REL GENRL A Faded Piece of Papyrus Refers to Jesus’ Wife

Someone is always attempting to disprove the basis of Christianity. There was also an article today (trying to locate it again.) about science will soon know all the secrets to the universe and that there will no longer be a need for the belief in God.

here it is- http://news.yahoo.com/science-someday-rule-possibility-god-115945479.html

sorry for the copy and paste.

I am not seeing how Jesus being married 'disproves the basis of Christianity'. The basis of Christianity is Jesus being the Son of God sacrificed for the sins of the world (and EVERY individual) and resurrected from the dead to reign at the right hand of God for the purpose of reconciliation with God. Whether He was married or not changes that not one iota.

It has always made sense to me that he may have been married, but whether he was or not, so what?

THIS:

That said, there is only one importance to whether he was married or not: If it can be reasonably proved that he was likely married, the entire foundation of the Catholic Church (priests, celebacy, etc.) founders and crumbles.
Another significant item about this kind of controversy: It has become clear that the Council of Nicea crafted a book that served political purposes and reflected the majority viewpoints of that time. We should be listening to the Spirit of God for guidance, as they did in the early days of the church, and not making the Bible more Holy than God.

This is true. Many modern Christians are more like legal scholars infatuated by the legal phraseology and grammatical intricacies in the current Bible, than people interested in an honest relationship with God.
They are prepared to argue punctuation more than principles. The Bible was a series of writings the were cherry picked by a church that was about as radical as some of the moslem groups of today. Some things were accepted some were rejected. I don't have that much confidence in the men who did the deciding 3 or 4 hundred years after Jesus. This was the same church that would kill all those deemed to be heretics or blasphemous. Sound familiar? Sound like any religion we know today.

Not more of this Da Vinci code crap. Geez.

Let's examine the facts shall we?

First off, the Bible explicitly lists Jesus' mother, earthly father, brothers and sisters, and his 12 disciples plus numerous friends by name including Mary, Martha, and Lazarus but no where is there even a hint of a mention of a wife. Whenever the New Testament gospels refer to Jesus’ natural relatives, they speak only of his father, mother, and siblings, but never of a wife.

Second, John's Gospel states clearly that while on the cross Jesus entrusted the care of his mother to his beloved disciple John. That same gospel reports that Mary Magdalene was there too; but, no mention of a wife whether it be Mary Magdelene or not, Given Jewish law and custom of the time and the would be unheard of for provisions to be made for his mother but not for a wife. And Jesus said He was there to fulfill the law not replace it so the mandate to care for a wife and see to her provision as a widow would have been foremost if indeed Jesus did have a wife.

Third, most people point to the so-called book of Phillip as the "proof" that Jesus was married. This so-called "book" was written in excess of a hundred years after Jesus' death so ... no ... it is not doctrine, nor proof of a marriage of any type. Additionally it uses the term "companion" and not wife or spouse. There are also literally a ton of physical holes in the piece of the document that remains. Geez. Talk about reading things into stuff.

From a scholar on the subject:
The most powerful evidence that Jesus was single comes from a deafening silence. In 1 Corinthians 9:5 Paul writes, "Do we [i.e., Paul and Barnabas] not have a right to take along a believing wife, as do the rest of the apostles, the brothers of the Lord, and Peter?" It appears that all of Jesus' disciples, all of his blood brothers, and even the lead apostle, Peter, were married. If Jesus had been married we certainly would expect for Paul to have mentioned it here, since it would have provided the ultimate example for his point.

A direct description of the papyrus gives even further evidence that it is one of the false doctrine "books.:
The fragment, with just eight lines of text on the front and six lines on the back, is from a fourth-century dialogue, written in the Coptic language, between Jesus and his disciples. In it, Jesus speaks of “my wife,” according to Harvard professor Karen L. King, who discovered the fragment.

“The most exciting line in the whole fragment…is the sentence ‘Jesus said to them [his disciples], my wife…” King said in a video posted to Harvard’s YouTube channel. The next line of text reads, “She will be able to be my disciple.”

“This is the only extant ancient text which explicitly portrays Jesus as referring to a wife,” King wrote in her paper on the discovery.

It is an itty bitty piece of paper with very few lines written in Coptic for pete's sake. Aramaic was the language of Jesus' day, making this a bit of fabrication for the gnostics.

Unlike other Jewish teachers of his day, Jesus had close relationships with women, many of whom were his followers (Luke 8:2-3) and learned from him (Luke 10:38-42). Several of these women are mentioned by name in the New Testament gospels, including, Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Susanna, who together helped to support Jesus and his other disciples financially (Luke 8:2-3). But nothing in the New Testament suggests that Jesus was ever married to any of these women, or to any other woman, for that matter.

There are both pragmatic and theological reasons why Jesus would not marry. First the practical ... he knew he would not be able to fulfill his duties as a husband and a father because he knew he was going to die young. It would have been irresponsible for Jesus to take a wife, potentially father a child, yet not prioritize them in any way. He had a mission here on Earth to fulfill. His duty to God and His mission rules out a gratuitous following of societal norms of the time such as marriage and all that it entails because he would be unable to fulfill them both concurrently knowing that his death was imminent.

For the theological reasons ... I believe the following scholar put it succinctly and best:
In Matthew 19 Jesus is asked about the circumstances in which divorce is lawful. His answer makes it clear that He holds marriage in the highest regard, and that divorce is therefore legal in rare circumstances only (vv. 3-9). In response to Jesus’s “hard line” on divorce, His disciples say, “If such is the case of a man with his wife, it is better not to marry” (v. 10). Jesus responds:

“Not everyone can accept this teaching, but only those to whom it is given. For there are eunuchs who have been so from birth, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. Let anyone accept this who can.” (vv. 11-12)

Most commentators believe, and I agree, that Jesus is not speaking here of literal eunuchs, but of those who are celibate, and, in most cases, unmarried. Some people, Jesus explains, choose to be celibate “for the sake of the kingdom of heaven” (v. 12). To put it differently, some people might choose to devote all that they are to proclaiming and living out God’s kingdom. They would find earthly responsibilities, such as those that go with marriage and parenting, a hindrance to their kingdom calling. This is similar to the situation of the disciples who were called away from their professions (fishermen, tax collectors, etc.) in order to follow Jesus with singular purpose.

So, in light of the coming of God’s kingdom, and in light of Jesus’s commitment to announce and inaugurate the kingdom, He might have chosen to remain single so that nothing would distract Him from His primary calling and purpose. Although Jesus does not say specifically, “The agenda of the kingdom explains why I am not married,” I believe that this passage from Matthew 19 provides a theologically satisfying reason for why Jesus remained single.

Hey the bible doesn't say much about what Jesus did between 12 or 13 years old and 30.
Doesn't that seem a little odd to everyone?
There were many writings that were left out of the bible when it was put together by a church that was just a radical and some of the Islamists are today.
Do I believe in Jesus? Sure.
Do I believe in the accurate judgement of a group of guys who ran the church 300 years after Jesus died and who decided what was and what was not true? Nope, not hardly.
Those in charge of deciding the basis of our Christian faith back then were not much different than the idiots issuing fatwas for blasphemy today.

God has a plan, Trust it!
So they have a document, that mentions a "Jesus/Yeshua" (a form of Joshua and a popular name), whose mother was a "Mary" (also another popular name) and it says and my "wife", but then all the text after the word wife is cut off? So how do they know it is "The' Jesus, and not someone with a very popular name whose mothers name is also a very popular name?

How do they know the words following weren't "And my wife is the church"?

For Christianity, it doesnt matter a bit if he was married or not. The gospel doesn't tarry on whether he was single or not, it tarries on whether he was the Son of God and paid for our sins.

All it does, if true, is disprove mans laws that were created by one single denomination.

Wow, lots of closed minds around this one. Why shouldn't have Jesus have been married to Mary Magdalen? It is said in the apocryphal books that some of the apostles were envious of Mary because Jesus would impart teachings to her in private that they would not receive from Him themselves.

Just because the Council of Nicea, a bunch of mortal men, decided that certain books should be left out of the Canon, does not make it right or just and was probably against God's will.

2 Timothy 3:15-17 "And that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."

All scripture is given by inspiration of God.

So when we follow the Bible, we are following God's will for man, not the will of other men.

Just from a common sense POV, it would have been most unusual for Jesus to be unmarried because of the traditions and customs of the day. If He had been unmarried, it would have been noted throughout the NT. The fact that it is not spoken of supports the idea that He was married.

at that time, there were whole intentional communities of celibate men, Essenes, the same group, that hid the Dead Sea Scrolls at Qumran. In Luke's Gospel account, Jesus tells the disciples, in Jerusalem to look for a man bearing water, and tell him, the Teacher (rabbi) needs the upper room for Passover, whats unusual about that is, water bearing in a city of that era was a woman's duty, hence the upper room MAY have been and Essene male communitas.

it was at Qumran, the oldest COMPLETE scroll of the Book of Isaiah was found, and if you read Isaiah, you see the coming of messiah ALL thru it......in fact Jesus Himself said, he didnt even have a home to lay his head...homeless, and also look how the some of the more "religious" types reacted when Jesus was dining with them, and some poor sin laden woman, probably a prostitute comes in, weeping, bathing his feet in her tears, wiping them in adoration with her hair, and these guys, their mind is in the gutter...Jesus' is not, He knows the true broken hearted sorrow in this woman...there's a VAST GULF between human love and Divine Love.

I don't think there are closed minds who are speaking out here - I think it's more of a very healthy skepticism that suddenly a tiny "relic" shows up and makes a bold claim - a claim that can't be backed up by the Bible. Skepticism in this time of so much anti-Christianity is surely expected and will probably result in a lot of liberal name calling and much "proof" that Jesus WAS married and therefore the Bible is cram packed with "other stuff" that makes it untrustworthy. So, I do agree, the Bible is God's word and no little scrap of paper offered as "proof" will diminish our faith. God Bless us all.

Inspired by God ... exactly. So why take the word of men that was not written down until hundreds of years after the event and is based on no pre-existing Scripture?

There is a reason why the canon is what it is. God had a hand in it. If you read how the canon books were chosen to be included you gain a greater understanding of the book we call The Bible ... God's inerrant Word. No church created the canon ... they simply are. Now why certain books were chosen to be included into the Bible is a very interesting study ... theologically and historically.

The Pentateuch or the first five books of the Bible were the first to be accepted as Canon. From there it continued. In fact, what we call the Old Testament wasn't really pulled together as canon until around Jesus' own earthly birth. Both the Old and New Testaments went through stages before they were accepted into canon ... tests if you will ... prior to acceptance as canon.

Composition (manuscripts were written either as a recording of oral stories and teachings or as original documents)
Community (manuscripts were read, circulated, and revised within the religious communities)
Criteria (certain manuscripts became accepted as authoritative scripture within the religious communities-- different groups accepted different scriptures)
Collection (scriptures were gathered together in single scrolls, codices, and later in books-- the physical manner of collecting scriptures also had an influence on canonical decisions)
Canon (a defined group of scriptures in a single collection became accepted by a certain religious community as The Bible-- different groups chose different canons)

Here is a short excerpt from a book on how canon was accepted:
The early church made decisions about which writings should be considered authoritative first in local councils of elders, and later, as the church became institutional, through councils of bishops. Criteria used for selection of texts included orthodoxy, apostolic origin, general acceptance by the churches, and whether they had been cited by bishops.

The earliest list we know of Christian books judged as Scripture is the Muratorian Canon from the late second century. Its stated criterion is that a book must be suitable for reading in church. This canon did not include the letter to the Hebrews or those we know as James, 3 John, and perhaps 1 and 2 Peter. It did include the Wisdom of Solomon and the Apocalypse of Peter. The Muratorian Canon rejects the Shepherd of Hermas and Pauline letters to the Laodiceans and Alexandrians. It also rejects the writings of the Gnostic Valentinus.

By A.D. 200 there was general agreement by the major Christian communities on the core of our New Testament canon: the four Gospels, Acts, Paul's epistles, 1 Peter, and 1 John. By the late fourth century, the twenty-seven books we now have had been generally accepted, with Revelation the last and most controversial. During these four hundred years, the Christian church was also developing from a small movement within Judaism to the official religion of the Roman Empire, which stretched from Britain to Morocco, to Armenia and Egypt.

In his Festal Letter for A.D. 367, St. Athanasius, Bishop of Alexandria, was the first to list the twenty-seven canonical books of the New Testament. He called them the "springs of salvation" (allegorizing Isaiah 12:3), and claimed that "in these alone is the teaching of true religion proclaimed as good news; let no one add to these or take anything from them." He distinguished canonical from apocryphal, and determined that the Shepherd of Hermas, for example, did not belong to the canon.

By A.D. 400 these twenty-seven books were generally accepted as Christian Scripture, although no official action was taken by the church until 1546. The canon was not actually formally ratified until the Council of Trent, when the Roman Catholic Church was fine-tuning its teachings and beliefs in reaction to the Protestant Reformation. Protestants have accepted this canon, without the Apocryphal books, by common consent.

And here is a link http://gbgm-umc.org/umw/bible/noncanon.html that is very interesting on the different Bibles accepted as canon.

What temptations? I'm supposing your hormones never kicked in or as said "unbridaled passion" - yes, God loves marriage but it also requires more than a passing commitment and Jesus was so dedicated to the sanctity of marriage and that would have prevented Him from his ministry. Now, if there were more than a "hint" that Jesus was married or if there was even any substantial evidence that He was married (other than the conclusions that those who can't believe He COULDN'T have been married) it wouldn't make a smidgen of difference. BUT - the Bible doesn't say He was and the true evidence would point to the fact that He WASN'T. Why would a marriage be left out for any reason - NONE. It's ONLY people's own perceptions that make it something else.

Well, if you take the Bible literally, and I do.
With Jesus as the Lamb of God, and the marriage supper of the Lamb, to come at a latter date.... if there is any talk about his wife, and it is not a hoax, it would be assumed that is to what it is referring.

Stephen Emmel, a professor of Coptology at the University of Muenster who was on the international advisory panel that reviewed the 2006 discovery of the Gospel of Judas, said the text accurately quotes Jesus as saying "my wife." But he questioned whether the document was authentic.

"There's something about this fragment in its appearance and also in the grammar of the Coptic that strikes me as being not completely convincing somehow," he said in an interview on the sidelines of the conference.

Another participant at the congress, Alin Suciu, a papyrologist at the University of Hamburg, was more blunt.

"I would say it's a forgery. The script doesn't look authentic" when compared to other samples of Coptic papyrus script dated to the 4th century, he said."

Brothers, sisters and friends,...this an ongoing satanic conspiracy which is attempting to brainwash humanity with the lie that Yahusha (also called "Jesus") the Messiah "had a wife". Within many occult and esoteric-mystery schools of thought, including Gnosticism, it has been taught that Yahusha(or "Jesus") married Mary Magdalene, and produced offspring which are nowadays called the "sacred bloodline of the Merovingians". Remember the "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" (by Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh, and Henry Lincoln of Great Britain) and "DaVinci Code" (by Dan Brown)? Those books made this "Holy Grail" theory extremely popular. It is also erroneously claimed by many, that Prince William Arthur of Wales has "Merovingian" DNA (from his late mother, Princess Diana),...and I firmly believe that this will be a HUGE part of the future deception of the masses who will be led to believe that the anti-messiah is "from the line of Messiah". It is a very clever lie, indeed. Do NOT be deceived......

He has within his own DNA the genes of the bloodlines of King David(from Judah/Yahudah), Dan (which is the apostate tribe, which is NOT sealed during Revelation chapter 14). Also,...William has something which Charles does not,...the alleged DNA of the "Merovingians" (via his late mother, Princess Diana),...and it is erronously claimed and believed that this bloodline is one and the same as that of Yahusha (Jesus) the Messiah who "married Mary Magdalene" and produced offspring. This is where the "Holy Blood, Holy Grail" mythology begins, with Messiah,...and ending in Prince William. Also,...he was born during the Summer Solstice of 1982, which was the end of the solar Saros 666 cycle, and likewise, there was a total solar eclipse on that same day. Many believe that Will-I-Am is the soon-to-rise "Sun King". If you noticed,...the celebration-worship of the "Sun King" was VERY prevalent all throughout London recently, especially during the pagan ritual opening and closing ceremonies of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralypics.

Also,..if you research the connection between the British Royal family and Jerusalem,...you will see that the British have been the very ones who have been orchestrating and helping the so-called "peace-process" along, and are supporters of rebuilding the Temple. The Scriptural prophecies reveal that the anti-messiah will use this temple and present himself as "god", prior to breaking the peace covenant and persecuting the righteous, forcing all to worship him and take his mark. (2 Thessalonians 2:4 ; Revelation 13:16)

Prince William was the very FIRST royal to receive a mark in his right hand, a biochip implant, when he was 12 years old. I believe that this is a sign of things to come......

Connect the dots : The pagan "stone of scone" in Scotland will be used by this Family to coronate the next king, and it claimed to be the "stone of destiny"(Jacob/chief cornerstone, which has messianic implications in and of itself). Also,...there are alleged "prophecies" of "Princess Tea-Telphi" (believed to have married the prophet "Jeremiah") which claim that "messiah" will soon come to Ireland with the Ark of the Covenant, be crowned king and bring world peace. Also,...while the poem by William Blake, "'Jerusalem' was sung during the Olympics opening ceremony, the camera continually showed William and the Family. This song was also played at his wedding. The lyrics point to "messiah" IN England : "And did those feet in ancient time ... And was the holy Lamb of God On England's pleasant pastures seen?"

The clues ARE all around, if only we will open our eyes and perceive.

"From antiquity until recent days, we have those who claim to be descendants of Israel’s Tribe of Judah from which King David and Yeshua came. Currently the British House of Windsor and the Scottish House of Stuart (Spencer) claim their blood came from these royal Tribes. Both the Houses of Royalty are both places of which the occult and Druid practices are held.

The Merovingian Bloodline held their legitimacy falls on the marriage of the two royal bloodlines. When Spencer (Diana) married Prince Charles, it completed a Messianic Dynasty that has down thorough the ages been conceived to bring forth a King which will claim to be of Yeshua. The façade goes on to tell of a final One who will rule in the name of our Most High GOD. This line supposedly began with the marriage of Yeshua and Mary Magdalene and this unison brought forth a son called MEROVEE, a name also later given to the first Merovingian King (447-458). But others tell of the birth of a daughter names Sara, while others call her Tamar. Tamar is a ultra-secretive society of those who task it is to protect the Merovingian descendants. Mary was said to have been ‘spirited’ away to Egypt until Sara was born and then when Sara reached twelve they traveled to the Languedoc region of South France and lived among the clans which would later become known as the Cathars. Other tell of Mary landing upon the marshy shorelines of Glastonbury England, where the very first Christian Church outside of the Holy Land was established and where Yeshua was said to have spent many years of His youth. These fanciful claims all derive from an underground stream of astrologers, kabbalists, necromancers, and alchemists, along with the elite family, and secret societies such as the Order of Druids, Guardians of the Grail, Priory of Sion, and the Illuminati. This knowledge is therefore said to have been passed down from generation to generation in secret until the time is full and the world at large is ready to receive it. But lets forget not that these stories have been laid down and attributed to anchor the false history of this fictitious Royal lineage leading to Christ."

"The Merovingians, who plan to rule the world from their future throne at Jerusalem, claim to come from the tribe of Judah through Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene. However, the weight of evidence indicates that they descended from the tribe of Dan. Although Scripture states that Samson was “of the family of the Danites” [Judges 13:2], Yair Davidy of Brit-Am Israel claims that his lineage includes the Messianic tribe of Judah: “Samson the superman hero came from the Tribe of Dan but his mother was from Judah. Samson, in some respects, was considered a forerunner of the Messiah who will come from Judah but his mother, according to the Midrash will be of the Tribe of Dan.” [Brit-Am Israel newsletter, 2/9/99]

It is through the agency of the British-Israel movement that the Gentiles are being prepared to submit to the Noahide Laws under a restored Sanhedrin. Yair Davidy posits, “The name DAN means “judge” in Hebrew. Many lawyers and judges in the USA are of Irish descent of a particular type as is much of the police force . . . Descendants of Dan today appear to be concentrated in Ireland, Britain, the USA, and especially Denmark.” [Ibid.] Merovingians can also be found leading pseudo-Christian organizations as many profiles in the Council for National Policy and Discernment Ministries reveal. These British-Israel agents actively promote the Hebrew Roots / Messianic Movement as the catalyst for Judaizing Christians.

The following paper is meant to serve as a study guide for understanding the enigmatic design of Satan to use the apostate tribe of Dan as an instrument and cover for a false messiah. The reader will be able to review the many Scriptures which concern the tribe of Dan -- the prophecies, the Danite people, their land, history, idolatry and symbols -- in conjunction with relevant information from other sources. A chapter of Guardians of the Grail by J.R. Church provides further insights on The Roots of the Merovingians."

Sun-Drenched” AntiChrist"

"In the spring of 1982 Benjamin Creme placed advertisements in newspapers around the world saying, “The Christ is now here”. According to Creme the “Christ”, whom he also called “Maitreya”, would announce his existence on world wide television broadcasts. Creme stated in these newspaper advertisements that the Second Coming of Christ would occur on Monday, 21 June 1982 (the summer solstice in the Northern hemisphere). On 14 May 1982 Benjamin Creme held a press conference in Los Angeles, USA. Over 90 members of the media attended and heard Creme announce that Maitreya was living within the Asian community, in the Brick Lane area of East London. Creme stated in this press conference when asked “what if someone tried to kill him?” that Maitreya could not be killed because he is invulnerable. He presented the journalists with a challenge: if media made a serious attempt to seek Maitreya in London, he would reveal himself to them.

Creme has stated that when the “Day of Declaration” occurs, “The
Christ will come on the world’s television channels, linked together by satellite. All those with access to television will see… [His face]. He will establish a telepathic rapport with all humanity simultaneously”. While the Christ is speaking… [everyone will feel far more love than they've ever felt before, that massive outpouring of love will cause] hundreds of thousands of ‘miracle’ cures will take place simultaneously.”

On the eve of June 21, 1982, Druids, Witches, and Satanists from all over the world celebrated at pagan sites throughout Scotland, England, and Wales for what they knew would be a unique Summer Solstice, the day when their ancient Sun-God is to be reborn, venerated in a feast called the Feast of Lucifer’s Rising. As such, it was a time of intense celebration which carried on far into the night with sexual orgies, sacrifices, black masses, and Satanic worship, for it was prophesied by the ancient Druids that their Sun-King will return to them, upon some future Solstice of June 21st, he would be born of a (Merovingian) Princess. Very much like Christ’s birth there were to be signs in the heavens which foretold of the Antichrist’s own birth.

His birth took place just after a Solar Eclipse on the Summer Solstice, an especially powerful moment in time when the Sun, Moon, and North node were closely aligned in the Prince’s Seventh House in the emotional sign of Cancer. Eclipses are the great power points of the Zodiac. They run through space and time in regular series called Saros cycles. The Saros cycles take about 1200 years to travel from the North to the South Pole, and vice-versa, each series has a different founding horoscope as well as a different theme. William was born into a series called 2 Old North, which began in 792 AD, just before the first recognized English King was crowned. It is due to end in 2036 AD, when King William is 54 years old.

This raises many questions. The most obvious is whether William, if he becomes the King of Great Britain, might in fact be the last. The meaning of the Saros 2 Old North Series is said to be that of “separation or ending of unions,” a recurring theme clearly lived out in William’s young life thus far. (It should be noted that the time allotted for this period of ‘Saros’ is 18×37, the equivalent of 666 years). Several other events occurred in 1982 connecting the city of London to the seemingly dark forces which are now promoting Antichrist. the first being a London murder connected to Freemasonry’s P2 organization in June, next was a cryptic message about 1982 itself by Benjamin Creme, spokesperson for the so-called Maitreya Christ, stating that a great World Teacher was being born in London and would soon show himself to the world. Next, oddly enough, was the 1982 globally released film “The Omen III: The Final Conflict,” which makes countless connections with England and the Antichrist, as well as other very intriguing points of interest. Not to be outdone by a mere motion picture, was the Spring release of a bestselling book called “Holy Blood Holy Grail” the first book of its kind detailing the Christ/Magdalene and Merovingian Bloodline in regards to past and present day Monarchy. Readers of that same book came away with yet another reason to believe something was very unusual about the Grail-Princess Diana and that of her young son."

Time Traveler
Just a thought or two here. Men marry in part due to lust, and the Bible says something to the effect that it is better to marry than to burn, but it also says if you have looked at a woman to lust, you have committed the sin in your heart even though you did not touch her physically.

Jesus had no sin. Ever. He was the Sinless Lamb sacrificed for OUR sins, half human, half God. He never lusted, therefore I doubt He would have married. Having sex with a human would make Him no better than the fallen angels He cast from heaven, regardless of marriage.

This is far more important than people realize here. The entire Marovingian movement amongst globalist monarchs for centuries claims that the crowned heads are direct descendants of Christ, and inherit God within their genes and have divine right to rule over the earth. This is why you will never see them marrying anyone not of royal blood. They may have affairs, usually with relatives, but never marry a commoner. They tried to pull the commoner marriage with Princess Di, but it turned out she has more "royal", thus God blood ancestors, than Charles.

This is why these people are so hell bent on eradicating the earth of it's billions, it has nothing to do with "overcrowding" or "sustainability" or "food supply". We are cattle to them, and they don't like the unwashed masses dirtying up their planet. This is why they want over 97% (Ted Turner) dead and gone and are working night and day to make this come about. We are animals to them and they have no empathy for us.

Which is why they want "evidence" for the masses to understand that the royal bloodlines are the true, divine, God rulers by right and birth, they own us and can do to us as they please. Of course this flys in the face of everything the Bible says but they are satanically influenced and believe their own hype.

That is why this little scrap of paper is so important to them, and why our belief that Jesus never married or had children is so important to us.

Prince William was born during the Summer Solstice and is believed by many to be the next "sun king" of the world.

"The focus of this year’s Paralympics Closing Ceremony was fire. Lots and lots of fire.

Continuing the theme from the 2012 MTV Music Video Awards where Alicia Keys sang “Girl on Fire” and Frank Ocean sang in front of a barn fire, the show included a fire heart, flaming torches, hazmat fire blowers, and a giant fire Sun God.

Heart of Fire

Named The Festival of the Flame, the ceremony was a tribute to the Occult’s Sun God, Nimrod, while the Opening Ceremony was dedicated to Semiramus, the Moon Goddess. The representation above was named “The Sun King” and was worshipped by the somewhat Egyptian decorated dancers.

The show also started off with a Pagan speech summoning the spirits (demons) of Summer, Winter, Spring and Autumn.

“I call upon the Spirit of Summer. The spirit of fire, of energy of passion; spirit of the noonday sun, the heat of summer, vitality and abundance.

I call upon the spirit of Winter. The spirit of earth, of the womb of creation; of the night and the snows of winter, deep roots and ancient stones.

I call upon the spirit of Spring. The spirit of air, the breath of life; of sunrise, of new life and new growth.

I call upon the spirit of Autumn. The spirit of water, of the ebb and flow of emotion; of open seas and running streams, of cleansing rain; spirit of the evening sun, of twilight and of Autumn....

Jay-z, Mr.Pop Illuminati himself, sang a single, yet super symbolic song with Rhianna – “Run this Town.” If we take a look at the lyrics and the video, there leaves no doubt that the song is about the Masonic Brotherhood, of which both are a member. It’s about the secret brotherhood running the world, about raising the status of humans to gods (Caesars) and the return of their Occult Sun God.

Hey-hey-hey-heyyy

Who’s gonna run this town tonight?

We are
Yeah I said it
We are
You can call me Caesar
In a dark Cigar
Please follow the lea-der
So Eric B. we are
Microphone fiend
It’s the return of thee God
Peace God…

(Auh! Auh! )
And ain’t nobody fresher
I’m in Mason
(Ah! )

The visual symbology is no less overt and includes the flame/fire theme......"

Just in case anyone is unaware of the blatant occult/pagan symbols used within the 2012 Summer London Paralympics Closing ceremony,...other than the "Sun King" (which refers to the soon-to-rise anti-messiah) and others,......the image above is one of the most obvious, which is an
"ancient magical stave, or magical sign, from an Icelandic grimoire. Signs and staves can be found in Icelandic grimoires, some from the 17th century. The origin of this peculiar Icelandic magic is difficult to ascertain. Some signs seem to be derived from medieval mysticism and renaissance occultism, while others show some relation to runic culture and the old Germanic belief in Thor and Odinn.

Much of the magic mentioned in court records can be found in grimoires kept in various manuscript collections. The purpose of the magic involved tells us something of the concerns of the lower classes that used them to lessen the burden of subsidence living in a harsh climate.

Hulinhjalmur is a magical sign to make yourself invisible. An invisible boy is on display at the Museum of Icelandic Sorcery & Witchcraft, after using this method."

This is the BEST, and MOST-informative of any site, about Prince William and how everything connects together......

I find the timing of this 'supposed' relic rather telling, it has started division among believers and that is what the Islamic terrorists want to accomplish..... I doubt the validity of the 'find' , but for some it has taken away the focus of attacks by Islam and a typical divide and conquer tactic. Listening to the lying media give this validity further supports my thought that this was planted to divide us.

All it does, if true, is disprove mans laws that were created by one single denomination.

ding ding ding

yep, I'm pretty sure there has been more than one person named Jesus.

Johnnybones,
Kate Middleton's birthday is January 9, HARDLY THE WINTER SOLSTICE, so this shoots your whole "Nimrod (the "sun king/god") and Semiramis (the "moon queen/goddess") ." theory right the heck out of the water....

Saved, to glorify God.
Just because it can be proven to be OLD WRITING, that don't make it so. Those who automatically believe such things must subscribe to the "repeat a lie long enough and it will be accepted as truth" school of politics. From the Garden of EDen onward, there have ALWAYS BEEN LIARS, MADMEN, FOOLS, MISINFORMED, SPECULATORS, and the JUST IGNORANT PEOPLE AMONG US.

I call it "BS", old "BS" admittedly, but because it directly contradicts the Bible, it is spurious nonsense from the fools of the time.

O ye, move to Miami - LOTS of them there. Makes one wonder how many live in Cuba.

His name is Yeshua. I doubt there are many Yeshua's in Miami. You have to stop thinking of the bible in "American" culture. It was translated from Hebrew and Greek and the things of their culture were not ours.

None of the Apostles called him Jesus.

"BUT - the Bible doesn't say He was............"

And there is lots of information LEFT OUT of the Bible (whichever Version you choose).......and many Books omitted.

Maybe the marriage at Cana was that of Christ and His wife???

Oh, I get it . . .

It's just another way for non Christians to change the subject, distract you, get you flustered and angry . . .

It is just another way to say "Shut Up - I don't want to hear about it"

At which point, you should turn the matter over to god, knock the dust off the soles of your feet and move on.

This is so ridiculous. Can you imagine Jesus trying to leave the house to go perform miracles and his wife is nagging him, telling him to be home for supper or else? "And stay away from that whore, Mary Magdalene."

Well...we had this Davinci code debate here over Brown's fiction (friction?) novel long before the movie. Frankly I find the timing with all the Islamic cartoon/film upheaval to be a bit too coincidental.

But will weigh in "nun" the less ;>)

My gut says that they were betrothed at some point during that knowledge gap about the "facts of life" twixt 12 and 20 or so.

It seems a foregone conclusion that his family intended him to be a rabbi at some point, and his very early expressive public speaking in the Temple demonstrated that. If he showed inclination and passion for it, he would naturally have been candidate for Torah studies to become a Rabbi (and would need a suitable fiance at some point)

Roman occupation being the brutal affair that it was, drove everyone apart. Time in Egypt. God knows what they did to the Hebrew clan in the stronghold of the Magdal Tower there by the Sea of Galilee, possibly enraged and deliberately drove his intended into harlotry against her will. We may never know for sure what went down with that travesty. But he did forgive and cleanse her of seven demons. Perhaps they were 7 brutal pimpthugs and centurions?

in any event, after he was crucified, Rome took this clan as such a serious threat that they spent the next 30 yrs hunting down every. last. one. of the rebels. Every disciple was chased down, even those who fled far abroad and slaughtered or tortured in ghastly ways. It was not merely JESUS whom Rome had put to death, but a most wanted poster with all his kin.
His mother. His grandmother Anna. His aunt Elizabeth. Her husband. His first cousin Johhny. His half siblings Jimmy and others. His extended cousins. The entire clan was scattered, ravaged and made enemies of the state. For ETERNITY.

So if his fiance slipped out of Haifa on a raft and fled to France, that possibly, just possibly, translators and others deliberately purged and edited all mention of any possible affiliation with her. To protect any potential bloodline offspring who may have escaped undected in her belly at the time.

There is a reason that so many paintings depict her as holed up for 30 yrs as a penitent (widow) in a cave in Provence, talking or channeling with a skull, lamenting her beloved.

agree, disagree, a thousand yrs of European art and Templars burnt for "heresy" argue otherwise. They immolated those knights almost 1300 yrs after the fact. That is a long time for a Roman grudge eh? Still dangerous to this day

http://www.google.com/search?um=1&h...314.729.0j3j0j1.4.0...0.0...1ac.1.zFll-UoCHaA

Among the skulls there, is the one venerated in the south of France as St. Mary Magdalene. It would be a simple matter to get DNA samples off that, as well as the skull of John the Baptist at Umayyid Mosque in Damascus (maternal mitochondrial) and then cross check it against a whole series of present day suspected bloodlines to prove or disprove a notion.

Christ and the Baptist had the same Grandmother. So even to those who insist Jesus never lived or is a fairytale, science may be able to verify scripture. If they haven't already done that in secret and know who/which folks are bloodline. heh.

Kind of sad about Magdalene's adult life and old age there in the lemon verbena groves all alone. But she alone survived.

Matthew 19:3-6, we read

“The Pharisees also came unto him, tempting him, and saying unto him, ‘Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife for every cause?’ And he answered and said unto them,

Have ye not read, that He which made them at the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh’. Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh.’ What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.’ ”

God said in Genesis 2:24,25

“Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.”

Marriage is the most basic and fundamental organization in the human race.

There will always be counterfeits of Gods system and ordinances....like satans system here on earth. In the time of Israel there was a counterfeit urim and thummim and a 'left' hand path...remember simon magus and peter...simon magus had counterfeit power like the Gods of egypt.

Based on Gods word to me at least the first assumption should be that he was married since it is of such significance to God the Father both physically and spiritually...not that he would not be.

I'm still not reading why it would be wrong for Jesus to be married.

As a matter of fact Mary Magdalene annointed his feet, was at the cross, the first witness to the risen Christ and was planning to anoint his body in the tomb (which would be a no no per jewish beliefs on death and burial were she not family).

He was true humanity in ALL ways...tested, tempted and tried in ALL ways as we are.

Why would he not leave his mother and father and cleave to his wife as directed by God the Father? Basically the first commandment God gave.

>>throughout history Magdalene was potrayed as a "less than virtous woman" by the church and only recently has it been changed and acknowledged as error.

Hmmm . . . I wasn't referring to Yeshua - I replied to a post that mentioned Jesus - whatever the Apostles called him I don't know - but still - read my post again - I was assuredly referring to the name Jesus.
