What O and his thugs are saying is, it ISN'T "persecution" if it's applied ACROSS THE BOARD.
THEN--SO WHAT if it happens to deny the Constitutional rights of a certain religious group, or even of certain INDIVIDUALS acting according to their personal religious convictions?
As long as it is APPLIED ACROSS THE BOARD, then it is "fair" (remember, to a Demoncrat, "fair" = "same" = "equal".
They can then USE this precedent to apply a law that, say, REQUIRES doctors to perform abortions, by stating that NO doctor can refuse to perform any legitimate medical practice covered by Obamacare---and instantly ALL Catholic doctors and hospitals are out of business and out of a job. But---that's NOT "discrimination against Catholics", or persecution of Catholics, because, after all, it was a law that "applied equally to everyone", so it was "fair" and not persecution.
It basically means the END of our Constitution....by a simple end-run around it by re-defining what the definition of what "is", is---or in this case, the definition of what "fair" and "equal" are---and defining BOTH to mean: "exactly the SAME".
This is the MOST SERIOUS ATTACK on our freedoms and rights to date.
And it is DIABOLIC (and I DO mean that literally) that the Obama administration used a GERMAN homeschooling family, who simply wanted the freedom and independence to raise their children to think and learn and believe as they (the parents) saw fit, ---- that OBAMA used THIS, to back-door STEAL ALL of our freedoms away.
