I CAN GET LOCALLY JONES BRAND HERE, BUT WOULD REALLY LIKE TO MAKE MY OWN
AS IT IS ADDICTIVE, AND I WOULD LIKE TO LOWER THE GREASE FACTOR.

my gram was Amish - PA Dutch, and she cut the scrapple so very very thin and patted it in white flour then she Cooked on a coal stove in iron skillets over low heat till it was crispy brown. Never greasy since the flour and low temperature controlled the grease.
