Iraq's Chilling Message For America.

A new video has been released by a major insurgent group in Iraq warning President Bush that they they will not be defeated by the US. The Al-Rashdeen army video also focuses on the US Election, and says America need to heed the lessons from Iraq.

Good point. So far, we have made about every classic tactical mistake necessary to guarantee a guerilla war is unwinnable for us. We don't seem to be able to help ourselves. Even insisting the guerillas be called "insurgents" was a boldly stupid move, sending a message of dominance that really helped guerilla recruiting and harborage. And don't forget demolition of neighborhoods, restriction of medical care and supplies, "death checks", empty remorse by our leaders when atrocities were exposed, and all the other heavy-handed blunders necessary for a really complete reaping of what we've sown. I hate to see the land I love in such darkness, but I guess it goes with the reaping due when we are greedy, gluttonous, unrepentant, domineering, party-spirited, and proud. It hurts, though.

So what they are telling us is to elect Obama. We'll need a muslim in the White House. Shouldn't matter really. The Clintons are muslim supporters from way back. Just look at Kosovo.

They are either telling us to elect Obama because he is the only one they believe WILL pull the troops out OR they see him as an ally, or both.

Really? It is just normal corruption of the language and IMO, is deliberate.

Insurgent in Iraq was/is really a 'right wing paramilitary death squad'. (Now if they had been called that from Day One, we'd all know what was really going on there, wouldn't we. But we sure couldn't have that, so the corruption of the language.)

great idea...

no way would they ever come over here and hijack planes or create other mayhem if we were just "smart enough to leave them alone".


how quickly some are to forget the death of thousands of innocents around the globe at the hands of these murderers. so long as it doesn't affect them personally.


and how proud i am of my country who was the one to say enough is enough and go fight this fight on their turf so they cannot continue.
