Did he say CIA? Then something is amiss here. If some alphabet agency had a little sit down with him, it should have been the secret service. In theory, the CIA only conducts operations outside of the US, the FBI and Secret Service would be the .gov agencies that handle this type of situation.

something doesn't add up here, including but not limited to the title of this thread.

CIA for one. This is strictly Secret Service jurisdiction, with support perhaps from local LEO, but no way would the CIA act in this capacity.

In fact, if I remember my civics law classes correct, the CIA does not have any arrest or enforcement powers.

You forget that CIA, FBI, and a bunch of other alphabets were herded up and placed under the HS umbrella by the Patriot Act. His badge might say CIA, but he was acting under Krappy Nappy's orders as an HS Special Agent.

If you go to this link, which is Manning's site, and then listen to the Manning report for the 17th, ( it's the first one listed on the right) he goes on quite extensively about the fact that it was "2 CIA" agents along with local police and secret service.

He also, mentions that he was surprised that it was CIA because he assumed that CIA were only involved in foreign incidents.

So either it happened, or Manning is mistaken.

I don't have a tv. Has this been covered on any of the "alledged news" shows? I don't suppose so, because someone who has never heard him may just check him out by searching.

This is the talk that they got him on. He doesn't have a very good timer on his video player, but it's at about 4:58 where he may have crossed the line for law enforcement. That's the only part I can figure it would be. But he said that this was the one that they were talking to him about.
He pretty well goes against everybody in this clip, including Rush, Beck, Hannity, Bush, etc.
He still likes McCain and Sarah however, it appears. :lol:
