Just weird....

I liked this reader's comment:

As the statue is 1,800 years old, Elvis looked like it - not the other way round. Unless, of course, Elvis is an alien, is a couple of thousand years old and works in a chip shop.

They found a bust of Julius Ceasar a few months ago in a river in France.

I thought he had a striking resemblence to Steve McQueen.

Well it more like a caricature of Elvis. Jay Leno could also have been the model for the chin...

From the article

""Fans of the King of Rock 'n Roll, seeing this face from the distant past will be forgiven for thinking that their idol may well have lived a previous life in Rome!

"Looking at this face with its Elvis-like quiff, strong jaw and nose, one is inevitably led to the thought that the human face for all is diversity and subtlety has after all an ability to repeat itself."

And.....if you look at the face of Michaelangelo's David, those features are repeated during the Renaissance. Maybe someone can post a close up picture.

A 'maker', not a 'taker'!
I, for one, have noticed that the older I get, the more familiar people become. I repeatedly have seen people that I 'know', only to find out that I never could have met them. I suppose that there are only so many variations of the human face, and certain structures repeat. If I live to be 100 I may wind up knowing everyone!

To look like Elvis it would have to look like a pile of bones, rotten skin and slime mold piled in a box.

In a hole.

Here's a thought.... That skull pattern reminds me of Nefertiti.... as in Nephilim... if you've seen those skulls found in South America and elsewhere... the elongated shape that Nefertiti is known for... same thing more or less... as the genes faded out slowly.
