February Venus-Jupiter conjunction + eclipses & new Balkan crisis?

I've been paying careful attention to developments in the former Yugoslavia ever since the collapse of the Soviet Union. We are now approaching a critical juncture since Serbia is holding a runoff election for president this weekend and, reportedly soon afterward, Kosovo will officially declare independence from Serbia; something that could quickly trigger a Russian-NATO military confrontation since the Russians will back the Serbs if they seek to stop Kosovo independence and NATO (i.e., KFOR) will militarily defend the ethnic Albanian majority in Kosovo from the Serbs if there's a conflict.

Knowing the risk of a flashpoint at this historical juncture, I just did a Google search for a "Venus-Jupiter conjunction". Why? Because many years ago I discovered that much of history surrounding events in Russia and Russia's former puppet states appear to be timed according to astrology:

It's possible this is because of the mystical power of astrology....but it's far more likely a consequence of TPTB in the Kremlin believing in astrology and shaping history accordingly.

I found a particularly intriguing correlation between Venus-Jupiter conjunctions, which are fairly rare, and major developments in the Balkan crises that have unfolded since the collpase of the Soviet Union. November 20th, 1995: The leaders of Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia agree to a settlement of the civil war in the former Yugoslavia at peace talks in Dayton, Ohio.

April 23rd, 1998: Serbia holds a nationwide referendum in which the population votes against allowing international mediation and/or intervention in Kosovo.

February 23rd, 1999: Kosovo peace talks in Rambouillet, France end and a partial peace accord between the Serbs and ethnic Albanian rebels is announced.

That I was even searching for such a unique astrological event simply because a major development in the Balkans is slated to occur in the coming days speaks volumes IMHO.

Just like Nazi Germany, in recent times the Kremlin has been shaping history according to the stars and during the coming days we are at a critical juncture regarding Kosovo and a potential East-West confrontation in the Balkans. Indeed, this will really be the case throughout the coming month of February because, in the wake of the Venus-Jupiter conjunction, there is a solar eclipse on February 7th and lunar eclipse on February 21st:

Eclipses are deemed to be "trigger points" in astrology.

That was very interesting Spirt of Truth. I would agree with your idea that events are planned to fit in with the astrology vs. the astrology causing the events, but either way, after reading your analysis, I'll be keeping an eye out.

Of course, the more we learn, the more we see the same patterns repeat... and how behind the scenes, it's the same group controlling all these regimes worldwide... the puppet masters if you will, pulling the strings to spread negative energy... fear, anger, war, death etc.

Do you have a link or info for an overview of these astro/cosmic influences? For those of us without the 'gift' of understanding how these energy fields interact with our own? As different planets, etc seem to represent those larger morphological fields of Sheldrakes theories as we represent the smaller ones.
