Allergies leading to allergic bronchitis, leading to pneumonia is a very common chain of progression. Hopefully she did not get as far as the strain on her heart developing into an irregular heartbeat, and if it did, hopefully either drugs or an external cardiac procedure can get her fixed and back to a normal heart function.

Prayers for her to recover fully and quickly.

SO, she is having heart surgery tomorrow. We don't know what kind, or what specifically it's going to do, but she was complaining of really fast heart rate before she went in. I suspect you know far more than I do just from reading what you posted, Wildweasel.

Please folks, continue your prayers -- especially for the heart surgery tomorrow. She knows her good friends and prayer warriors are out here, calling on the Lord to heal her and give her strength to get through this.

Nana...then mom is getting good care.

Surgery is in about a half hour. She said something about heart failure, but that's all. I don't know which procedure they'll be doing, but I'll see if I can find out.

Renewed prayers are greatly appreciated.

I have been continuing paying for Mom and all who have been so ill this spring! I know HE hears our prayers for complete recovery and well being for all who love them.

I give up.
Pacemaker? One of my friends had a heart attack in her mid 40's and had to have one put in. Been fine since.

Hope Mom's OK.
