You are a very kind and considerate person with a big heart for your fellow TB2Ker's. I had the opportunity recently to help out one of our members and it was well worth it. Thank you for doing this.

With my dogs and where the house is at -- on a hill and was high and dry in the 3 each 100 year floods -- I will SIP. But thanks for the offer, RR.

We get the tropical rains, and wind and an occasional tornado (though with the topography, they have all so far jumped around me) so I feel this is about as safe as it gets - plus, I am pn back up for disaster plan at the hosp and am also standing by to help coordinate a state wide animal rescue IF it is that bad.

I am outside of San Antonio which is a refugee reciept point so our major problem is being over run with people and animals with no place to go but what is provided by crisis management.

Dolly is now a Cat 1 hurricane -- Mandatory evacs in TX do not trigger until a Cat 3. However, the lnd in the Valley aka Far Soutern tip of TX is flat and the rain expected will produce flooding and outages of services.

Now would be the time to head for the hills, if you live down there.

Good Luck! God Bless.

DM or anyone south of her -- can you send us some rain?

NO! We are keeping it ALL!

Well, if you ask really nice and say please we may share, at least that which would be runoff.

We are in an Extreme Drought. . . my sandy soil is dry 3 feet down and I have lost some 20 year old oak trees. It is not pretty around here.

Waiting for the rain. . even tropicals.

I have set up extra crates inside so all the dogs can come inside if the rain gets too bad. Put new a new tarp on one of the kennels to shelter if the rain is only heavy.

All prepped and watchihg the weather - doing a rain dance.

Please, please, please.

Didn't know you all were in drought mode, DM. Our lakes are fine, we just haven't seen any rain in a while and August is right around the corner. Uck.

You all stay safe....
