Give a girl a fish; you have fed her for today. Teach a girl to fish; and you have fed her for a lifetime. The catch of the day from my two beautiful daughters. We had a ball. And they caught more than me today. Just a proud daddy moment. Who says girls can't do the same things as boys?

Fighter, WELL DONE!!!

My Daughters, now both in their early 20's, still laugh and smile when they talk about the first time we went Snapper Blue fishing down the Jersey shore!

What is the most beautiful in this picture is the BIG smiles on the little ladies faces. Proof enough that they had a blast with their dad and are super proud of themselves!!!

My father, having 4 girls, would always say, "you catch 'em, you gotta clean 'em." One year, our spoiled neighbor kids came with us and got to go fishing, too. They had fun till cleaning time. It was priceless

I just love to see other Dads who raise their girls to do things like fish, hunt, etc. My wife always made me feel that raising her to shoot, and hunt ( she got her first rabbit last weekend)...was wierd...

The girls did a great job and you did a great job teaching them to fish. They should be, at least, familiar with cleaning/filleting their catch too.

...and as Bill Dance says: " Now it's time to introduce the fish to hot grease" (after a little seasoned coating of course).
