I would agree. Markets are hyper-sensitive to news of this sort.

The government has made loans available for companies last night because the market is tanking. They thought that would up the DOW....

The market is looking at the economy, not programs or props to the market. That's why it was up little and NOT what the government had hoped for.

(I just learned this on FOX)

Dow is showing quite a bit of volatility today, but not as bad as yesterday. Started off on the plus side, now it's starting a DOWnward slide.. -190 as I type... Could get interesting this afternoon...
