Yeah, that's what she meant -
She was calling for a gigantic (military) force, such as could have stopped the Rwandan genocide.
Too many times, Ms. Samantha let slip the beans on Obama's worldview. He had to fire her.
She is the same one who scooped to the BBC that Obama's 16 month Iraq withdrawal plan campaign promise was a "best case scenario". That's diplomatese for "lying campaign propaganda".

And of course, she finally had to resign after calling Hillary Clinton "a monster", during a Scotsman interview.
After these two slips, Hillary Clinton responded
"I think that it is important to look at what she and his other advisers say behind closed doors, particularly when they are talking to foreign governments and foreign press. It raises disturbing questions about what the real planning and policy positions in the Obama campaign happen to be."

Having heard from the Iraqi government that Obama was trying to get them to refuse to negotiate with the Bush Administration, to which they obviously objected as they went public, we should be looking closely.
Change can mean so many things.
Samantha: The eyes say it all.
