All humor aside, the point is still made - there are for a certainty people that are more than willing to simply take what they can from whoever they know is "takable from," and if you mention preps to them that info is filed away in their "places to attack for supplies" list.

met a friend of the kids on a street in town last year and she said: "when tshtf, i'll be coming to your house."
so i told her that i have 25 relatives that will already be there when she arrives and she will look like fresh meat to them by the time she gets there.
she practically freaked out and has never spoken to me again.
