*August 7th, 1998: Lunar eclipse conjunct Uranus.

Simultaneous al Qaeda terrorist bombings destroy U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania killing 12 U.S. citizens and more than 200 Kenyans and Tanzanians and wounded thousands more.


*October 12th, 2000: Full moon and exact opposition of Jupiter and Pluto squared by Mars.

*September 11th, 2001: Sun T-squares newly arrived opposition of Saturn and Pluto. Saturn conjunct the moon on September 11th and squared by the Sun (quarter moon). (This is not of great astrological significance, but Arch Crawford did predict something would happen that would put America at war.)

U.S. jetliners crashed into Twin Towers and Pentagon by terrorists destroying the World Trade Center in New York City and causing thousands of U.S. casualties. George Bush subsequently declares war on Osama bin Laden and world terrorism.


*November 20th, 2002: Lunar eclipse conjunct Mercury squared by Uranus.

On November 28th al Qaeda suicide bombers kill 12 people at an Israeli-owned beach hotel in Kenya and two missiles narrowly miss an airliner carrying home Israeli holidaymakers.


*May 14-15th, 2003: Exact conjunction of Mars and Neptune and Lunar Eclipse.

On May 12th, four explosions rock Riyadh, the Saudi capital, in an attack on compounds housing Americans, other Westerners and Saudis. Eight Americans are among the 34 people killed. Officials have linked the attacks to al-Qaeda and said the 15 attackers were Saudi.

On May 16th, 5 homicide bombings in Casablanca Morocco kill 41 and injure hundreds of others.


*November 9th, 2003: Lunar eclipse squared by Neptune and in grand trine with Mars and Saturn.

Al-Qaida terrorist suicide car bombing devastates Riyadh, Saudi Arabia housing complex, killing at least 11 people and wounding more than 120.


*November 23rd, 2003: Ramadan Total Solar Eclipse

On November 15th, between the Ramadan lunar and solar eclipses, Al Qaeda terrorists car bomb the Neve Shalom Synagogue and Beth Israel Synagogue in Istanbul, Turkey; 20 killed, hundreds wounded, included at least 36 children.

New York on terror watch New Year's Eve

Assuming their city is the "number one target" for terrorists, New York Police have revealed they will be on high alert on New Year’s Eve – one of the most challenging counter-terrorism events of the year.

As America once again examines the specter of terrorism close to home following the attempted bombing of a US airliner landing in Detroit on Christmas Day, the NYPD say they are fully prepared for Thursday night with a massive police presence scanning the crowds, MyFoxNational reported.

New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said: “It will be a full-fledged deployment of our resources.”

"We assume New York is the number one target and we've assumed that since January 2002,” he added.

Kelly said the NYPD was doing more than any other US city to keep people safe from another terrorist attack.
However he admitted there were no guarantees.

“We live in a dangerous world,” he said.

He said the attempted terrorist attack on Christmas Day had “not caused us to change anything.”

"There are no specific threats against the city."

On New Year’s Eve the NYPD will have radiation and biological detection devices deployed in Times Square in New York, decontamination facilities set up, and sniper teams in position. Backpacks won't be allowed, garages will be searched, and surveillance operations conducted.
