New floor loom

Just wanted to share my excitement. An old friend from the distant past GAVE me her 36" floor loom fully equipped with every weaving doo-dad I have always wanted. All I had to do was transport it from my daughter's house. I guess it was taking up space and she never used it.

I have an eight harness table loom, but have always wanted a floor loom. I took all the moving ropes off and it is even warpped with an old project on it. I am just about to weave my first practice rows. Yippeee! I can use my feet now.

Woaaaaa!! Major score! Well done!

I've got a "manly room" that's 15'X30' that has a tile floor that sure could use a nice covering. LOL
