Independently verifying the authorship of the speech is not possible. It is worth reading because it is believed to set out the CCP’s strategy for the development of China. The speech argues for the necessity of China using biological warfare to depopulate the United States and prepare it for a future massive Chinese colonization. “The War Is Not Far from Us and Is the Midwife of the Chinese Century” was published on February 15, 2005 on www.peacehall.com and was published on www.boxun.com on April 23, 2005. What galls me most is that all our politicians HAVE to know about this, yet nothing has been done in all this time.

How can you say that nothing has been done all this time? Our manufacturing base has been systematicly dismantled and shipped over sea's until we are now dependant on the Chinese to make the things that we need.
We are buying a LOT more than we are selling, which leads to a trade inbalence.
The Chinese are buying most of our treasury bonds, and if they stopped buying and started selling what they hold off could collapse the US in short order.

In other words we have been and are now being "Set up" . What Clinton started, Bush has continued.

China has taken over our manufacturing and Mexico is taking away our jobs and dropping our wages with their illegal invasion.

The word "Betrayed" comes to mind.

The most important words/phrases in Post #1 are quoted and highlighted in bold above.

This speech is BELIEVED to have been given by Mr. Chi Haotian? Either he gave the speech or he didn't.

When somebody can verify that the speech actually occurred, and that Chi Haotian is the one who gave the speech (or that he wrote it), and he actually said in the speech what the article purports that he said, I may start to take an interest.

This is the 4th Chinese general to talk about attacking the US

The first 2 wrote a book which appears to be the strategy for defeating America

The 3rd was Chenghu - "nuke hundreds of US cities" (the chief of Training?)

Some Russ general said he almost got his plan approved twice in the late 70's and again in the early 80's to depopoulate all of north america from northern canada to panama

His plan was to use 200+ back pack demolition nukes to decapitate the leadership and main mil bases, followed by a general broad ranging ICBM strike and then use extremely aggressive biological attacks to get rid of all the remaining humans.

He lamented that both times he got the plan to the politburo he was turn down because of "what about the American Submarines!" And he could devise no plan to neutralize the submarines.

Go Figure, Hyman Rickover saved the country and the world.

But TBers and GLPers are so poorly in formed that you have never heard of this. You just piss on America

And the members of TB here are as antiamerican as any I have seen on the net.

It is astonishing to me how poorly read the members of TB are. It seems that there is very little difference between the TB memebers and the GLP people.

I believe that if you people knew more about the world that you applaud America - for the most part - 99%+ - we are the most beneficent nation the planet has ever seen AND likely will ever see. At least for the next 500 years.

What's astonishing to me is that someone who purports to be a well read, cosmopolitan man-o-the-world has such a hard time putting together a sentance that makes sense. Nevertheless, I was able to muddle through with some general understanding of WTF you were trying to convey. At the moment the Chinese have practically no real amphibious assault capability of even their nearest neighbors, much less the U.S. Any attempt to send assualt troops anywhere (say, to Taiwan) via cargo ship is going to get the crap shot out of it, and no matter what you might think about the air action in either Gulf War it still requires ground troops to conquer and hold territory. Once you gain air and sea superiority you can use cargo ships to provide reinforcements and logistics, but cargo ships won't get you that first beach head.

The Chinese still remember losing practically their (well, the Mongol's, really) entire invasion fleet of 100,000-plus troops on the eve of invading Japan. A monster typhoon took them out, apparently because the Mongols used river boats that weren't up to a sea voyage with any serious bad weather (that is, the wrong type of ship for the job). That huge loss of troops probably sealed the doom of the Mongol empire. I don't think the Chinese want to repeat that mistake.

I'll give the Chinese culture one thing (besides Kung Pao chicken ... man, I LOVE that dish!): they know and learn from their history, and they think long-term (okay, make that TWO things).

There is considerable suspicion that China is already moving soldiers and weapons into the US.

Soldiers coming in claiming to be immigrants and then blending into the Chinese immigrant communities.

Weapons coming in via economic trade using shipping containers and the trucking system especially from the wide-open US southern border where very little gets inspected.

In other words, they may be here already in a neighborhood near you when the signal is given...
