College Admissions Bribe Scandal: Lori Loughlin's Daughters Drop Out of USC over 'Bullying'

College Admissions Bribe Scandal: Lori Loughlin's Daughters Drop Out of USC over 'Bullying' | Breitbart

Lori Loughlin’s daughters have reportedly decided not to return to the University of Southern California, blaming potential bullying by classmates and the media.

According to a report from TMZ, both of Lori Loughlin’s daughters have decided that will not return to the University of Southern California. Federal investigators alleged earlier this week that Loughlin paid $500,000 to have her daughters admitted to the university. The alleged scheme involved pretending that Loughlin’s daughters were crew recruits even though the girls had never played the sport. Loughlin allegedly had her daughters pose on rowing equipment to further the lie that they were athletic recruits.

Now, both girls have reportedly decided that they will not return to the University of Southern California. TMZ claims that both girls are concerned about bullying on campus. Loughlin’s older daughter, Olivia Jade, was heavily criticized on Instagram after the scandal broke. She eventually turned off the comment section on her posts.

The TMZ report claims that Lori Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, support their daughter’s decision to withdraw from USC.

Stay tuned to Breitbart News for more updates on this story.

Well they be able to get a partial refund on their bribe money? Only seems fair.

It was more likely they dropped out before they were BOOTED OUT!!

Which they and everyone involved in this scandal should be expelled. I would go so far as to say they should also be denied entrance into any college/university in this country. Any college staff member that had anything to do with this B.S. should be immediately fired for cause!!

Agree 100%, a little jail time for fraud or other would be ok also.

I don't know if one can play crewing. I think one CAN participate in it.

I wouldn't go back either mainly because I would be too embarrassed by what my parents had done and by the fact that they had such little faith in me.

It is horrible when people do not follow the rules so they can get ahead.

Kind of like bypassing the legal immigration line and come here illegally
Kind of like having dead people vote for your candidate
Kind regards of like wait for the polls to close and then harvesting votes from people that did not show.
Kinda of like becoming a member of congress and then becoming rich
Kind of like weaponizing the DOJ and selectively using it to protect your people and attack the others

Surely you're not saying we have the resources to save the poor from their lot. -JCSS
Friend, you cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. And what one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government can't give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody.

The older daughter, Olivia Jade, was some sort of Instagram "celebrity" who had had a collaboration with the makeup store, Sephora for her own makeup line and also was connected to the hair care company, Tresemme. Both companies dropped her like a hot potato once the news broke.

They blame bullying. See, it's the fault of the bullies, not the fault of the fraudsters. Typical entitled expletive deleted plural.

Yeah, and worse... "potential bullying"!! It hasn't even happened yet! Clearly, the girls, at least, know how well (not!) this whole story will sit with kids who really worked to gain admission...

Also Hallmark pulled tonights episode of "When Calls The Heart" which starred
their mom Lori L. It's a short series that comes out periodically. Since this was filmed earlier, Hallmark
must have gotten a lot of negative feedback from their viewers.

    Hallmark fired her.

They would have been given the boot regardless. The colleges/universities involved are taking a look at every student who they believe cheated. I wonder if that would be 1/2 the school!

Exactly! Not only her, but those who earned it the hard way are being scrutinzed as well. I wonder how Obama's kid got into Harvard, I'd like to see her ACT scores. I bet Obama was one of those shoe in kids too. His college records are sealed. Why?

Nothing too low for these parents? Where does it end?

    College education, work place....

Probably have someone 'professional' go to their kid's job interview, pay someone to 'fix up' their kid's resume', job application; heck, probably even have someone show up at work for their kid!

I see no end to their depravity.

Another example of their monied background and massive disposable income. They can pay hundreds of thousands dollars to get in, then just drop out of the school with no problem. They probably paid someone to pack all their crap and send it to them. No consequences. Imagine the work, effort, and money it would take to get settled at university for a regular person, being locked into a rental contract, setting up life away from home. The regular person would have consequences to deal with and wouldn't just be able to walk away from the rent and tuition paid.
