For what it's worth, I just downloaded the .pdf (7.87 MB for those like me still using dial-up) and scanned the file with the latest anti-virus definitions from Symantec and it passed inspection.
 
The scenario starting on page 50 is interesting. There are probably other building that could work, but a High School does have advantages.
