Surveillance video shows teen 'flash mob' stealing around $3,000 in designer jeans

A Chicago clothing store owner is hoping YouTube viewers will help identify a flash mob he says stole around $3,000 in designer jeans.

Luke Cho, the owner of Mildblend Supply Co. in Wicker Park, posted a surveillance video of more than a dozen teens walking into the store Saturday and stuffing their bookbags with jeans before walking out, MyFoxChicago reports.

"They came marching in and basically ransacked the place and tried to grab whatever they could,” he said.

Cho says he has dealt with a dozen shoplifting incidents since his store opened six months ago, but none as sophisticated as the “flash mob” robbery, MyFoxChicago reports.

Chicago police are investigating the incident.

You would also need a safe room for the employees to evacuate to. Once the urban feral youths realize they are trapped they will go full out zombie.

It sure is a good thing I don't live in a GIBSMEDAT area. I would either be in jail, the morgue or a stealth hunter. I would not be too accomodating in a robbery... once I got the opening, that is. Unfortunately the laws are in favor of the thugs. You can’t charge them with theft until they leave the premises so trapping them would get the store owner charged. No win situation.
