UNEX What is this tool?

I picked up this tool at a garage sales this weekend for $1. It is very well made by Sargent & Co., but I'm not sure what it is used for, exactly. The very top left punch is solid with the right side being spring loaded. Also, I'm not sure how the very right metal adjustment thing is used for either.

Thanks in advance. :ld:

Kinda looks like a Dingle-Berry puller with a sizer on the side to check for 'Keepers'?

Its for punching paper and mylar and similar film. I don't think you have the complete tool there.

Yea, probably a leather punch. The screw attachment on the side is to set the distance from the edge you want to put the hole.

I don't know GRANTBO, I still think it looks more like the Rostratool paper punch. Granted, it also looks like the tool you referenced. But I'm not sure, and I would appreciate it if you would take a look at the paper punch and tell me what you think.

I really found it. See post #18 and you'll see it's an exact copy. The lower is a punch to make a hole in leather/fabric and the upper is for the grommet.
