Again...humbled by the power of prayer.

Good news for now folks...its not MRSA!!!

He had three highly prestigious, experienced collegiate doctors all tell him he had MRSA. Tests came back negative and the infection he does have can be wiped out with......neosporin.

I can't believe it! But am so happy. Bless you all. Let's hope these ones stick and he has a good run now!

Yes they really do. This is just too "coincidental". They told him 9 times out of ten what they saw with his injuries meant MRSA. So happy!!

:bwl:Sad news today. My brother had a biopsy done and it turns out he has stage 4 liver cancer which has metastasized. Turns out everything that he has been suffering with is because of this. Go figure. Prognosis is a few months....From what I just learned this is one helluva way to go.

Appreciate very much the thoughts and prayers on his behalf, I believe you all were instrumental for the reprieve he has had. He now knows how much people really love him, and what a gift! Well I suppose if you are inclined thoughts for comfort to him. Again, thank you all.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Depending on what HE wants, you might want to look into Essaic tea... Not likely anything much will help him for long, but it might give him some symptom relief- and miracles DO happen.

Prayers for physical comfort for your brother and emotional/spiritual comfort for you all. We often don't know God's plan, but always know that He loves us and has us in the palm of His hand.

Quick little update: Luck of all luck my brother was able to get in the "premiere" hospice facility. The move, although just about a couple blocks away wiped.him.out. Wondering if anyone would sent a prayer of comfort for his benefit. He's in the kind of pain I can't comprehend right now. I thank you all.

If your brother is a Christian, I suggest the following passage from the book of James. PM me for more details if so inclined. I have personally seen great healings in hopeless cases when praying in this way.

James 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
James 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
