Four young women accuse a cab driver of sexual assault to avoid paying a $13 dollar fare.

Those girls should have been charged with making a false report.......I hope he gets the 60K.

Young girls have always been like this. Well documented in history. Craving attention, they have done incredible evil, causing death and destruction with their lies. For example, look into the Salem witch trials. A group of girls, craving daddys' attention, got together and collectively stated that specific women had put curses on them and would pretend to have convulsions and shudder for proof. I would bet the girls got good laughs over the drowning of innocent women, but they got their desired attention from daddy.

I hope he wins,those girls should be charged for swearing out lies on the police report.
They should get a minimum of a few days in jail,I would not want my daughter doing something like that.

reminds me of the Duke LaCross Players....... another trumped up and life destroying event based on lies for all parties concerned. That stripper by the way, murdered her latest boyfriend and is now herself in jail.

In case you’ve wondered about higher education stories dating from seven years ago, that scandal pertaining to sexual abuse allegations against members of Duke University’s lacrosse is now (almost) over.
In March of 2006 Crystal Mangum, an exotic dancer, performed at a party hosted at the off-campus residence of the captains of the Duke lacrosse team. Mangum, a black single mother, later accused a three members of the team of rape.
District Attorney Mike Nifong, who was running for reelection, pursued the case very enthusiastically, despite the fact that the evidence in this incident was, well, limited. A DNA test of 46 members of the school’s lacrosse team failed to indicate any sexual contact with Mangum. Several players were arrested anyway, none were found guilty.
Nifong was subsequently disbarred “after being found guilty of a battery of ethics violations for his handling of the Duke” case.
Now, according to an article in the News & Observer, on Wednesday this week, The incident brought extensive negative press to Duke and the lacrosse team, particularly with regard to race, class, and gender relations in the Durham, North Carolina region. As one columnist wrote in the midst of the event:Well yes, but that still didn’t mean he was a rapist.

why are women given a free pass in the usa if it had been the reverse a man would be in jail now

it does not matter that it was in Canada the same thing happens in the USA and around the world also..this happens every day to some guy who did nothing wrong at all and every one with half a brain knows that to be true..

it is a double standard if a guy grabs a girls butt in a bar he is in trouble but if a girl dose the same and a guy complains he gets laughed at and called a sissy or worse.

females can and do get away with accusing a male of such things with out any proof and he is in VERY BIG TROUBLE and goes to jail but if the guy says the same about a female he is laughed at ... females who falsely accuse a male of such things should have to serve the same sentence the guy would have gotten if he had been convicted!!!!.

More like a few years in jail and a permanent record so they won't be believed if they ever try something like that again.

Bottom line: never be alone with a woman you are not dating. For any reason. Women today have no moral standards, and KNOW that all they have to do is make an accusation. When I was driving truck for a living, the word out in the driving world was NEVER PICK UP A FEMALE HITCHHIKER. A vast majority of the time, they'd ask for money. If you refused, they'd threaten to accuse you of attempted rape. This happened many, many times. Men, defend yourselves against evil women. Take precautions. Be safe. The life you save may be your own.


ETA: My oldest friend is serving a ten year prison sentence right now for a false accusation, from his niece. And I KNOW it's a false accusation. But had he not taken the plea, they would have tried to lock him up for the rest of his life. Because of that little bitch.

Similar to what I was trying to write. Pretty, young girls too often get a free pass and go on damaging other lives. But an adult criminal record would put a damper on their future exploits in false accusations. A threatened, false accusation against me would have severe consequences, male or female.

Agree. It's not just young ones, and reflects a changing & general decline in moral standards... In my job, I no longer have 'one-on-one' meetings with my female staff (I was advised to take this stance by HR following a malicious claim which I was thankfully able to prove as false), unless they are in an open environment with others around. I know not all ladies are like this, but in today's world it only takes one.... like the cab driver, I was lucky, I may not be so next time.....
