In my experience 99% of these women have better clothes, a new phone and eat out a lot.

On a happy note, “regular” absorbency Tampons and pads are free in the vending machines in the bathroom at my work. don’t have to pay 25 cents for them anymore.
All of these items should be taxed. I have issues when certain items are exempt. Then again I have issue with income and property taxes.

Glad to hear you solved the problem.

Didn't we have a huge tea party at one time over taxes? It amazes the number of people here who support taxation!
People are quick to confuse and despise confidence as arrogance but that is common amongst those who have never accomplished anything in their lives and who have always played it safe not willing to risk failure.

No, I wouldn't. I would venture to risk saying that most condoms are probably bought by women because most men would just "skip it" if none are provided by the female and readily availuable, because most men lose all common sense and care about anything and anyone else except their immediate gratification WHEN THEY ARE AROUSED AND EXPECTING SEX.
Want a NEW LIFE, to be "born again?" Your acceptance of Jesus's death for you, by proxy, on the Cross must include your understanding, consenting/ratifying that YOU AGREE that means YOU, your will, your way died. When you do, then you become "born again", a new creation, filled with His Holy Spirit, Jesus and his eternal life will dwell within you as his temple. He died for all, but not all will RATIFY His sacrifice for them.

So make up should be tax free?

Makeup isn't a health need, kotex and tampons are a health need!

IIRC, in the healthcare world only prescription meds aren’t taxed. Considering that sanitary products aren’t prescription only, they should be taxed.
