is there a deadline for when someone that wants to run for president has to sign in?

Ive read here and other places that hiltery is in third place for the dem nomination, is there a required date that someone has to say there are running? mabye file papers to get on the ballot?

also its not like the libs will follow the rules anyway .

Any Dem would likely want to be included in all the state caucuses which start in February 2020

I thought they had to be primaried in order to run?
People are quick to confuse and despise confidence as arrogance but that is common amongst those who have never accomplished anything in their lives and who have always played it safe not willing to risk failure.

Friend, you cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. And what one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government can't give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody.

All that really matters is who comes out of the convention. At which point they a added to the federal ballot for the november election

All that is currently going on is a sideshow giving the candidates free press and giving the voters in the party primaries an illusion of choice.

They have to appear on the State ballot and there is a designated 'cut-off' date for that, probably different for each State. As for how you get on the ballot, again different for each State.

You've got my vote, I'm not a US citizen and I don't live in the US but that means I can vote several times for you under Democrat rules

I have heard a November date which leads me to believe it is one year prior to election, but I really don’t know. Never thought of it.

As you already stated, Shooter, the rules don’t matter to them...never did!

They’ll do what they want...all we can do is sit there and take it, or do something about it...

That is my understanding also. The only exception may be the case of a primary winner being incapacitated before the presidential election. Also, one can never completely rule out back room shenanigans at a state convention.

Fundamentally, there really is no such thing as a "federal" election. All the federal government does is to compile the individual state presidential elections via The Electoral College.
