A Win For Judicial Watch & California Voters

From the current State of Jefferson Messenger I received in an e-mail. The State of Jefferson website is SOJ51.org

Last week, Judicial Watch announced that it signed a settlement with the State of California and County of Los Angeles under which they will begin the process of removing from their voter registration rolls as many as 1.5 million inactive registered names that may be invalid. Judicial Watch was also joined by Election Integrity Project California, Inc., a public interest group that has long been involved in monitoring California's voter rolls.

In the lawsuit, Judicial Watch alleged:

    (1) Los Angeles County has more voter registrations on its voter rolls than it has citizens who are old enough to register. Specifically, according to data provided to and published by the U.S. Election

Assistance Commission, Los Angeles County has a registration rate of 112 percent of its adult citizen population.

    (2) The entire State of California has a registration rate of about 101 percent of its age-eligible citizenry.

    (3) Eleven of California's 58 counties have registration rates exceeding 1000 percent of the age-eligible citizenry.

Judicial Watch further noted that one of every five LA County registrations likely belongs to a voter who has moved or is deceased and ďLos Angeles County has the highest number of inactive registrations of any single county in the nation.Ē

Another article I received in my e-mail from the State of Jefferson. SOJ website: SOJ51.org

California Does Not Know if Illegals Voted

California officials are still unable to say whether or not illegal immigrants voted in the June 2018 Primary because a government questionnaire about eligibility was created in a way that prevents a direct answer on citizenship. In an internal memo of October 8, 2018, the Secretary of State's Office wrote, “We can't assume why they declined to answer eligibility questions or why they said they were not eligible.”

After the Sacramento Bee filed a legal complaint, through the Public Records Act, emails and other documents, shows that for months California officials have been examining whether non citizens voted last year. Last week, Secretary of State, Alex Padilla, confirmed for the first time that his office has an active internal investigation into the matter.

The Bee also reported that Republicans are responding to the continued problems with the Motor Voter program calling for sweeping changes. Senate Minority Leader Patricia Bates, R-Laguna Niguel, introduced a bill last month that would adopt an opt in voting process and do away with automatic registration of customers.

Since the DMV started automatically registering people to vote on April 23, 2018, it has acknowledged making 105,000 processing errors out of more than 2.4 million transactions. It should also be noted that during the November 2018 general election, voter precinct workers in many counties reported a large increase in voters needing provisional ballots. In many instances it was found that of those who had registered through DMV, their registration forms never reached county registrars of voters.

All state's must be forced to change their voter registration laws as follows!

    1. You must be 18 year of age and a resident of the state for at lest six months in order to vote.

    2. You must register to vote at the town or country clerk office six months before the election date.

    3. You must show proof of residency to register to vote any of the following is acceptable! Drivers License, County Sheriff Issued ID, Federal Government Issued Passport.

Butbutbut, it’s too much trouble to do that! I need ID for welfare, for rent, why should I have to show ID to vote?

You can be sure that SOMEONE has a copy of the list of inactive voters.

Its likely an "unofficial" list - passed from a connected deep state supporter to the local DNC.

When Mark Moeser ran for CA Secretary of State, he went out to addresses on the rolls and showed that they were office buildings, vacant lots, abandoned buildings and in between buildings. (He found the post office delivered to whomever was located next door.)

CA allows "ballot harvesting." This means that anyone can go out and pick up ballots from voters or help them fill out their ballot if they have problems, then bring the ballots into the polling place.

In the 2018 election, DACA groups organized to assist with ballot harvesting. It is attributed with possibly turning the House.

Did Ballot-Harvesting By Illegals Flip Elections To Democrats?

    1/08/2019

Voter Fraud: Democrats say they oppose President Trump's demand for money to start building a border wall on moral grounds. More likely it's because they know that unchecked immigration — legal or illegal — helps them win elections. If you don't think so, look at what happened in California in the midterms.

A recent Los Angeles Times article — titled "How young immigrant 'Dreamers' made flipping control of the House a personal quest" — talked about how those who came to the country illegally as children had been running around California helping otherwise nonvoters fill out ballots.

    Ballot-Harvesting By 'Dreamers'
It's a practice called ballot-harvesting, and it's illegal in many states. Former Gov. Jerry Brown legalized the practice in California in 2016. Remember, these so-called Dreamers are technically in the U.S. illegally.

"This pretty well amounts to foreign nationals voting, without any fear of prosecution," noted Monica Showalter, who has been following this story at American Thinker.

Partially because of such efforts, turnout among Hispanics shot up 94%, in the 2018 midterms, compared with the 2014 midterms, in eight states analyzed by the Latino Policy and Politics Initiative at UCLA. Among non-Hispanics in those states, turnout was up only 37%.

The surge, the report says, helped move 20 House districts held by Republicans to Democratic.

"What it means," Showalter goes on, "is that the House has been flipped in no small part by foreigners, who … may have cast dozens and dozens of ballots, all from the advantages of ballot-harvesting."

    Ballot-Harvesting In Orange County

According to the San Diego Tribune, Fred Whitaker, the chairman of the Republican Party in Orange County, told supporters that GOP losses in the county were the "direct result of ballot harvesting allowed under California law for the first time."

It gets worse from there. In California, at least, it's possible that at least some of the ballots harvested by Dreamers were from people who were themselves ineligible to vote.

That's in part because for decades California wasn't clearing out its voter database of inactive voters.

In fact, it took a lawsuit by Judicial Watch to get the state and Los Angeles County to start removing 1.5 million inactive names from the registration list that could be invalid, as required by the National Voter Registration Act.

Judicial Watch found that the state has more registered voters than it does possible voters. Los Angeles County, it found, "has a registration rate of 112% of its adult citizen population."

Forcing California to purge its registration list of deadbeat voters will, Judicial Watch says, "help ensure cleaner elections."

    Did Non-Citizens Vote?

Meanwhile, an investigation by the Sacramento Bee found that California officials "still can't say whether noncitizens voted in the June 2018 primary because a confusing government questionnaire about eligibility was created in a way that prevents a direct answer on citizenship."

The Bee found that after the state's Department of Motor Vehicles started automatically registering people to vote last April, it "acknowledged making 105,000 processing errors out of more than 2.4 million transactions. At least one noncitizen has come forward to say he was improperly added to the voter rolls."

Those errors, however, don't count people who improperly claimed they were eligible to vote. The DMV told the Bee that "it is not responsible for verification of voter eligibility."

The Secretary of State insists that, while he can't say if noncitizens voted in the June primary, he's certain none did in the general midterm elections. (Why anyone should have confidence in that claim is a mystery.)

Is it any wonder that Democrats are now refusing to support even the rudimentary step of securing the southern border? As California has shown, an army of noncitizens can help sway elections. And keeping the border open will only bring in more.
"During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act." George Orwell
