Iran's Day Of TERROR

Ladies and Gentlemen;

This article lays out the position that Iran's President has "secial reasons" why he named August 22nd as the day he will give his respondse to the world's demands that he cease enriching uranium. Everything I have read - and posted on Iran's possible reasonings for waiting for that specific date-line are discussed in this article

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has frustrated Western officials by refusing to reply to their offer of various incentives in exchange for Iran’s discarding its nuclear program until August 22. The Western governments had asked Ahmadinejad to reply by June 29; why would Tehran need two extra months?

Farid Ghadry, the president of the Reform Party of Syria, has offered a provocative explanation for this delay. He asserts that the Supreme National Security Council of Iran chose the August 22 date “for a very precise reason. August 21, 2006 (Rajab 27, 1427) is known in the Islamic calendar as the Night of the Sira’a and Miira’aj, the night Prophet Mohammed (saas) ascended to heaven from the Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem on a Bourak (Half animal, half man), while a great light lit-up the night sky, and visited Heaven and Hell also Beit al-Saada and Beit al-Shaqaa (House of Happiness and House of Misery) and then descended back to Mecca.…”

The Night Journey, or Miraj, is central to Islam’s claim to Jerusalem as an Islamic holy city. According to Islamic tradition, Muhammad was carried on a Buraq, a miraculous horse with a human head, from Mecca to Jerusalem, where he ascended into heaven and met the other prophets. The only thing the Qur’an has to say about it is this: “Glory to (Allah) Who did take His servant for a Journey by night from the Sacred Mosque to the farthest Mosque, whose precincts We did bless, in order that We might show him some of Our Signs: for He is the One Who heareth and seeth (all things)” (17:1). There is no identification of the “farthest Mosque” with any mosque in Jerusalem in this, but the Hadith is very clear on the identification of its location with Jerusalem.

The traditions say that Muhammad and the Buraq, along with the angel Gabriel, went to the Temple Mount, and from there to heaven itself, where Muhammad encountered various prophets. In the sixth heaven was Moses, occasioning a dig at the Jews. “When I left him,” Muhammad says, “he wept. Someone asked him, ‘What makes you weep?’ Moses said, ‘I weep because after me there has been sent (Muhammad as a Prophet) a young man, whose followers will enter Paradise in greater numbers than my followers.’”

Evidently, however, Muhammad’s stories of his journey were not altogether convincing: even some of the Muslims abandoned their faith and challenged Muhammad’s most faithful follower, Abu Bakr, to do the same. Abu Bakr was contemptuous: “If he says so then it is true. And what is so surprising in that? He tells me that communications from God from heaven to earth come to him in an hour of a day or night and I believe him, and that is more extraordinary than that at which you boggle!” The world has continued to witness such unshakeable devotion from Muslims to this day.

Did Muhammad really go anywhere? According to his favorite wife, Aisha, he did not: “The apostle’s body remained where it was but God removed his spirit by night.” Nevertheless, the Night Journey has become firmly embedded in the Islamic consciousness, such that Muslims today celebrate it as one of the central events of Muhammad’s life. And now, according to Ghadry, Ahmadinejad is planning an illumination of the night sky over Jerusalem to rival the one that greeted the Prophet of Islam on his journey. What the Iranian President, he says, is “promising the world by August 22 is the light in the sky over the Aqsa Mosque that took place the night before. That is his answer to the package of incentives the international community offered Iran on June 6.”

Certainly a nuclear attack on Jerusalem or even an all-out conventional assault against Israel by Iran would be consistent with Ahmadinejad’s oft-repeated denials of Israel’s right to exist and recent predictions that its demise was at hand. He hinted at the use of nuclear weapons in his phrasing when he said that Israel “pushed the button of its own destruction” by finally retaliating against Hizballah’s relentless rocket barrage from south Lebanon.

“Arrogant powers,” Ahmadinejad said, “have set up a base for themselves to threaten and plunder nations in the region. But today, the occupier regime” – that is, Israel – “whose philosophy is based on threats, massacre and invasion, has reached its finishing line.”

Will he attempt to make good on these threats this year on the anniversary of the Miraj, illuminating the night sky over Jerusalem? Will Western powers heed Farid Ghadry’s words and move to stop Iran before it is too late?

If they do set off a nuke there, I wonder how they're going to reconcile destroying/poisoning a "Holy" place for years to come. Wouldn't that be "defiling" the place?

Mostly the usual Islamo-gibberish & babble with a dash of Iranian Apocalyptic lunacy thrown in for good measure...spin rapidly.

What Iran apparently isn't aware of or caring enough about is the near certain anhiliating PAYBACK that'll be heading right back at them - and others in the region. This is precisely how many wars begin - with an overestimation of what one can do to one's enemies while completely underestimating what those same enemies can and will do unto them.

So little time for cooler heads and honest peace gestures NOW - but all the time in the world for endless regrets and sorrow afterwards...

There will be no nuke used on Jerusalem. Now Tel Aviv, however, is another matter. A heavy missile barrage on Tel Aviv (which is only about 35-40 miles away from Jerusalem), might be seen at night. If a nuke is used, there's no doubt it would light up the night sky in Jerusalem...

i would think that iran's fellow muslims would not at all be understanding of his holy cause, were his actions to destroy a city so important to their faith.

my own opinion on the matter is that august 22nd is the "go" date for iran's first test of a nuclear weapon, which would symbolically light up the sky over jerusalem.

the international community has been pressuring him to cease uranium enrichment. by successfully testing a complete nuclear weapon, that would be his 'answer' to their demands, in effect saying "i no longer need to enrich uranium, as you have demanded, because i already have accomplished my goals".

if i'm right, this demonstration will make north korea's ballistic missile test look pretty pale by comaparison.

ZECHARIAH 12:2 "Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. 3 And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it." (NKJV)

ISAIAH 52:1 Awake, awake! Put on your strength, O Zion; put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city! For the uncircumcised and the unclean shall no longer come to you. 2 Shake yourself from the dust, arise; sit down, O Jerusalem! Loose yourself from the bonds of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion! (NKJV)

Too bad so many believers try to spiritualize away all the clear prophecies about Jerusalem and deny the literal fulfillment that is now occurring...

I agree with Nabi- Jerusalem isn't going to get nuked.

Tel Aviv or other areas of Israel - or even more possible - a nuke in Iraq on U.S. Troops or even in America somewhere launched from a scud off a merchant ship - yup - those I would expect.

The scenario might be more in line with what Ahmedinejad is promising if using Syria as the pawn, Israel has to level Damascus in retalliation for some kind of WMD attack and Ahmedinejad is able to muster all Arabs and Muslims to actually come against Israel at once. He might then nuke Tel Aviv and the larger Jewish cities at the onset of such an invasion. Israel's Red Dawn.

Iran's Day of Terror?

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has frustrated Western officials by refusing to reply to their offer of various incentives in exchange for Iran’s discarding its nuclear program until August 22. The Western governments had asked Ahmadinejad to reply by June 29; why would Tehran need two extra months?

Farid Ghadry, the president of the Reform Party of Syria, has offered a provocative explanation for this delay. The Night Journey, or Miraj, is central to Islam’s claim to Jerusalem as an Islamic holy city. Not if they detonated it as an air-burst bomb a couple miles up via a suicide pilot. Jerusalem would still be very intact, and because of the EMP burst, be at a total standstill.

Although I tend to favour the idea that they will simply do a test of a bomb on that day, assuming this isn't just more rhetorical grandstanding.

Y'all need to wrap your brains around the FACT that Ahmadi-nejad flat does not care about ANYTHING outside his efforts to create the great conflagration that brings home the Mahdi.

Retaliation for his use of a nuke would be a HUGE nuclear attack. His response is "YES!! BRING IT!!! I WANT THE FIRES!!"

The fact is that this attack will kill most of his countrymen. His response is "YES!! BRING IT!!! I WANT THE DEATH AND DESTRUCTION!!"

It will poison all the lands in the area. His response is "YES!! BRING IT!!! I WANT THE FIRES!!" And the Mahdi will fix it miraculously.

Lights in the sky. Am I imagining that one of the Marian Fatima aparition prophesies in the West that did happen was that it was predicted that if war was to come a great light would be seen in the sky before hand? Then sometime in about 1939 there was actually a great light seen in the sky throughout Western Europe and no one could explain it.

As for the Prophets firery ascenscion, I believe in the Bible Eziekiel ascended to heaven amidst fire and light, rather than dying in the usual way. I suppose if we had a traditional date for this ascension, it would be a holy day in the order of worship in some of the Hebrew sects and some of the world Christian chuches.

August 3 is the Fast of Tisha b'Av (9 Av) for religious Jews. It commemorates the destruction of the 1st and 2nd temples (by the Babylonians and Romans, respectively). Both temples were destroyed on this day, the ninth day of the fifth month on the Hebrew calendar. In addition, lots of other nasty stuff has happened to the Jews on this date down through history...

:applaud: Thank you ND, I couldn't have said it any better. The more carnage, the better for Ahmadinejad. This is the absolute crystal truth people.

READ what Chuck posted AGAIN and AGAIN.

He is ABSOLUTELY correct.

Get your minds around it. STOP thinking like handwringing Frenchmen and University professors AND READ THE ENEMY'S OWN WORDS.

Ahmedinejad does not care if he dies. He does not care if Iran glows in the dark.

HE WANTS THE NUKES TO FLY!!!!

We can choose not to play because we abhor the very thought of war and nukes - but Ahmedinejad most certainly WILL PLAY, and would be pleased as punch if we just sit here and do nothing but shake our fingers at him.

He thinks himself the instrument God is going to use to institute global chaos and the destruction of Israel and America.

He is prepared to sacrifice himself, and his entire nation in order to bring that about.

Still we sit here, arguing with appeasement collaborators about how wrong and evil we are to go to war.

What will happen in the ME, will happen..on this date or that one.

Iamashthed, sitting in Iran is an islamist nut case...he just might do it.

I do not exclude the US in this little tea party...Guess I'm a nut case as well, cause I can't get it out of my head that we got major trouble acomin' from the south.

I think it entirely possible that the islamists may have a long range missile aimed at us from way down across the Mex border, or some other contrivance to send north...out of the Gulf of Mexico maybe, aimed at the DFW area, or Atlanta, or some other large city.....

Can't get that "sucker punch" comin' from the south to do us great harm out of my mind.

Maybe I'm just a little nutz...lets hope so.....but what if I'm right.

Just because I'm a little paranoid cynic, doesn't''t mean the Islamists aren't out to get me (us)

26th July 2006 My dear friends and like minded persons MOST IMPORTANT SADHANA TIME IS AHEAD OF YOU – 22nd August 2006 I have been repeatedly writing that overnight results can not be expected for any sadhana. Shri Lakshmi is also defined by me as a meeting point for Demand and Supply. A Wealthy person with all comforts, if he is unable to eat his food or suffer from such ailment, it is called Alakshmi. A young couple is not blessed with children and it is Alakshmi. Lakshmi can not be equated to a simple coin of exchange, it is far far beyond this. The sadhanaas are based on the information gathered from Several Saintly personalities from different places more from Himalayan ranges where I started my life journey in spiritual front. The sadhaks who performed these sadhanaas expressed their satisfaction over a period of time after comparing what they were before these sadhanaas and what they are now.

22nd August is KRISHNA ANGAARAKA CHATURDASI means it is the dark fourteenth day associated with Tuesday and this is also associated with the Holy Divine Star Pushyami. Every sadhak eagerly waits for Pushyami star and if it associated with Sunday or such dark fourteenth day and Tuesday. This time the day is just ahead us on 22nd August. I do not know when again we will have such unique opportunity. Now About the sadhana to be done on that day: - The items needed for this sadhana are, Agarbatti, flowers, oil lamps/cow ghee lamp(one oil lamp of sesame seeds oil and one cow ghee lamp – Cow ghee lamp to be placed on our left side which is the right side of the pooja mandir and oil lamp on our right side which is left of the pooja mandir, Asana for sitting, Jal Patra for Achaman and sankalpa, Some milk sweets for offering to the Lord/Goddess and Static Maala. 21000 times mantra chanting is required for this. Either this total can be completed on that day or completed in three days period commencing from 22nd.

First step ; pay respects to Guru and then pray Lord Ganesh for Sidhi, lit both the lamps, then make out sankalpa – for which you prefer this after making Achaaman etc, perform pooja to the Spatik Maala by placing Chandan, Pushpam, dhoopam, deepam and Nivedan of any dry fruit and commence sadhana taking the maala into the hands. The maala should contain 108 + 1 beeds and more or less 210 maala chanting of the mantra becomes necessary. Each time, if the sadhana is performed on different times, the same procedure to be followed and the mantra is HASAI HASA KAREE HASAI. As most of you are office goers you may complete the sadhana by the night after returning from your work spots. This is one of the best sadhanaas of this year and I wish you grand success. I shall be back again soon…………………………………………..Affly yours HARA HARA MAHADEVA Truthfully respecting the Lotus Feet of Great Grand Father Shri Krishna Dwipaayan Veda Vyas, The Great Sage Agasya, Holy Maharishi Sandeepani and Vamsa Rishi Gowthama, I take leave of you. Affly Yours HARA HARA MAHADEVA DR P V SESHA SAI ASWAMEDHAYAAJI

The Muslims believe Jesus/Allah is coming soon. He is to land in Israel as a Muslim. They fear that when he lands and doesnt see Muslims that he will feel let down. The muslims have but two choices. 1) Occupy Israel or 2) make it so no creature not even Jesus would want to set foot there.

These are the words/plan of Osma Bin Laden
