Over the past 18 months, we've been growing increasingly concerned for the future of all life on planet earth. Sure, the signs that things have been going 'south' have been there for some time, but our concern began in earnest at the very beginning of 2011, when masses of birds began to fall dead from the sky around the world. The phenomenon continued for several months, and birds around the world are still dying for officially unknown reasons. None of the dead birds showed any sign of disease, but in several incidents birds were found to have 'external injuries' like they had been "hit by some kind of blunt instrument". All sorts of explanations for the deaths were offered (like fireworks or birds colliding with each other) including the predictable attempts by 'science experts' to downplay any significance to the bizarre deaths. But among the flurry of speculation, one report stood out.

NewsChannel5 Chief Meteorologist Mark Johnson decided to take a look at the the Doppler radar images from Beebe, Arkansas from the night when many red-winged blackbirds had fallen dead to the ground, and he discovered something interesting.
"There it was. This huge plume of turbulence over the Beebe birds just as they began their frenzied flight," Johnson said.

The turbulence appears above the birds between about 7,000 and 12,000 feet. Johnson realized there are only a few possible explanations for this phenomena.
Having homed in on the probable cause, Johnson then introduced some nonsense:
"Birds don't fly that high, and he quickly ruled out military action, a sonic boom, meteor shower or alien invasion."
While we can understand why Johnson ruled out military action or a sonic boom (there were no flights over the area at the time), Johnson never explained why he ruled out a "meteor shower", although we can understand the inclusion of "alien invasion" - to ridicule by association the idea of a "meteor shower" or other meteorite-related phenomenon.

Johnson then went on to say:
"Something in the atmosphere, something mysterious, occurred over Beebe, Arkansas that night... And I believe it was part of what caused those birds to fly and then die."
Indeed, but with the answer staring him in the face, Johnson lost the plot completely:
Johnson's research captured an unseen temperature reversal just above the birds' roosting area at about 1,500 feet above the ground. This temperature "inversion" acted like a megaphone, amplifying all the noises that occurred in Beebe at that time. As the fireworks exploded, the sound was amplified by the inversion and became much louder than normal. This appears to have startled the birds so much that they burst into flight, running into each other, and nearby buildings. Thousands of the now-disoriented birds then crashed to the ground, dying from blunt force trauma.
The Doppler radar image used by Johnson to explain the bird deaths. We have added the blue-green arrow to illustrate the trajectory of a meteor reaching that altitude before exploding in the lower atmosphere.

Temperature reversal? At 1,500 feet? But previously Johnson stated that the 'turbulence' occurred between 7,000 and 12,000 feet. He even produced a graph of the Doppler radar images that shows this. While temperature inversion does occur and can amplify sound, when birds are startled by noise they don't generally fly into each other and buildings in large numbers. What's most likely, is that the bird deaths of January 2011 (and later) were caused by an overhead meteorite or comet fragment (MoCF) explosion, with either the actual shock wave killing the birds (through blunt force trauma) or associated electrical effects 'frying' their 'circuits'. This electrical effect can also explain the massive fish die-offs around the same time. Consider this report, just in today, about two children being mysteriously electrocuted to death as they swam in a lake in Missouri on 4th July. The thousands of dead fish found upstream from Beebe on New Year's Eve 2010 could well have had their circuits fried because of significant electrical discharge that accompanied the overhead MoCF airburst. Now check out this Tunguska blast simulation by Sandia lab. An incoming bolide exploding overhead would knock the wind out of anything within a radius relative to the extent of its blast. It would probably knock airplanes out of the sky too - more on that below.

Why do we say that the MoCF explanation is the 'most likely'? Mainly because of the truly massive increase in MoCF sightings and overhead detonations ('booms') over the past number of years. Hardly a week has gone by in the past few years without a reported fireball sighting or unexplained booms rocking houses around the world. In the months prior to and after the bird and fish deaths in January 2011, many such events were reported. Check out Sott.net's fireballs and meteorites blog for further evidence.

So 2011 got off to a very disturbing start, and the rest of the year certainly offered the entire world a chance to sit up and take further notice. But did anyone take it?

There was the "worst storm ever" cyclone Yasi that pummeled Western Australia, there was the massive New Zealand earthquake, the 9.0 earthquake and tsunami in Japan and the resulting nuclear reactor disaster (that is ongoing) and the massive eruption of the Puyehue-Cordón Caulle volcanic complex in Chile.

There was weird weather all over the place, starting with major freezes and snow storms in the US, UK and Asia and later in the year unprecedented flooding in the US, the UK and China. Earthquakes happen quite often, as do cyclones and volcanic eruptions, but when was the last time that our planet experienced such a confluence of extreme events in a single year? More to the point, what does it all portend? Speaking of earthquakes, did you know that there were 106 5.0+ earthquakes detected worldwide between 1980-1999 and there were 429 5.0+ earthquakes detected world-wide between 2000-2011?

As you might (or should) have noticed, the fun didn't end on December 31st 2011. Bizarrely, on the exact same date as the previous year, another boatload of birds fell dead in Beebe, Arkansas in 2012, and another radar image showed a "large mass over Beebe" just before the birds fell. Lightning can strike the same place twice, and so, apparently, can overhead MoCF explosions.

In the first six months of 2012, we've had more freezing weather across the northern hemisphere, with snow as far south as the Sahara desert in February. Summer arrived early in late March in Europe and the Eastern US (for a couple of weeks) and then promptly reverted back to winter with serious implications for this year's crops. This was followed by major flooding in the UK with virtually unprecedented tornadoes and 'super-cell' storms. Standard meteorology blames this chaotic weather on the strange motion of the polar Jet stream, which has been repeatedly pushing south and bringing cold fronts to lower latitudes than normal, but standard meteorology either does not know, or refuses to admit, why the polar Jet Stream is behaving strangely.

In large part, earth's climate is governed by solar (and other cosmic) radiation. This radiation reaches us as charged particles from sunspots, solar flares, filaments, coronal holes, etc. These particles have a direct effect on earth's magnetic field which, in turn, affects the currents of our oceans and Jet Streams, which in turn can cause extreme weather and influence human behavior. While we can observe solar eruptions, etc. much of this radiation is hidden from us and we are left to infer the presence of, or an increase in, such radiation from the effects it has on our planet. Given the chaos that has been reigning on earth for the past few years, we can infer that we are indeed being bombarded with high levels of solar and cosmic radiation. Suffice to say that our planet's climate appears to be gearing up for a radical change, most likely in the form of a new ice age. As recently discovered, the last ice age imposed itself on the Northern hemisphere within the space of a few months.

To get an idea of just how chaotic life has become on planet earth, consider this list of events from just the past two months of 2012.

In June, the US was subjected to both record high temperatures AND record LOW temperatures. The US East coast was battered in late June by sudden and violent storms that left millions without power for a week or more, while simultaneously, further west in Colorado, major wildfires "broke out". Throughout it all, sightings of MoCFs and recordings of overhead 'booms' have continued on an almost daily basis. (See this link for the truly shocking number of fireballs and meteorite sightings in April, May and June 2012 alone).

For example, on June 20th a daylight fireball dazzled Colorado residents as firefighters battled the Springer fire near Lake George in the Pike National Forest in Colorado, one of many out of control, 'apocalyptic' and 'epic' forest fires that have torched suburban neighbourhoods in Colorado Springs. Hundreds of homes have burned to the ground and tens of thousands have been forced to evacuate.

This was one of those "supposedly rare daytime fireballs" (in fact, it was the fourth - that we know of - seen in the US this year), which startled the hell out of firefighters across the state when it careened out of the smoky sky and all aircraft were temporarily grounded. Firefighting aircraft were again grounded on 1st July when a C-130 crashed fighting fires in the Black Hills of South Dakota. The US Air Force immediately ordered all seven of its remaining air tankers to land. There was no suggestion of 'foul play' from MoCFs on this occasion, but just as we were wondering whether or not immediately grounding planes in the event of MoCF sightings has become a matter of policy, we came across the following exercise in damage control. The "final technical report" into why Air France flight 447 crashed into the Atlantic in May 2009 was released today (5th July). The timing of the release of this report, the careful management of news related to this event, the constant obfuscation of the real causes of the crash and the delayed investigations that have taken three years just to tell us it was caused by a combination of "human error" and "technical problems", add serious weight to the conclusion Joe Quinn drew from his analysis in the aftermath of the crash: that Flight 447 was probably destroyed by an MoCF.

Of the June 20th daytime sighting, Chaffee County sheriff W. Peter Palmer received several reports that an MoCF actually hit the ground. Meteors were seen all over the Midwest, with some reports coming several hours apart, so the earlier reports that the Midwest was hit with a barrage of fireballs seem more accurate than the later 'confirmation' that a single MoCF had shown up. Two commercial aircraft pilots reported an incoming MoCF from their vantage point above Kansas, while the Denver Post reported "balls of fire or something in the air".

A large boom was also reported over Colorado recently so another possibility is that a single larger body exploded, showering multiple bolides across a wide area. This Associated Press report comes straight out and states that the MoCF(s) actually started one of the blazes in Colorado. At this point, it seems plausible that all or most of these wildfires were sparked by fireballs raining down from above. Perhaps birds and fish are not the only creatures in the firing line and humans are not so special after all.

If these fires were ignited by 'heavenly fire' the fact that journalists (including this one in Nevada who was actually arrested on-site) have been barred from the devastated zones becomes more understandable. Compounding our suspicion that the US government is racing to put out more than just forest fires is this impeccably timed dispatch from the official 'al-qaeda magazine' Inspire, in which the CIA's favourite 'terrorists' called for jihadists of the world to "torch forests as part of the Islamic war against the West." Right on cue, the Department of Homeland Security issued a 'newly released report' claiming that for more than a decade "international terrorist groups and associated individuals have expressed interest in using fire as a tactic against the Homeland to cause economic loss, fear, resource depletion, and humanitarian hardship." Pretty coincidental, eh? Those 'al-qaeda' terrorists really are very useful.

Meanwhile COINTELPRO has been set to work helping the US government deceive the alt.net community with the usual garbage about super-secret (sic) scalar weapons, plasma weapons and HAARP being tested on unwitting Coloradans.

Looking at what was in store for humanity in 2012, Laura Knight-Jadczyk wrote the following in an article published by Sott.net on New Year's Eve 2011: "There is also the possibility of overhead cometary explosions being blamed on terrorism." So here we are, at the halfway mark of 2012, hearing reports that a bolide (or multiple ones) were responsible for the Colorado fires, followed by 'al Qaeda' and the Department of Homeland Security playing their respective roles to 'warn' the sheeple that terrorists are planning large-scale wildfires attacks near densely populated areas across the US.

© Google Crisis Response
The extent of fires across the US Midwest, 3 July 2012

With fires currently raging from Montana to the Mexican border, fireballs are probably not responsible for igniting all of them. But the tinderbox conditions on the ground are eerily reminiscent of the descriptions of suffocating heat, "spontaneous fires" and "electrical phenomena" during the Chicago Fire (which actually consumed swathes of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois) in 1871, when debris from the tail-end of a comet combined with drought conditions to produce devastating fires in which buildings "burst into flames from the interior".

It's not coincidental that these sudden and extreme heatwaves accompanied by unusually intense electrical storms - in which the sky itself appears aflame - are punctuated with multiple fireball sightings. There doesn't need to be a comet passing close by at this point in time. 'Shooting stars' aka 'meteor showers' are Earth's periodic encounters with dust and debris left behind by comets (or long since disintegrated comets) whose orbits intersect our flight path. With so many unexpected and rare fireballs being seen in the skies, it's safe to assume that we are passing through a lot more cometary debris than 'normal' and that it sure is getting awfully busy in our skies. The mainstream media has basically ignored the warning signs for the past decade, but with fireballs now pelting the planet at an alarming rate, they are having to engage the issue.

One of the themes of the Cassiopaean information, brought up during research that extends back to the 1990s, is planetary destruction via a Comet Cluster that cycles through the solar system every 3,600 years as a consequence of the orbit of our Sun's solar Companion, a smaller, dark Twin Sun, which has set a current running through our solar system and is now producing the noticeable effects - the same pehomena which the geological record shows always precede the advent of an Ice Age. The theory of a solar companion is in fact very mainstream and plausible. Although teams of scientists are trying to locate the Sun's companion, such research has become heavily classified since the US military announced a blackout on scientists' access to satellite data on incoming space rocks, so we don't expect to see headlines announcing its discovery anytime soon.

The Powers That Be will do whatever it takes to prevent the people from realising that there is absolutely nothing big government or their international money masters can do about the cosmic wheels that are now in motion and that present a clearly existential threat to ALL life on earth. In ancient times the instinctive need for 'Authoritarian Followers' to put their trust and faith in an authority was connected to religion - the leaders were authorized by the gods and were society's representative to the gods. When things got bad, societies regularly got rid of the leaders that they saw as NOT being approved by the gods. That is, in any society, the leaders fill a ritual role and when the people perceive that the ritual is not the right one, out goes the leader. That's why 'terrorists' and the threat of war and conflict are so useful to governments today. The established authorities can keep the people dependent on them for protection against a phony threat that they themselves have created. But cosmic bombardment and a sixth extinction from 'on high'? There's nothing they can do about that, and if the people finally realise that, they'll drop their dependency on, and allegiance to, authority in a heart-beat.

In a report commissioned by the US Air Force, British astronomer Victor Clube, author of The Cosmic Serpent and The Cosmic Winter, succinctly summarised the fundamental tenet of geopolitics:
"We do not need the celestial threat to disguise Cold War intentions; rather we need the Cold War to disguise celestial intentions!"
No, Clube wasn't referring to aliens or spacecraft; the 'celestial threat' he was referring to appears in Earth's skies during times of turmoil and social upheaval that are linked to a serious imbalance in human evolution. They also induce all kinds of weird environmental effects, the least of which are those strange sky sounds and other electromagnetic phenomena that are also picking up in frequency and intensity. Flooding the Internet with disinformation about chemtrails has convinced some that governments can master Nature's most powerful forces. For everyone else, there's always the 'terrorist' bogeyman and man-made global warming to remind them why they need Big Brother.

But the true purpose of the phony War on Terror is exposed by the recent bare naked attempt to cover up the real threat from space with the fake threat from al Qaeda. The fascist take-over of the planet this year, foreseen by Laura Knight-Jadczyk who exposed the real meaning of 'the world will end in 2012', is proving remarkably prescient:
Comet Biela and Mrs. O'Leary's Cow

If short-period bombardment of our planet by comets or comet dust is a reality (as it increasingly appears to be); and the effects of such an event are deleterious in the extreme; and if we are in fact overdue for a repeat performance of such a visitation (which also appears to be the case); what effect might public awareness of this have on the status quo on the planet at present? Would the bogus "war on terror" not become instantly obsolete and would people across the planet not immediately demand that their political leaders reassess priorities and take whatever action possible to mitigate the threat? And if those political leaders refused to do so and it became known that that this grave threat to the lives of billions was long-standing and common knowledge among the political elite (with all that that implies), what then?Revolution? One last hurrah before the 6th extinction?

Who knows. We only know that this knowledge, in its fullest explication, is being suppressed and marginalized.
The fact of the matter is that our planet and everything on it comprises an intelligent and living system that has designed into it a mechanism through which any imbalance in any aspect of the system can be dealt with. Consider the way in which animal populations are naturally kept in check via predators or disease. This mechanism is designed to protect the overall system and prevent any one aspect from compromising the evolutionary goals of the system itself. Humans have evolved to the point where they have no natural predators, and while disease still kills many human beings each year, modern medicine has succeeded (so far) in preventing a pandemic from wiping out the human race. But it would be foolhardy for anyone to think that the 'living system' has overlooked human beings when it comes to redressing any imbalance caused by human beings that threatens the aim of the overall living system. We trust that what we have written here provides ample evidence that it has not.

We also hope that it is fairly clear that human beings, as a species on planet earth, have reached a point of serious imbalance, both in terms of their effect on the planet and on other living beings on it, and in terms of humanity's own proper evolution which can be defined as evolution in knowledge and consciousness. Clearly, humanity today has stalled in its evolution. Indeed it appears to be back-sliding at an alarming rate, due primarily to the influence of the deviant ideology spread by psychopaths in positions of power around the world. We need only consider the fact that billions of people today have bought into and support the lie that is the psychopathic 'war on terror', which has as its goal the murder and domination of as many innocent people as possible. What does that fact alone (among many other deceptions that people have bought in to) say about the level of knowledge and awareness of the human race as a whole?

Happy belated Independence Day to our American readers, we hope everyone enjoyed the fireworks, whatever their provenance.

fireballs/day up 1.28>5.03 '05-'12
By: apacheman
Comment originally posted in Tunguska article, expanded slightly here:

I have been tracking the incidence of reported fireballs over the US for over a year now, since the increase first caught my notice. Mind these figures are for US only, a fraction of global events.

Working from the ams.org database, and researching prior reports going back a century, what I found was that the reported fireball incidence has held steady at around 1.2-1.3 per day for a very long time.

Beginning in 2006 we see the following pattern of steady increases, save for 2009
:

2005: 1.28
2006: 1.41
2007: 1.61
2008: 1.98
2009: 1.90
2010: 2.59
2011: 4.46

And so far for 2012, as of 2 July: 5.03

Plot those points and the slope is pretty steep.

I am beginning to suspect that the "Mayan" calendar, which is not really Mayan, since they inherited it from the Olmec, who got it from who knows where, is actually a countdown calendar the pinpoints an intersection with the dense stream of cometary fragments that caused the Younger Dryas period some 12.5K years ago.

My reasoning is that if the impacts that likely killed the megafuana and Clovis culture occurred over a period of time, say months, instead of hours, then it is possible that those people or more properly, the survivors, were able to figure out the orbit, and that orbit was very long.

If you knew that something devasting was going to return may thousands of years later, how do you warn the future?

About the only thing that might possibly stand the test of time would be a calendar system. So if you construct the calendar to end at the beginning of the intersection, there is some small hope that people will be prompted to pay greater attention to things around them and pick up on the warning signs. Small hope, but better than nothing.

For what it is worth, that's my theory.

I hope I'm wrong, but with the fireball incidence rising as fast as it is doing, I'm not so sure I am. I think we are now entering the front of a dense cloud of rocks or comet fragments that will intensify come December.

I think that the increase has a lot to do with the freaky global weather; so much extra energy is being put into the upper and middle layers of the atmosphere and that energy is being expressed in the weather. Not to mention that we are heating the bottom pretty hard ourselves. Combined with extra solar input from higher sunspot activity, the totality seems to predict some very bad weather ahead.

Most folk worry about a big asteroid smashing into the planet and killing evreything in fell swoop. Me, I worry about the shotgun blast effect of many much smaller fragments impacting over a long period of time.

Heads up!

We have a saying in Turkish : "Stones will rain on our heads." This means that when the country is ruled very badly or people act real badly and mean, the cosmos or god etc. will react in some way showing its displeasure. It has sure started raining stones and fiery ones.

Re: Great Article

This relating the rulers of a country to the fate of the country vis a vis celestial events - things from the sky - is as old as human societies. The PTB know this and that is why they want to keep a lid on things. They would rather the masses think that they are modifying weather with HAARP or chemtrails - which leaves them in control - than for people to know that what is happening is completely out of their control. Because, of course, when people see that the cosmos is acting against them, they always blame their leaders! In ancient times, under such circumstances, the priest king who was clearly not "ritually pure" would have been sacrificed and a new king put in his place in an effort to appease the gods. Constantine's imposition of Christianity was an act of exactly this sort: there were comets, famines, plague and he was just pushing every button he could think of to try to get things to settle down.

Neither here nor there.
The day those birds died on AR our atmosphere experienced a rather nasty solar storm, that didn't originate from the sun, btw it barely got a mention in the news but I do believe we discussed it here.

I've said this before, one of these days as we are all going about our business a solar storm is going to rip open our atmosphere, we've seen several breeches in the past five years, and when it does everything, in the immediate area, is going to be flash frozen in an instant. It'll be just like what happened to the mastedon's who were flash frozen with buttercups undigested in their stomachs. Will part of the earths living creatures survive? Sure they will, how many and how wide spread is yet to be played out.

Thank you gdp. Excellent article. While everyone is wasting their energy and time on politics, which is exactly what the ptb want, the people ignore what may really be coming. And none of these politics will have one iota of help or truth in them.

There are so many possibilties of why China and US are building all these uninhabited cities everywhere. Overground and underground...... But politics is not one of them. It does keep the masses quiet tho'. They're so busy complaining about stuff that doesn't matter they are refusing to see the forest for the trees.

How much can anything really matter if they issue FS, welfare, SS, Obamacare etc. and we are already 16+ trillion dollars in debt. But those trillions would have sure helped these cities get built and supplied.

Oh well, all you can do is lead a horse to water.....yada, yada

My thoughts as well Hansa. Millions allowed to cross the borders and extort money from the IRS in the way of our tax dollars. 47 million people now on food stamps, so many on disability, bankers leaving in groves, etc, etc. Just keep the masses busy with nonsense, threats or sideshows while they move headquarters to higher ground and build to their hearts content.

I just watched 2012 again today and they went into quite a bit of detail on the "need to know" basis in that movie. Just saying...

Did you see the movie "Artic Blast"? It basically covers exactly what you described PDW. Here's a trailer for those interested...

The financial situation is reminescent of the late 60s to early 70s... as the need to exit the then financial system that utilized the PMs and setup the current system based in fiat currencies only backed by nothing but the public's trust in the system... and now it's come to be all debt based... but that public confidence, though sliding, remains in place because the overwhelming majority of the sheeple are simply complacent in every facet of their lives.

Don't know about our sun's actions, but with all the other cosmic actions set to occur, a simple 'Day After Tomorrow' blast from the upper atmosphere would do that 'flashfreeze', and those temps keep going down in the upper atmosphere as well, again not reported. Best to keep the sheeple preoccupied with more domestic concerns.

How about those fireball numbers? Approaching a 5 multiple in less than a decade. That should point to the obvious cosmic pattern approaching... but only to those paying attention of course, the rest of the sheep are just background characters in this play based in self-conscious awareness.

Cluster of meteors hit the earth's surface - Murshidabad District, India

A cluster of meteors hit the earth's surface yesterday morning in Murshidabad district of India's West Bengal state. Administrative officials in Behrampore confirmed that they were first informed by local residents of Jalangi area who reportedly observed the meteor shower.

At around 5:15 a.m., the spectacular event, which lasted a few seconds, was marked by sparks in the sky, said eye-witnesses from the Sarkarpara area of Jalangi.

Meteors hit the ground like bullets, said local observers, who, driven by curiosity, followed the direction of the meteoric spark and found the spot struck by meteors at a jute field near the Indo-Bangla border.

Members of India's Border Security Forces took control of the site, but later involved the civil administration for better security.

Jalangi Block Development Officer Prasenjit Ghosh visited the spot and filed a report to the district magistrate who has asked for the help of an expert team to examine a chunk of solid rock, around 5 kilogram, found at the spot.

The local police cordoned off the site.

I wonder how far away it is from the Red Rain that fell 5 or 6 years ago in India. It was really weird stuff.

That 'Red Rain' wasn't just a single incident:
Morning Shower Paints Rural Kannur Red

Times of India
Fri, 29 Jun 2012 02:02 CDT

India: Though not for first time in the state, red rain in parts of Kannur on Thursday did create some panic and curiosity among the residents in the district. The strange phenomenon happened around 6:50am and lasted for 15 minutes. People in the 1km area in and around Edachery in Puzhati panchayat panicked as their courtyards turned blood red after rain.

Kannur block panchayat president Shaija M, who collected the sample of the rainwater, said the water was as dark as black coffee and had the smell of raw beetroot. "I thought someone killed some animal and its blood got mixed with water on the courtyard," she said. Akshay Sajeevan, another resident in the locality, said in his compound the colour of rainwater was a bit lighter. According to meteorological department, though red rain is a rare phenomenon, but it is no way harmful. "I assume this is due to atmospheric pollution. The pollutants in the air get dissolved in rainwater resulting in red rain," said M Santhosh, director of meteorological department, Thiruvananthapuram.

Normally such rains occur during the beginning of monsoon. This time it happened in the middle of the monsoon as monsoon is weak. The residents are now planning to give the sample of the red rainwater to the health department for analysis.

Red rain caused by disintegration of comet: study

hindu.com
Thu, 01 Jun 2006 12:00 EDT

The "red rains" in Kerala five years ago was the result of the atmospheric disintegration of a comet, according to a study.

The study conducted at the School of Pure and Applied Physics of the MG University here by Dr Godfrey Louis and his student Santosh Kumar shows that red rain cells were devoid of DNA which suggests their extra-terrestrial origin.

The findings published in the international journal 'Astrophysics and Space Science' state that the cometery fragment contained dense collection of red cells.

Commenting on the study at a press conference here, Dr N Chandra Wikramesinghe, Director of Cardiff Centre for Astrobiology, UK, said "what makes this study most important is the similarity of the red particles with living cells."

"If the red rain cells are finally proved to be of extra-terrestrial origin then that would be one of the most important discoveries in human history. It will change our concept about the universe and life," he added.

The red-coloured rains were reported in different parts of Kerala from July to September 2001.

I have been telling folks with ears for years that this is what Revelations was trying to describe in their limited vocabulary of the time. This stuff has gone on many times during our planets history and we just happen to be living in such a time.

When I fist joined this forum I explained or rather hinted as to why our goobermint spends like there is no tomorrow as did Dragon Slayer and others, wish I knew how to look up my post from so long ago...hate being a Casandra and friends and family think I am nuts.....oh well.

They spend because a few of them know, as Cheney told the Treasury Sec. at the time - Paulsen if I remember correctly- another WallStreeter member of the club.... anyway, Cheney told him that they don't have to worry about deficits. Money is just a tool of manipulation anyway... and when it comes crashing down, the same criminally minded psychos will be in charge of the cleanup... another protection racket that the mafia is well known for in years past. The governments, local and federal are the same. The same Hermetic maxim applies, "as above so below".

That 'teeter-totter' affect remains in effect as the drought vs deluge aspect shows up around the world.

Japan – Twenty inches of rain in one day – Video
by ROBERT on JULY 13, 2012 ·

Heaviest rainfall on record.

An unprecedented 20 inches (50 cm) of rain – the heaviest rainfall on record – descended on Japan’s southern island of Kyushu, inundating homes and rice paddies and killing at least 20 people. Another 20 people have been reported missing.

A month’s rain fell in some parts of Kyushu’s Kumamoto and Oita prefectures over the last 12 hours, according to the NHK public broadcaster.

An incredible two feet of rain fell in just 8 hours, reports NBC news.

Some 50,000 people have been ordered to evacuate from disaster-hit areas, the report said.

Images on local news reports showed cars being dragged into the raging rivers and houses destroyed by landslides.
The number of those killed and missing is expected to rise.
Just imagine if that 20 inches of rain had fallen as snow. That would have been 200 inches of snow. Almost 17 feet! Five meters! That’s how ice ages begin.

that said, those 'revelations' are said to be about the cosmic critters headed our way and soon.... Dark star passes on by, then the main comet cluster behind in its gravity wake, this time refreshed by its originators pass through the Oort Cloud. Other events tie in with this sequence like a supernova light show and that infamous 'wave', the realm border between our 3d and 4d space/time continuum. That is the main trigger mechanism for all our solar system's EM field affects and they will grow in quantity and quality as it approaches and passes through our local interstellar medium of space/gravity. Should be 'fun'! ;)

Sott.net has another good piece up on that July 7, 2012 comet/meteor seen in the Middle East, later claimed by Israel to be a Russian missile launch... AS IF! None of that latter stories are backed up either, they all return to Israel. Insane as is easily seen in the article. A launch in Russia seen over Israel? WHAT?!? The people in the videos are looking straight up?!? Oh well, worth a quick glance at the obvious attempt to hide the truth.... 'something wicked this way comes'.

Yeah saw that... seems that if it is meteor/cometary dust then it would be more common if there is any rain in the area at the time... of course, the color could have something to do with composition as well... WW2 firebombing led to 'black rain' in certain areas afterwards that had rain... never heard anything about Agent Orange et al... we know about acid rain etc.

Is this that red rain in India story? Fair use http://www.examiner.com/article/weird-red-rain-india-panics-people-blood-red-rain-falls
Weird red rain in India panics people . . . ‘blood red’ rain falls

MYSTERIOUS RED RAINJULY 7, 2012BY: BARBARA SCHNEIDER

Why are people panicking as their courtyards fill with "mysterious blood red rain"?
Did Nostradamus and others predict "rain like blood"?
Has this happened before?
What causes the red color in the mysterious rain?
Is it caused by an unidentified life form?
Could dust from a meteor affect an area more than a decade later?
Is all this just coincidence?

On Thursday, July 5, 2012, around 6:50 p.m. local time, a mysterious red rain shower fell for about 15 minutes in Kannur, Kerala, India. Locales within a one kilometer area in the Indian state of Kerala experienced this phenomenon, as it filled courtyards with blood red rain and stained people's clothes pink.

Nostradamus, Century 2, Quatrain 46
After a great misery for mankind an even greater approaches. The great cycle of the centuries is renewed: It will rain blood, milk, famine, war and disease. In the sky will be seen a fire, dragging a tail of sparks.
Kannur block panchayat President Shaija M collected a sample of the mysterious red rainwater. It was dark and had the smell of raw beetroot. His first thought was that an animal had been killed and its blood had mixed with the rainwater in the courtyard.

However, this is not the first time this “mysterious red rain” has fallen in the state of Kerala. Actually, it has been reported several times during the past decade.

From July 25 to September 23, 2001, this mysterious "blood red rain" sporadically fell in heavy downpours in Kerala.
In summer of 2006, the mysterious red rains fell a second time and gained widespread attention.
Initially, it was thought that the mysterious red rains were colored by fallout from a meteor burst, while a study commissioned by the Indian Government concluded that the rains had been colored by airborne spores from locally prolific terrestrial algae.

Two scientists, Godfrey Louis, Ph.D. and Santhosh Kumar of the Mahatma Gandhi University in Kottayam, proposed a controversial hypothesis, "The mysterious red color in the rain is caused by unidentified life form that does not have DNA."

In August 2008, they presented their case at an astrobiology conference:

"The red cells found in the red rain in Kerala, India are now considered as a possible case of extraterrestrial life form. The molecular composition of these cells is yet to be identified."

However, Louis and Kumar have not yet been explained how dust from a meteor could continue to fall over the same area - despite changing climatic conditions and wind patterns - for not only a couple of months, but for more than a decade.

Is all this just coincidence?

There is no such thing as coincidence. Coincidence is just a name for "law not recognized."

As Laura Knight-Jadczyk preps her new book, she's keeping her site informed of the material, here's one that caught my eye. This is from the third page, but the first one or two had some goods quotes from Europe/Med area on the comets/plagues etc over those years of the "Dark Ages"... thus why they were so dark, but this is one genetic anamolies earlier in the quote on page 3 and here on those sounds we hear so often these days. Fair use http://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php/topic,27881.30.html

LEGENDS OF THE FALL
Our civilization has known about the flood legends of the Bible for about two thousand years; it was only in the 19th century that we became aware that this story was derived from a more ancient source, the Sumerians. It was then, in the late 19th and early 20th century, that ethnologists and other experts began to collect the flood legends of the North Eurasian peoples and to compare them with similar stories of other peoples. What they found was that the North Eurasian peoples spoke not only of a water-flood, but bombardments of fire and numerous evil suns in the sky described as burning mountains. There were also fire-breathing serpents in the sky and earthquakes that lasted for days, violent storms, torrents of water falling for days and boiling waves as “high as a tent” or mixed with stones. There were descriptions of roaring from the skies, and other horrifying noises followed by grey darkness in the day and nights as black as pitch. Snow storms that lasted for months rounded off the scenarios. Obviously, these stories did not exactly match the relatively benign – even if world covering – Flood of Noah that resulted from a rain lasting 40 days and nights and “fountains of the deep”. The appalling cosmic catastrophe had long-term consequences for all life on our planet, and was, obviously, a world-wide event in one respect or another.

WEREWOLVES, VAMPIRES AND CANNIBALS, OH MY!

A selection of the stories of the Northern Eurasians – mainly those living between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea - have been collected together, along with some of the geological and archaeological evidence – by Heinrich Koch in a book entitled THE DILUVIAN IMPACT . It is highly recommended with a small caveat: he seems to have conflated a number of events. A related book (already mentioned earlier) is a collection of the accounts from Native Americans: MAN AND IMPACT IN THE AMERICAS by E.P. Grondine. One very interesting thing about both of these volumes is that the issue of genetic mutation is described in the myths. In both the Americas and Eurasia, the stories of the impacts and floods include related legends of giants, dwarfs, and cannibals which are not the instigators of the cataclysms as one might infer regarding the Nephilim in the Bible, but rather the consequence of it.

Generally, these stories are about very aggressive, warlike, humanoid monsters. The ancient Native American myths of the Windigo can be traced back to comet catastrophes. Nowadays, of course, the Windigo is thought of as a malevolent, cannabilistic spirt that can possess the bodies of humans and cause them to transform rather like the legends of werewolves but what if it is not possession but rather mutation? They were strongly associated with cold and famine which can be the results of comet events and it is known from medical research that a ketogenic diet and cold adaptation can induce genetic upregulation or downregulation. Generally, these effects are extremely beneficial and neuroprotective, but perhaps it depends on the individual genetic make-up? They were also described as greedy and never satisfied with killing; they were always on the march looking for new victims.

Let’s stop here and talk about electrophonics and meteors. Reports of noisy meteors date back to at least the year 817, when a Chinese observer documented a meteor with a sound "like a flock of cranes in flight." In 1676, Italian astronomer Geminiano Montanari observed one that sounded like "the rattling of a great Cart running over Stones." Montanari’s calculations put the meteor thirty-eight miles up in the sky which was, as he well knew, too far away, for its sound to reach him instantly so he doubted that he had actually heard it though, thankfully, he recorded the data anyway. Later, in 1833, an intense Leonid meteor storm resulted in more reports of meteors that swished, whooshed, or "resembled the noise of a child's popgun." Once again, it was deemed impossible for the sound to have traveled that fast, so the reports were discounted.

These odd reports were unexplained until Colin Keay , of the University of Newcastle in Australia, in 1980, suggested that as meteors fall through Earth's magnetic field, they generate radio signals audible to the human ear.

Keay knew that, ordinarily, radio waves are electromagnetic, not acoustic and thus are not something that one ordinarily “hears”. In order for something to be heard, acoustic waves - vibrations of molecules of air – have to be present. These waves impinge on the eardrum and vibrate the inner ear which then converts the vibrations into sound. Electromagnetic waves such as radio signals and visible light, don't need a medium to propagate, don’t make waves in the air, and thus don't vibrate the human eardrum. Even radio waves of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz - low frequencies, corresponding to the range of acoustic frequencies that humans can register as sound - are, by themselves, inaudible.

To make radio waves audible, humans invented the transducer, a device that efficiently translates electromagnetic waves into air-moving waves which can then be heard as sound. What Keay discovered was that even ordinary objects can act as such transducers. Slips of paper, aluminum foil, even eyeglasses: when Keay exposed them to rapidly shifting electromagnetic fields (that is, radio waves of very low frequency), the objects oscillated ever so slightly, creating weak--and faintly audible--acoustic waves.

Keay postulated that falling meteors generate very low-frequency radio signals that travel at the speed of light to the ground, where they cause any number of things in the environment to vibrate from your eyeglasses to your hair! That means that, at the exact time that you see the meteor, you may also hear crackling, whistling or swishing sounds; sounds like a jet airplane, or whatever. That is to say, you are not actually hearing sound from the fireball but rather hearing sound from local objects vibrating in response to the intense VLF emission of the fireball. That is also why the phenomenon may be heard by one person and not another

If you need a bit more on why and how this can happen, the idea is that the turbulent plasma trail behind the fireball interacts with the Earth's magnetic field, twisting and distorting it, and as then, as the field relaxes within milliseconds, it emits the VLF waves. Obviously, details such as entry angles and turbulence are probably involved which may be why all meteorites don't produce sounds, but many do. ELF and VLF electromagnetic fields can also be generated by comet or meteor explosions the same way an EMP can be generated by a nuclear explosion.

Later:
The settlement described above where all these electrical phenomena occurred was 30 or 40 kilometers distant from the bolide’s flight path. The Tunguska event was about 3 orders of magnitude greater than the 2002 event so one suspects that it may have caused even greater electric anomalies had there been anybody but reindeer to take note of it, or any lightbulbs around to react to the charged atmosphere.

The question is, could this electrical phenomenon be related to genetic mutations?

She goes on with a good quote that ends with this paragraph, just so you follow the line of inquiry, the whole quote is sceintific as well as better in scope, but.. :
Interestingly, if the above given explanation is correct, the Tunguska genetic anomaly represents in miniature the action of the molecular basis of evolution. On much more grater scale, global catastrophic events, like the asteroid crash 65 million years ago which ended the dinosaur era, boost[ed] the evolution by the same mechanism. We are left to admire the Grand Design of Nature and try to survive its next evolutionary turn. (Emphasis, mine.)

She ends this entry with:
However, as we notice, the genetic changes that might be induced by these electromagnetic phenomena can be positive or negative and it gives an all-new meaning to creation having taken place by the “Word of God”!

My footnote to the last comment:

One also wonders, in passing, about the possible relationship between electrophonic sounds and the many reports of strange and mysterious sounds coming from the earth and sky in the past few years. Is there a relationship between them and the increasing reports of cannibalism around the planet?

Putting the pieces together, one at a time.

Wonderful information. I've been watching fireball sightings for awhile and not "feeling" good about it. There was a program on at least a year ago on National Geo or some other science series, that had a whole hour about meteor "storms" Was so impressed by the information presented, kept on my DVR. The fact that I saw my first fireball streaming across the sky about a month ago after living 66 years in S. california almost made me think it was an omen, Shooting stars, I've seen, never a fireball.

Well, their sott.net site keeps a running notice of reported sightings and it seems the curve is starting to go parabolic... like that one the other day out west... they tried to say it was an ammo dump blow or something... they are always saying something like that... a missile test etc. And that ammo or whatever hit a supply train on the tracks near it... What kind of idiot would do a blow while the train is nearby? But as long as most sheeple only watch the MSM, they will never know what's coming, what's happening or what will happen soon. The signs are all over the place and increasing in intensity and frequency like the EQs, volcanoes etc.

If you go to the link, it is a little more detailed on the science side a couple of those quotes that I edited down, as well as the first couple of pages on the reports, what very few were written by those that survived the times in the Dark Ages as comets hit over the years... the waves of diseases and deaths that accumulated to the point that they stopped counting after tens of thousands in one city... then the problem became disposal of the bodies... and the diseases where taking animals as well... Makes it easier to understand why those empires fell and others throughout history. The problem is the history of those times, if written by survivors, is later destroyed by those setting up a new empire who don't want the sheeple thinking of potential threats from the sky, earth or waters. It's always best to keep the sheeple focused on local issues like the economy, entertainment, gadgets etc.

This time the cycle converges with longer cycles like the ice age, 'realm border into 4d', our brown dwarf companion star that precedes the comet cluster etc.... all kinds of 'fun' stuff to look forward to. Best be prepared and that begins and ends in knowledge.... like Noah.

USGS has it showing as a 2.5 http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsus/Maps/US2/43.45.-122.-120_eqs.php
MAP 2.5 2012/10/19 23:27:46 44.105 -121.339 0.0 6 km ( 4 mi) NNW of Bend, OR

Shake map shows no one reporting anything felt, so that sounds pretty normal for a 2.5. I can't explain why IRIS has it as a 5.9 though.

Alot of meteor/cometary activity is being reported around the world. If you go to http://www.sott.net/ and scroll down to the Fire In The Sky heading, you can see the reports coming in... and the constant attempt to blame them on something, anything but the obvious. It is funny, but this has been done throughout history... for those that survive and want to setup a new empire. First you need to destroy any fear of a repeat performance, so that people will follow your lead... thus burn the books, the records and stories about past catastrophes. Basic coverup... been going on for a very long time.

Climate-changing methane 'rapidly destabilizing' off East Coast, study finds

NOAA
In this visualization, the Gulf Stream is seen as the dark red current coming into the Atlantic from the Gulf of Mexico.

By Miguel Llanos, NBC News
A changing Gulf Stream off the East Coast has destabilized frozen methane deposits trapped under nearly 4,000 square miles of seafloor, scientists reported Wednesday. And since methane is even more potent than carbon dioxide as a global warming gas, the researchers said, any large-scale release could have significant climate impacts.
Temperature changes in the Gulf Stream are "rapidly destabilizing methane hydrate along a broad swathe of the North American margin," the experts said in a study published Wednesday in the peer-reviewed journal Nature.
Using seismic records and ocean models, the team estimated that 2.5 gigatonnes of frozen methane hydrate are being destabilized and could separate into methane gas and water.
It is not clear if that is happening yet, but that methane gas would have the potential to rise up through the ocean and into the atmosphere, where it would add to the greenhouse gases warming Earth.
The 2.5 gigatonnes isn't enough to trigger a sudden climate shift, but the team worries that other areas around the globe might be seeing a similar destabilization.

USGS
Methane hydrate samples

"It is unlikely that the western North Atlantic margin is the only area experiencing changing ocean currents," they noted. "Our estimate ... may therefore represent only a fraction of the methane hydrate currently destabilizing globally."
The wider destabilization evidence, co-author Ben Phrampus told NBC News, includes data from the Arctic and Alaska's northern slope in the Beaufort Sea.
And it's not just under the seafloor that methane has been locked up. Some Arctic land area are seeing permafrost thaw, which could release methane stored there as well.
An expert who was not part of the study said it suggests that methane could become a bigger climate factor than carbon dioxide.
"We may approach a turning point" from a warming driven by man-made carbon dioxide to a warming driven by methane, Jurgen Mienert, the geology department chair at Norway's University of Tromso, told NBC News.
"The interactions between the warming Arctic Ocean and the potentially huge methane-ice reservoirs beneath the Arctic Ocean floor point towards increasing instability," he added.

For thousands of years, permafrost has trapped Siberia's carbon-rich soil, a compost of Ice Age plant and animal remains. But global warming is melting the permafrost and exposing the soil, causing highly flammable methane to seep out. NBC's Jim Maceda reports.
He also noted, however, that "one of the big unknowns is the magnitude of rapid methane escape from the ocean floor, and how natural filter systems react and affect the future ocean, its environment and the climate."
Relate: Thawing Arctic permafrost is releasing methane
Another unknown is what caused the Gulf Stream changes, said Phrampus, an earth sciences PhD candidate at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
"Multiple events can play a factor, such as changing sea level or an addition of cold/fresh water from the north," Phrampus said, adding he was hopeful that the changes might be "reversible under their own influence."
But, he added, "we need more data to resolve this, and we are currently investigating this process."

Yeah... not sure why, but it seems that when I try to do a regular post, nothing shows up ... an error message comes up saying message is too short... when the screen is full. Wierd, but then these stories are just 'proof' for the patterns in place for quite some time now... from EQs, to volcanoes (how about that Salton Sea concern? interesting), to the methane condensates to the methane sinkholes, to comets/meteors/meteorites/fireballs, to our approaching dark star/brown dwarf and this 'realm border' or ticket to 4d.

It's all showing up now and the pattern looks to be starting the parabolic curve formation... as the speed picks up.... like a Hollywood clock ticking down before the big bang!

Also, I forgot that link, when in to edit, but it seems I can't edit, everything always shows up as empty even when full. Perhaps another sign of the times?

Hits to the ground were nice to see compared with the cars. Just before the storm passed, my car was hit and three of us jumped out without getting hurt. The density of the hits was about every 50 feet.
