touch lamp

we have a touch lamp in the living room,,,,,,,,, when the dryer is on it comes on also why would this happen? is it posessed? thanks MUD

just a quick guess,
the dryer causes a voltage surge/fluctuation and the lamp is reacting to that.

I have a haunted touch lamp too. I keep it in a spare bedroom, because it tends to go on and off all by itself.
