Twice this year I pointed out to my son while we were driving an actual square cloud. (not a square within the clouds) I've never seen that before.

And how long did that cloud formation last?

A minute, two or three?

Stare at clouds long enough and you can see anything your mind wants to see.

Any goats fall over dead in the area? :D
_____

Seriously, it could be either just an odd occurrence, or it could be somebody playing with microwaves.

Red Baron:

You're time range is about right..............1 1/2 min before distortion...ie....rounding out.......no dead goats........no marshmallow men.........ha..ha...
.......thought it a bit rare........square hole in cloud........... Used the Iphone camera.........3mpixel.........wished I'd had the 12 mpixel handy. Between coriolis effect causing cyclonic and anticycyclonic effect, I'm at a loss to explain "squaring"

Looks to me like a small cloaked Borg ship just passed through....probably a scout ship by the size of it.

We have less than 30 days before the ATTACK begins! (you will be assimilated!)

I hope you had a chance to get a bite of lunch over at Haley's Bait Shop and Grill! Yummy! Great food! V

The Borg scout ships are round. Just sayin'.

Right angles in nature are rare, more than one, ain't natural.

Fiancee and I saw a perfectly square cloud a few months ago, it was massive, but a perfect cube from where we were. It was larger than the mountain beside it.

The human brain is hardwired to see shapes/objects within random patterns.........it is part of our survival instinct that individuals who recognized familar patterns.......such as an infant being fed by its mother......... learned to trust them and hence had a strong chance of surviving....

Centuries of natural selection of those pattern recongintion abilies have come to dominate our mind when staring at random patterns and shapes such as skies and/or ink spot tests.......
