I know the past couple days, I went over a few times and I was LMAO! There were 3 posters, Alec, Alec's Friend and some VERY rude person named DontKnowS$$$ that were tearing the place up pretty bad:lol:

I figured Dennis has some FRIENDS;)

To be honest Rich, I've NEVER sent anyone there. I've only been there once or twice, and not for a long time. I can't control what others might do on other fora, but I've always recommended no "member retaliation."

I guess I worded it wrong.

I know you would NEVER send someone for childish kid games like that!

I meant it appeared that some friends of yours took it upon themselves to tear the place up:dvl1:

Some people are like that and hear a call to action in defense of friends even when not asked to do so.

Hope if you have an attorney involved on your behalf Dennis you are able to settle out of court so it doesn't get to costly for you.

IMO the parties involved should make a retraction of recent statements regarding your marriage and personal life made on other forums or by phone and with a statement to be made on TB making a promise to not discuss you and your family publically on any forum would be good.

Then walk away from it as getting in court tangles for extended periods of time will bring prolonged negativity to you and yours. Ya'll have enough family matters to deal with right now, with D'Anne's sick mom.

And in these cases if money is involved mostly just the attorneys make good money and it is really the truth you want right.

Don't stop now. If scared, they'll say anything and it will mean absolutely nothing except they're scared. It could reopen for business as usual just as quick as it shut down. Going after someone's family and reputation should have consequences.

You know, all I really wanted was for the b*stards to leave TB and myself alone. Alas, UB not only allowed, but ENCOURAGED the slander and defamation. Actions have consequences, at least for ADULTS. And trust me - you've only seen the results of Chapter One.

so, to UB's ,I say " don't let the internet hit you on the way out!"

Mind you, I say this is from hearing about it and understanding from everyone else how muc of a waste of bandwidth this place was.
