My yahoo is tied to A T & T and I want to shed A T & T. Is yahoo owned by AT&T?

I don't know the exact details, but it goes something like this. Yahoo is a "service provider" for ATT in some parts of the country. Think of it as ATT supplying the physical web connection, and Yahoo supplying the "default home page", including all the Yahoo services.
But no, you don't need ATT to use Yahoo. This login works from anywhere... https://login.yahoo.com/ ![]()
