POL County by County Racism

If you look at Google maps election results, county by county, it's very clear that racial demographics played a large part of the process. Look at Texas for example: The blue counties are either major metro areas or the Rio Grande valley. In Oklahoma, the only counties it was even close were Oklahoma,Tulsa, and Comanche (Lawton). The demographic breakdown looks much like Chittum's CWII. It makes for interesting viewing.

I can't believe that South Florida went for the muslim.

h-m-m-m-m-m South Florida has a huge jewish population - and Obama carried 77% of the jew vote nation wide :shr:

I don't think the vote was primarily racial. I think it was ideological: The prevailing views of urban liberals and welfare recipients, versus more traditional suburban and rural citizens' orientation. You can look at prior elections and find the same trends. Our rural Nevada county supported Palin/mccain in exactly the opposite proportion to Reno and Las Vegas who voted obama into office.

This too shall pass.

Yes, I agree. There's no way I could have voted for Obama, but I would gladly have voted for Alan Keyes, because he more closely represents my beliefs. Race had absolutely nothing to do with it.

The urban areas that are bastions of liberalism now have enough clout to dictate to the rest of the nation their agenda.... feed us, give us energy, give us jobs, etc. etc....

And its only going to get worse as they Feds increase foreigners flooding into the U.S.

The GOP treason of open borders backfired on them as they didn't carry the votes of the "new citizens".

It is not so much racism as it is socialism. IMHO

IMO, those who voted for Obama only beacause he's "black", and with disregard for his views, are racist. What would have been fun to see: Black candidates for POTUS on both tickets. ;)

That will be in 2012. Mark my words now. It won't matter who is most qualified. It will only matter that the GOP has a black candidate.
