i won't be around shortly wife lost job and we are down to electricity and food, the intrernet bill has gone unpaid for now, and i'm waiting to get shut off so i just wanted folks to know i didn't go away mad, i just had to go away,

i will miss a lot of you some not so much:whistle: anyways tough times don't last tough people do and all that, so i will see you somewhere down the line

live in california, i'm down to living on one meal a day but as i've mentioned before on this forum i have trained my body for years to be able to do this as i knew lean times would come, i could feel it my little boy gets mostly what he wants but he's starting to understand how tight things are as well,

we are so very close to the great depression era its not funny, unless you listen to fox news:whistle:

Freebyrd- I think more of us get it than not. Our internet is about to be shut off too. Mike has been in and out of work for a while now. Tonight I made ham and eggs for dinner with the ham left over from dinner last night. Katie said are we having breakfast because we don't have anything else Mom? Things like that have a way of stabbing you in the heart- especially when they are true.

At least I do have the internet at work so can keep up a little bit. Prayers coming your way now.

, MY dh was out of work for almost 2 years. now both of my son's are unemployed, and 1 of my 3 brothers is working. will keep you lifted up in prayer. Please try to check in from time to time.

Maybe one of our other members could recomend one.

You'd have probably have to put up with ads but at least you could check in once in while.

Prayers going up for things to get better for your family. Your taxes have gone to provide for the food stamp program...I hope now you can benefit from it. Also, food banks are a valuable resource that could help you to stock up a bit.
