One more comment on West being a lunatic and Christian Imperialist. The vast majority of those who believe this do so strictly from a societal/cultural position, not a religious one. Non-Sufi Islam is not compatible with modern civilization, and they prove it many times a day.

I'm not a Christian Imperialist, never have been, never will be. Be *very* careful about attributing beliefs to anyone other than yourself. I can say for certain that I'm NOT "perfectly ok" with WWIII, nor are most other people, but then not many people were "perfectly ok" with WWII either, despite it being the most effective way to deal with the Nazi problem.

What I posted was in no way a personal slam on you or what you posted. Lots of politicians have changed their political affiliations. Some for expediency and some for true changes of values. I only reported the Pres candidate she HAS publicly stated she voted for and that she has also changed party affiliation. IOW, additional information to the discussion, not contradictory.

Same here for me. I only reported that Reagan HAS supported DEMOCRATS, including a certain president by the name of Franklin D. Roosevelt, one who is so deeply loved by conservatives in the USA, and that he has also changed party affiliation. Reagan was also an ACTIVE SUPPORTER of NEW DEAL policies.
How that relates to whether or not Condi would make a good VP or President, has as much bearing as the issue of whether or not Reagan would make a good President considering his DEMOCRATIC history. I voted for him both times, and we already knew his history of being a GOOD LOYAL DEMOCRAT supporting THE NEW DEAL.
IMO, it didn't matter ....... in the same way it doesn't matter for the consideration of Condi.

The real problem is that Islam has engaged in "holy war" against all non Muzzlims since 700 AD. Right now in the US Muzzlims attack others (Stoning of Christians in Dearborn), engage in "honor killings", FMG, are trying to force Sharia law and so on. Right now, right here in the US. They foment against infidels in mosques, actively convert in prisons and elsewhere. They are enemies of the freedoms we traditionally (are supposed) to enjoy under our Constitution. Look at what Muzzlims are doing in Europe, in Thailand, in Indonesia, in Pakistan, in India, in Africa - where ever they are, they wage war on those of other religions.
