Read about Martin Armstrong's experiences with Comey. Comey is as statist as they come, totally bought, and has been for a long time. Armstrong was dragooned by Comey.

Yes!!!!

You can no longer obtain positions of power in this administration unless you are a member of the club.....and that club is hell bent on destroying America....

...as it is, with a controlled media and an educational system that has been corrupted, all the dark side has to do is wait for us conservatives and Christians to die off and the dumbed down millennials will continue to elect Marxist governments.

Considering the historical record on this kind of thing, it is only a matter of time before these people start to angle against one another in more kinetic fashion. God help the grass when those large herbivores start fighting amongst themselves.

"The prosecutors make the decisions"
"No reasonable prosecutor would bring criminal charges."

Not if he knew what was "good for his family" I BET.
His reputation makes it clear that something (probably some kind of dire threat) MORE than money, was at stake to make him violate his reputed character and honesty.

He probably WILL resign, but should have Resigned AT THE PODIUM today and said, "they will have to get someone else to read this statement, I CANNOT" and PUBLICLY resigned right then and there.

Someone should advise ISIS that it is UNWISE to try to play "BADASS" against America and Americans,
BECAUSE NOBODY can play "BADASS" better and bigger than WE CAN when we finally "take the kid gloves off"!!

Oops, wrong thread. Sorry.

And to those of you who just can't vote for Trump because of whatever reason your all too holy selves can dredge up...may it go well for you when this beast is elected.

I am looking for the response article from Trump...is it here?

In it, there are his tweets in response to this announcement. He made the official announcement that she is going to be the next president...the way he and /or his "staff" worded it...I will have to find, or start a thread on his responses, if it is not on the forum yet...

He tweeted July 2nd that sources said no charges, system rigged

He did, huh?

That was an announcement. They have to announce their plans before acting...it is in the elite's "code of ethics."

I am sifting through threads to find some of his tweets from today, after the announcement was made that she skates...searching...

Really glad to have seen it all go down this way, seriously, not cause Hitlery got away with it,
but that this miserably corrupt system has been exposed for all to see, as it's always been
the greater threat. It's never been about any one evil person, there's a whole line of them
wanting a shot at the title, but it's always all about any system that fails to condemn and
prosecute and instead protects them. That's always what most threatens all our liberties.

This may be the best thing to of happened to finally spark a turn in the right direction,
it's so blatantly and egregiously over the top that more will come to see how corrupt a
leadership they really have and all others that already knew will be fired up even more.

We might have cheered if she'd been indicted, but, the system working, would never have
held anywhere near the potential to of gained us near as many converts as this surely will.

I really like it when they overstep and piss off even more people, thank you for being you
for more to see & behold the true depth of your evil & arrogant unbridled lust for power!

This is just the sort of event historians look back on and credit for having sparked past
critical masses leading to a for-real turning point. Let's hope/pray it is...

I went over to Karl Denniner's site, to see his reaction to all this. it's here.

He went and looked up the statute, posted it, and it's pretty clear:

Here is the section of US law that Comey admitted and stated that the FBI found Hillary violated:

(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
and

(g) If two or more persons conspire to violate any of the foregoing provisions of this section, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each of the parties to such conspiracy shall be subject to the punishment provided for the offense which is the object of such conspiracy.

Which in turn implicates Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton and every one of the people who worked on said server or in Hillary's entourage and knew what Hillary was doing.

The Rule of Law was officially burned and buried today on live television by the Director of the FBI.
America, as envisioned and fought for by the founders, died today at 11:00 AM ET, 7/5/2016.
240 years and one day from birth to death.

So I went over to WkikiLeaks this morning. Did some searches, on the emails. Its Hillary, and all her closest advisors, carrying on the government's business, out of a server in her basement!

This server didn't spring out of a burning bush. I was set up. Accounts were set up for Hillary, and both her office staff, and "trusted" outside advisers. The intent was clear; to conduct business, "Away from the office".

Several times, I saw text in the email, reminding people, that there were reports, and such attached to it. They knew.
________________________________
So then comes Comey, and his weasel act. He makes up a proviso that since there was no intent to cause harm to the U.S. he recommends against prosecution. Total Crap. No such threshold exists!

The statute clearly defines when events become a crime. it's right here:
A)...having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody ...
B) ...and fails to make prompt report of such loss...

Here's further proof they did this with intent, and foreknowledge: When asked if this was going on, they lied! Then started deleting emails, like a mad dog.

This is classic Hillary. Power mad, she feels completely justified in doing whatever she wants. "For the sake of the law, she is above the law." Hell, she IS the law.
________________________________

So, for 15 years, we've been told that the Federales, in all their many forms, are doing right. That there's some bad guy out there, so scary, that... well, the Constitution is just going to have to wait for awhile. "Trust us."

Well, when you travel on your integrity, its probably not a good idea to catch somebody red-handed, list evidence in a press conference, then "make up" an excuse why you're not going to pursue it. Unscheduled meetings between the Attorney General, and one of the suspects, isn't a good idea, either.

What ever happened to "Equal predation, under the law"?

I have had dealings with the FBI over an email server. Was a few years back. They showed up at my partner's house, 6 AM. Escorted him to the server, and told him to log in to the Administrator's account, and then step away. No search warrant, nothing. All they said was, "Either you cooperate with us, or you and your email server will just disappear."

2 years ago, the DOJ crept onto my property, searched my vehicle. went through every scrap of paper, every box. and bag. Trunk too. Dumped everything on the floor. Again, no warrant. Thought it was burglars, at first. But nothing was missing. Found out 2 days later when they made up some excuse to come to my door. To this day, I still don't know what they were looking for.

Yet I'm supposed to grin & bear it, while Hillary, caught red-handed gets a pass? Thuggery! And worse.

Karl Denninger was right: "America, as envisioned and fought for by the founders, died today at 11:00 AM ET, 7/5/2016."
I want it back.

Don't know if this was posted earlier, but....

What if Comey did this on purpose?? What if Comey knew that indicting Clinton would end up dragging in a whole bunch of other co-conspirators, including Obama, and even though he knew she should be charged, he didn't want to be the guy to start a MAJOR firestorm?

So instead, he outlined in his press conference all the laws that she broke and gave specific details but then INTENTIONALLY decided to punt it to Lynch?

He HAD to know millions of people would be pissed with this information coming out, including repubs in Congress. What if he was thinking, let the general population get really pissed off along with Congress and then let THEM put the heat on Lynch to bring an indictment? The political heat being put on Lynch now must be HUGE.

This way the pressure is off Comey directly, he just gave all the ammo to the general population to FORCE Lynch to act...

We should have seen this coming: a fellow law student from Columbia gets appointed Director of the FBI by Barack Obama and goes on to do the bidding of his former colleague. Now we know why his appointment of a "Republican" to the position wasn't really an attempt to be more inclusive after all.

Hopefully, he did this in such a way as to allow a DOJ under Trump to hammer her into the dirt.

Her being charged would not affect her supporters regarding the election...not one bit.

Keep in mind, he answers to the traitor in the whitehouse.

You can bet that Lynch told the Kenyan how this should be played, he directed Comey to do this.

I sincerely hope he is playing a long game.

I don't think he necessarily is - see my next post about some of his history, especially with the Clintons.

however, I do wonder whether or not a DOJ under Trump could revisit the issue since nothing was done with the charges. (If they had indicted her, brought charges and she was found innocent, there would be double jeopardy involved.) If the FBI investigates and at this time doesn't recommend charges, could they bring charges down the road? Especially if 'new information' comes to light? He certainly left a lot open such as they didn't have access to a whole slew of emails and that they were working on the presumption the server wasn't hacked by foreign countries.

Anyone know?

Inside the FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton’s E-Mail
Massimo Calabresi
March 31, 2016

FBI director Jim Comey first investigated the Clintons 20 years ago

Late last summer, the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, James Comey, met with John Giacalone, the bureau official responsible for everything from counterterrorism to counterintelligence across the U.S. Giacalone, a fireplug of a man who started out as a New York City field agent battling organized crime in the 1990s, wanted to brief Comey on a high-profile issue that had been referred to the bureau by the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community. Emails found on the private, unclassified server used by Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State contained classified information; Giacalone’s National Security Branch wanted to investigate how the secrets got there and whether anyone had committed a crime in the process. Comey was clear about one thing. “He wanted to make sure it was treated the same way as all other cases,” says Giacalone, who left the bureau in February.

Seven months later, 20 to 30 agents, technical specialists and analysts have been assigned to the investigation, according to sources familiar with it. The agents have conducted interviews and done forensic analysis of the evidence collected. And they have executed process, the sources say, referring to a category of investigative tools that can include, among other things, subpoenas. As they near the end of the investigation, the agents are preparing to interview several of Clinton’s closest aides, and perhaps the candidate herself, according to the sources, a move Clinton campaign officials say she will comply with. Attorney General Loretta Lynch told Congress on Feb. 24 that she is awaiting a recommendation from Comey and the FBI on whether anyone should be charged.

Comey is keeping a close watch on the investigation, getting briefings from team leaders and personally overseeing the case. Agents have been told they may be polygraphed to prevent leaks, the sources familiar with the probe say. “I want to ensure [the Clinton email investigation] is done in the ways the FBI does all its work: professionally, with integrity, promptly,” Comey told Congress in February. “And without any interference whatsoever.”

Some Republicans are referring to his recommendation as the “Comey primary” in the hopes it will sway the election their way. That may be wishful thinking, but one thing is clear: Comey has spent much of his career investigating and occasionally confronting high-profile public figures, including the Clintons.

Comey’s first brush with them came when Bill Clinton was president. Looking to get back into government after a stint in private practice, Comey signed on as deputy special counsel to the Senate Whitewater Committee. In 1996, after months of work, Comey came to some damning conclusions: Hillary Clinton was personally involved in mishandling documents and had ordered others to block investigators as they pursued their case. Worse, her behavior fit into a pattern of concealment: she and her husband had tried to hide their roles in two other matters under investigation by law enforcement. Taken together, the interference by White House officials, which included destruction of documents, amounted to “far more than just aggressive lawyering or political naiveté,” Comey and his fellow investigators concluded. It constituted “a highly improper pattern of deliberate misconduct.”

Comey parlayed the Whitewater job into top posts in Virginia and New York, returning to Manhattan in 2002 to be the top federal prosecutor there. One of his first cases as a line attorney in the same office 15 years earlier had been the successful prosecution of Marc Rich, a wealthy international financier, for tax evasion. But on his last day as President in 2001, Bill Clinton pardoned Rich. “I was stunned,” Comey later told Congress. As top U.S. prosecutor in New York in 2002, appointed by George W. Bush, Comey inherited the criminal probe into the Rich pardon and 175 others Clinton had made at the 11th hour.

Despite evidence that several pardon recipients, including Rich, had connections to donations to Bill Clinton’s presidential library and Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senate campaign, Comey found no criminal wrongdoing. He was careful not to let the investigation be used for political purposes by either party. When pressed for details in one case, he said, “I can’t really go into it because it was an investigation that didn’t result in charges. That may be a frustrating answer, but that’s the one I’m compelled to give.”

Comey hasn’t only discomfited Democrats. As Bush’s Deputy Attorney General Comey launched the probe into the leak of the identity of CIA officer Valerie Plame and briefly blocked the National Security Agency’s Stellar Wind program of blanket telephone-metadata after a dramatic confrontation with then-White House Counsel Alberto Gonzales. Comey’s stand against Gonzales didn’t end there, and its fallout has implications for the current Clinton email investigation. In May 2007, Comey had left government, and Gonzales, who had replaced John Ashcroft atop the Justice Department, was clinging to his job amid unrelated scandals. Comey surprised the top Democratic staffer on the Senate Judiciary Committee by agreeing to make public the details of the Stellar Wind confrontation for the first time in compelling open testimony. The hearing was designed to force Gonzales out, and ultimately it worked. Comey’s testimony led to the discovery by White House lawyers that Gonzales had improperly stored classified notes on Stellar Wind, which in turn led to his resignation that August, according to top Bush White House officials. Comey and Gonzales both declined to comment on the matter.

Lawyers preparing Clinton and her aides for possible interviews are well aware that Comey has a history of prosecuting those who impede investigators. Cheney’s aide Libby was convicted not of leaking Plame’s identity but of obstructing justice, as was Martha Stewart. Comey had a front-row seat to Clinton’s controversial handling of documents in the White-water case. Ultimately the Senate committee he worked for two decades ago found no criminal wrongdoing but issued a politically damaging report anyway. Clinton campaign official Brian Fallon says that the FBI has not requested an interview with her yet and that she remains ready to cooperate with the probe. “She first expressed her willingness to cooperate in any way possible last August,” says Fallon, “and that included offering to meet with them and answer any questions they might have.”

Comey’s recommendation to Lynch, when it comes, could include a description of the evidence; what laws, if any, might have been violated; and how confident he is in the results of the probe, the sources familiar with the investigation tell TIME. What will come of the Comey primary? Says Giacalone: “If the evidence is there, it’s there. If it leads to something inconclusive, or nothing, he’s not going to recommend filing charges.”

Didn't anyone else hear Comey say that Clinton had MULTIPLE servers? That was the first time I heard it. Previously, all talk was about her "server," singular.

Wouldn't that one little detail confirm "intent?"

Yes, it does substantiate the minimum for "intent." Charges against each email server would be levied separately. Intent is not always required. "Special knowledge" attachment is sufficient in cases like this. As SoS, she was expected to be aware of the proprieties. IOW, she can't plead "oh, silly me, I didn't know that..."

Thanks. Rudy Guiliani addressed this today on CNN as well.

If you click on this link it takes you directly to that part of the interview, but I recommend watching the entire interview, it is very informative.

For those watching here, skip to 5minutes 50 seconds if you just want to see him discuss this part.
