Stockton Police are investigating a horrifying case of animal abuse where explosives were strapped to a dog.

Investigators say this happened at about 11:15 a.m. Wednesday in the area of Bianchi Road and Townehome Drive. Neighbors reported hearing a loud boom. The dog, a long-haired Dachshund, was taken to Family Pet Clinic, where it is being treated for explosive injuries.

Those injuries are said to be non-life-threatening.

A witness descibes the suspects as a black male between 25 and 30 years old, wearing a white t-shirt and grey-black jeans, and a black male, in his 20s. wearing a blue-grey t-shirt and blue jeans.

I remember reading many years ago about the people of Atlantis experimenting with animals/humans with no souls and that in the latter days, these animals/humans would reincarnate. It sounded ridiculus at the time, sounds more and more plausible every day.

They are completely DEVOID of any humanity. Totally, completely, all in all, absent of anything human. Hell, even wild animals are merciful to their prey. Grab it by the neck, sling it around and eat it. But THESE creatures, like the ones in the OPEE, are not even of this Earth. Cannot be. They LIVE for TORTURING anything and everything. Slowly and agonizingly. Their mouths drop slobber and froth just thinking about it.

Back in the 70's, and 80's "crack babies" were in the news as having multiple brain defects one of which left them with no conscience or ability to feel empathy. I do not remember the exact area of the brain affected, but this sadly was the result.
They are all grown up now, followed by another generation.
Wish I could provide documentation, sorry, aphasia is setting in.
I always thought an infant was a blessing to love and nurture.
Not so too many these days-just the consequences of a biological act.

This is so true. To paraphrase Jerimiah Wright, Americas chickens(children) coming home to roost.

In this case, if they are caught, the punishment should exactly fit the crime.

I do remember that and remember it well; my step-brother and his wife adopted just such a baby. The kid...sorry, young adult son of Obama already has a rap record for being a sexual predator and has a long history of animal abuse.
The parents were in denial for the longest time that the kid was even...gasp, half black, and even longer with their heads in the sand over his "issues". He just barely got out of school but not before molesting a classmate or two!

And they wonder why I refuse to "friend" the little beast on FB!

The problem is, not all the empty people are black though many are. I think we are to the point Zombie is as close to an accurate description - empty of all which makes is human, and living a hive existence - no individual thoughts mob actions -- look for the murmmeration thread - at least with the birds there is self preservation .
