TECH Computer frozen - seems to have "lots of" windows open

Computer ran slow yesterday - ran ccleaner and avg yesterday

This morning computer very slow to start up.
-pulled down top window
-screen filled with open windows

Running malware bytes right now.

Anything else I can do?

You should be starting in Safe Mode for cleanup.

Turn off System Restore, start in Safe Mode and then do the scans.
