WoT NEIN!

24 September 2008: A posting uncovered in an Arabic language Internet forum is currently raising a few eyebrows in the intelligence community. The single posting, which is presently being scrutinized by intelligence officials, appears to provide detailed instructions for Muslims living within the United States, giving them specific actions to take before, during and after an upcoming attack in the U.S. The communication was discovered by "Archangel," a well-known independent intelligence analyst active within the intelligence community.

The post was initially published on August 2, 2008 under the title “Commandments [Directives] Before the Strike,” and appears to be a sort of a conflict management guide, or instructions on what Muslims should do prior to the attack, actions that should be undertaken concurrent with the attack, and well as additional instructions following the attack.

The text addressing the nature, location and timing of the planned attack, although specific to the U.S., appears otherwise ambiguous. For instance, the timing appears to focus on the Tuesday following the end of Ramadan, which would be October 7, 2008. The nature of the attack is less clear. Although the author appears to talk about a strike greater in magnitude than the 9/11 attacks and makes reference to the possibility of it being nuclear in nature, the text references to the nuclear aspect of the attack appear somewhat muddled.

Well... Still here...

Can we PLEASE delegate Northeast "Intelligence" Network to the dung heap, now?

Could be disinformation. Could be an approximation. Could have been attempted and intercepted, and not reported to the MSM so as to not cause fear and panic. It seems to me that we are getting warnings from many unrelated places that are eerily similar.

Could be carp, could be BS, could be fear mongering and a fabrication and not reported because it wasn't credible. It seems to me that every year since 9/11 at Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, we get these same "warnings" from these same sources.

Yet, nothing has happened for seven straight years...

Yet, we continue to lend them credence...

Sure... Like a broken clock, eventually, they will be right but does that make them "credible intelligence sources"?

:screw:

Nope...One of Neins members was also a member of FR a few years back. He use to post on TM. As soon as someone said something about Nein that was not liked then there was a threat to sue Jim Robinson. Poster for Nein was banned, and so was any material from Nein.
TB has its own such problem with someone else.

Then you have PeekyBooBoo on that list too, because this was open source intel discussed and available a long time ago.

I've been around here since 2002, in that time I've seen predictions of attacks occurring on nearly every holiday or anniversary of some significant date in history... so far, the predictions are batting around .000

I've seen some "intel" folks show pictures of "NBC detectors" hanging from the bottom of a helicopter and watched them grow irrate and attack people verbally when we pointed out to them that they weren't detectors at all, merely saws used to trim back trees from around powerlines in areas where people on the ground can't get to easily.

Call me skeptical...

I stopped reading there around 5 years ago. I believe it was S*** Osb**ne who was on Freepers and wrote for NEIN.

Laura Mansfield has some great intelligence reporting on her site.

Anyone who is going to charge you $$ to see what anyone with an arabic translator and links to the arabic forums can see is a scam. Again this is only my opinion. One of the reasons I stopped doing the translations was the commercialization of the whole deal. There were family reasons too, but it made it a whole lot easier to quit when I saw people making money off such things. Disrespectful to those lost in 9/11, and just plain greedy.

I'm sure I'll get slammed for my opinions....

He makes money for his fear mongering. There is enough real things visible to us to make us fearful without listening to people like them.

I look at those arabic forums like this.

We talk about all sorts of things that we would like to see happen. We do that all the time. What if that is all the arabic forums are doing? Only they are a little extreme in their militancy? It may all be wishful thinking on their part and if they know (and I am sure they DO know) that people are reading their words and quaking in fear over them then they are getting their terrorism right there without doing a thing.

You can plan something all day long but unless you have the means to do it (which I doubt most or all of those who are stupid enough to frequent those type of forums. (arabic extremist)) then it is mostly rhetoric and as such you only play into their fear mongering by reading them.

Does that make sense to anyone?

And NEIN is MAKING MONEY OFF IT!

Since Nein is German.

If you delegate them to the "dung heap", let's add Steve ******, Glenn Beck, and just about every other commentator that hasn't gotten it right, YET!!

Fortunately, NEIN is not making much money any more. Their former supporters figured out what a sham they were. They have lost most of their endorsements.:screw:

Sorry PBB. My point was that NEIN wasn't the only place that reported this particular info.
