I do not know what Jesus is going to do regarding me - nor will I aid and abet a coming war but yes, I AM a true believer and yes, I do trust "Bibi" and his decisions a lot more than ST's postings rambling about "stuff" we all basically already know. I have not only been there, I have been in such parades (as part of a Pagan religious group) and the after-street party - I can assure you that while sometimes the after-behavior is a bit "over-the-top" (even for me) I never saw anything that was involuntary or forced going on (no matter how weird) and most of the "celebration" consisted of a lot of very astute small merchant capitalists making a lot of money from the over-priced ice cream cones to the leather collars on sale in the hundreds of stands set up for the day.
As an almost "joke" I tried to find a "kitty-cat" collar with little rhinestones on it that would fit me (to wear as a surprise on my honeymoon) but sadly that particular genre of cute had not been attempted by any of the leather-working stalls and I was not inclined to make any.
Sorry for the thread drift, but at this point I might suggest the topics stay on the hard news topics of Syria, Israel and even the possible connections with the tragic death of a Ambassador REPRESENTING THE UNITED STATES and avoid the personal smears about the personal details of his off-duty lifestyle?
Because, while yes, it may figure in as a point of interest for historians; in the long run the real issue is: The USA allowed a official US Ambassador, their boots on the ground to be brutally tortured and killed while doing NOTHING to try and rescue him or even the brave men who tried to defend him - over a long period of hours (not minutes).
Yep, there does seem to have been some act of real betrayal here, and THAT is the real horror and sickening fact - again people are using (and I think the administration has encouraged to fog things over) the ambassadors personal life to overshadow this truly horrific fact!
During most times and places, the attack and murder of an ambassador who is on official duties in a foreign country is an ACT OF WAR! Now often these things are blamed on "rouge elements" with lots of apologies and various "gifts" traded back and forth so a ground war is avoided. But attacking an ambassador is legally the same thing as attacking the country in question, that is why they have diplomatic immunity (not so they can run up parking tickets in Washington DC) and also why the grounds of an embassy are legally considered the "soil" of the other nation for as long as the place is an embassy.
The US was attacked that day and nothing was done about it - Syria and Israel are now attacking each other and the conflict getting hotter, was their a connection between all three? Probably, but I don't pretend to know all the details, but those are the details I want to know - not folks sliming the deceased who was tortured to death by methods if done to a women ambassador would have had the US Public so enraged the White House would have had difficulty keeping riots from burning down the embassy of the nation responsible.
Sounds similar to the yet untested? enhanced radiation nuclear weapons Israel is rumored to have.

First off, Israel is much too small to survive a regional war in the middle east. Personal friends of mine, who live in Israel and getting out as we speak. Some are coming here to the U.S(not many)., while others are finding new homes in parts of South America.
If Israel is backed into a corner, there's is no doubt that they will use the Samson option. They have stated that they would nuke parts of Europe, Iran, and others who pose a threat to them........they will do this knowing full well that they will be destroyed by 'other powers' once they launch the first nukes.
I've posted in other threads the theory that Iran has about 10 H bombs.....these bombs were purchased from the Ukraine in the 1990's.
If Tehran is destroyed by a 500 kiloton Israel nuke, you can bet your bottom dollar that Israel will be destroyed in a similar manner. What is not know is how far the various players will go after the first nuclear strike.
Furthermore, any war in the middle east will definitely involve CONUS. That means that we will be active players in any and all war scenarios.
We also can deduce that when and if Israel launches it's nukes, CONUS will also be wide open to a nuclear response from the lurking Soviet Subs which are stationed near both our coasts.
Syria was a 'red line in the sand' for Russia. They are willing, in my view, to go to war(full tilt) over Syria. How far will they go? My opinion is that they will go all the way. Israel cannot afford a land war.......the U.S. cannot afford such a war, either. Therefore, my conclusion is this: the next war will be nuclear......and more than likely, the time frame for this conflict is very close.

Israeli poet Itamar Yaoz-Kest, a Holocaust survivor, has penned a public “letter-poem” in reply to the “poem” in which German Günter Grass accused Israel of “endangering the already fragile world peace.”
The letter-poem was published on journalist Ze’ev Galili’s blog, in Hebrew, under the name: “The Right to Exist: a Poem-Letter to the German Author.” It addresses Grass, who has admitted to being a member of the Waffen SS during World War II, by name.
The “letter-poem” starts thus:
Danger,
I want to be a danger,
I want to be a danger to the world,
so that after my destruction, not a single blade of grass will remain on the face of the Earth,
or a single blade of grass for Gunther Grass’s pipe,
upon the Earth where, since I was born, I pose a danger to the world.
Because it is my right!
It is my right to live or die while annihilating my annihilators, without riding again as a crying-boy in a transport train,
Into the world-vacuum, while placing my head in the lap of a mother who is disappearing into the fresh air of the Land of Wotan,
and the urine tin darts dark-yellow specks onto the walls of the cabin – like gunshots that spray
a yellowish-reddish liquid from besides the train guards, and among them – maybe – the soldier G.G., also, wearing a steel helmet.
Later in the poem, Yaoz-Kest issues what appears to be a statement of intent along the lines of “the Samson Option”:
And so, as the strong light of the Land of Israel enters my home, I turn on the radio and cannot help listening to the sermons of the ayatollahs of Iran and to the words of the respected Iranian minister, who shows the map of the Land of Israel with his two hands, to say: “It is so small… Within six or seven days it can be erased from the map”, or in your language: “ausradieren”. And here I am listening to the sermons of the imams in the mosques of the Land of Israel and the Arab lands as they declare “ausradieren!”, but they are always referring to me and not to you, Gunther Grass.
And yet, there is a right reserved only to us Jews (if indeed any human on Earth has this right): to be destroyed and to take the weary and sated world with us to the non-existence, along with its wondrous libraries and heart-stirring tunes – just so, after we descend to the grave, while the ground emits radioactive rays to all four winds.

My point is that people who have spelling issues should be very careful in casting aspersions on others for spelling issues. I don't follow you around and point out your spelling gaffs. I hardly ever do that for anyone, unless the spelling error either makes me laugh or cringe. Many times, I'll point it out via PM. While I give you that "chai" is a word used for tea, your tone in making the correction was, well, denigrating. Hence my taking a moment to point out your own periodic issues in that regard.
