thing was moving, then WOOOSH a hugh plume came out an obliterated the camera view,,,, CRAP.. It is like a Black out now!!!!!

The plume was just doing its lazy spew, and then the Yello thing went sort of up and off screen and then there was like a fire hose of black comming from where the yellow thing was, now it is just black... I think something blew off the top and the spill just got a WHOLE LOT WORSE!!!

This now looks NOTHING like it's looked before. This is a real cluster****. This is now a churning mass where before it was plumes.

Maybe they were in the middle of a change and the camera fell in the mud, casue now the show is back to a "still" shot.... I don't know, this does not jibe with what I saw.

Looks like they killed the live feed and went back to a pre-recorded tape...

Crater's gone... huge volcano of oil is gone... It's back like it was yesterday!!!

Guess that's why the "new" video has not date and time on it! Cause it would SHOW YESTERDAY!

Can't have the peasants watching what is really happening...

incredible...

One moment there's a crater with oil boiling out of it... the next instance the "robot" appears having materialized out of thin air!

Remember the camera is in an ROV that moves around...

I think these "black outs" are the ROV moving to close, and it gets into the plume...

At least I hope so...

I'm betting they're now running a loop. I'm convinced something happened that they don't want us to see. I don't think you're seeing a still. I think they just moved the camera behind the gusher. You can still see movement on the other side.

Not to sound like a nut-case, but ..... is it possible that the scene now on the BP feed, is just an old feed ...........? I mean it's too clear now ..... And I don't know it it could go from murky to clear that fast ...... Could it?

I'd wager there's sea-water, methane gas a-plenty mixed & churned into the oil-stream now to give it the brown look....active to say the least....

Remember there are 2 leaks, they're showing video of both.

Leak #1 is at the end of a pipe on the ocean floor. All the hi pressure crap being pushed out over the last month has to be eating away at the "soil". So I can understand it making a crater.

Leak #2 is at the top of the BOP, ~40 feet above the floor...

What about some sort of hydraulic cork, that was forced into the pipe many feet/yards down (they know the diameter) and expanded with hydraulic preasure fueled or powered by a little machine/ hyrdaulic pump outside of the well, the cement and weld that bizatch in place? The pipe is a known shape and length. its round right? wtf, how many clowns does it take? If the solution was to cost a billion dollars I bet BP would cut the check TODAY.....FRICKEN DO IT ALREADY!!

I've been watching your reports on the loops and I must say that the fact that you've been reporting as you have, indicating a degree of cover-up I never would have believed possible in a free society and a democracy, is almost more terrifying than the disaster itself. If they can cover something THIS blatant and this huge, then what else can they and ARE they covering up.

Those are some rather telling, and distressing, photos. It looks like a huge crater now. Is there a live feed anywhere showing this same scenario? Or just the robot and the clear water?
