BRAVE NEW SCHOOLS
Boys told no standing to urinate
'It is a human right not to have to sit down like a girl'

'Standing room only' school

It's an entirely new definition of "Standing Room Only." Or perhaps a new measure of "equality" has arrived.

Whatever it is, it has sparked a huge political debate at a school in Kristiansand, Norway, according to the Norwegian paper Fædrelandsvennen.

The trigger for the explosion of opinion? A decision in the local district that schoolboys must sit on toilet seats when urinating, not stand.

According to the news report, the rule was announced for boys at Dvergsnes School, prompting outrage from Vidar Kleppe, the chief of The Democrats Party.

He's accusing the school of "fiddling with God's work," and now he wants the issue discussed at the executive committee level of the area council, according to the newspaper "Dagbladet."

"When boys are not allowed to pee in the natural way, the way boys have done for generations, it is meddling with God's work," Kleppe, whose group is a splinter group of former Progress Party hardliners, said in the newspaper.

"It is a human right not to have to sit down like a girl," he said.

On Kleppe's contentious "stand" on making political waves, no comment was the response from school principal Lise Gjul.

But she did tell Norwegian Broadcasting NRK that the restrooms are used by both boys and girls, and the young boys are not "good enough at aiming" in order to have "a pleasant toilet."

School officials are still listening to opinions on the issue.

Stupid...

Classic example of modern day practice of "treating the symptoms".

Parents need to start teaching their kids on all aspects of life - even the uncomfortable ones. My boys 6, 5, and 2 all do just fine lifting the seat, wizzing, and putting it back down.

It's common courtesy that people are no longer teaching their kids. Rather, they say, "Why bother when noone else does it?"

It's depressing how thoughtless and stupid people are these days. I can't count the number of times I've used a restroom after grown men who left the seat sopping wet.

Don't make the boys sit down, !#@$ing teach them some respect already! If you need to brandish the belt, so be it.

I have a novel idea. Separate bathrooms for boys and girls. I think I've seen that somewhere and it works.

Wouldn't the practical solution be to have separate restrooms for boys and girls, with urinals in the boy's room?

The perverse feminization of males - along with a corresponding masculinazation of females - continues unabated.

Thus, the "more advanced" part of the world slowly but surely slips into madness, while wondering & gibbering about the lack of births to their native populations.

Why can't the young men just lift the seat, then lower it before leaving?

Could it be that poor child-rearing is to blame? Hmmmmmm? ;)

Simple matter of hygiene.
Urine is sticky, stinks, can transmit disease, and who wants to sit in it?
Sanitation should come first.

AND in schools there should be separate restrooms for boys and girls.

Sit, men, sit! :fl2:

Indeed. Why can't women just lower the seat before using, and lift it before leaving?

IIRC....

A couple of years ago we had threads on women standing and being able to use men's urinals and even special "helper devices" for the women to help them aim, etc.

When it comes to urine pouring into a bowl of water, what do you suppose happens to many of the displaced droplets that are propelled into the air? Having good aim and a lifted seat are nice amenities, but who scrubs the walls and floor around the toilet? Even flushing with the lid up is unhygenic.

For a normal and healthy person, especially children, urine is sterile. Folks can argue about bathroom stuff til their blue in the face. One of my favorites is the argument about the toilet paper over or under the roll. Boys will be boys and when you try to make them into girls society gets what they deserve.

I am a lesbian trapped in a man's body so maybe this will help me get better in touch with that side. If you don't see me post here again then you know it worked.

For some reason I think I know what this is all about. A woman went to the bathroom at night the lid was up and she feel in. So just for that the banning of standing at the pot.

What!? Man is supposed to sit on toilets?

Not until they make 'em with more space between the seat and the waterlevel or heat the water.

... They say that as if "sitting down like a girl" is demeaning and nasty. AS a girl, I think I take umbrage at that insinuation.

And this is from the descendents of "Vikings"?:lkick:

Clem - the Vikings were quite fastidious for their time. I can remember reading more than one reference to the invading Vikings winning away local women by their habit of regular washing and beard-trimming, which quite irked the local men. :lkick:

Hey, if it bothers them that bad, let the boys take their pisses outdoors, the way REAL MEN were meant to piss!

If you're male, the world is your urinal!

(Trying to find the Tim Allen pig grunt sound effect thingie.....)

It's called feminism of the males. Look at alot of the males now running around with earrings in both ears:shk: with fingernails painted. It's all in the plan. Turn the males into panzies and then put them on mind altering drugs and you have a society that's easily whipped.
