I don't think I have ever seen a quake in this region before? Anyone else?

My goodness. There have been so many earthquakes lately. I'm really starting to get freaked out. :shkr::shkr::shkr:

Didn't they recently find a lot of active volcanoes in the Arctic as well?

i watch eq's a lot.... it's my hobby.
There have been earthquakes in the region before.... if You go to the historical map at the above site it will tell You where they occurred. However the frequency of these is greater than normal..... it's a real swarm. Swarms around volcanoes usually have lower readings 1's and 2's ...... not 5's. my thought is a fault releasing.....

here's the historical map...
