The way I see it, it's going to be a disaster whether Obama or McCain wins but you might could make an arguement that Obama will cause less damage to the county than McCain, here's why.
Let's say Obama is another Jimmy Carter. Carter was a bad, but we survived and went on to elect Reagan.
But McCain will be a disaster that never ends. See McCain and his pal Lindsay Graham WILL give ammnesty to 30 million illegal socialists from Mexico, and they will be here FOREVER.
Obama is black and blacks and hispanics do not exactly get along. If Obama supported ammnesty for illegals, he would be seen as a traitor by his own people. For this reason, Obama is much less likely to give citizenship to illegals than McCain.
And I repeat again, in 4 years we will be able to get rid of Obama and elect someone else, but you will NEVER be able to undo what McCain is going to do if he is elected.
But there's more...
Obama is a democrat. Now I'm a conservative and generally don't agree with the democrats on much of anything, however, democrats tend to pander to the unions. Now I don't like unions either, but I do agree with the unions on one thing. NAFTA SUCKS! The democrats close ties with unions menas Obama is less likely to expand NAFTA, North America Union, the Amero, etc.
McCain on the otherhand things NAFTA is a good thing.
And more...
Mexian gangs are literally taking over our cities. McCain (and the Republicans) do not hide the fact that they are trying to pander to hispanic voters. McCain is unlikely to crack down on Mexicans gangs taking over our cities for fear of being branded a 'racist'. Obama on the otherhand is immune to being called a racist because he's black and the blacks are bearing the brunt of the Mexican gangs violence. Obama will be much more likely to crack down on the Mexican gangs to protect "his people" than McCain.
With the economy in the shape it's in, the democrats are unlikely to be able to get any significant tax increases through congress. So the biggest threat from Obama (massive tax increases) is unlikely to happen.
Last but not least, I'm from the South. I know black people, I grew up with black people, we eat the same foods, speak the same language, and share a common history. Whites and blacks may not agree on a lot of things, but we have been living among each other for 200+ years. Whites and blacks are much closer culturally than whites or blacks are to spanish speaking socialist Mexicans.
To sum it up, this country can survive Obama. McCain I'm not so sure about.
