Does Anybody Know/Remember

the name of a VHS that came out sometime in the 1980s or thereabouts that talked about global warming leading to the next ice age? The couple that dominated the film were German, and their solution to the problem was to reminerablize the soil, slowing the drastic climactic changes. They absolutely predicted more turbulent and severe weather worldwide, catastrophic storms, all leading us into a new ice age. Anyone? Help is appreciated.

I don't remember that; but it reminds me that Robert Felix recently wrote a book called Not By Fire, but By Ice. He too, thinks that we are heading into an ice age, brought on by global warming.
