Just got a text from our county's election powers that be. In our county, as of 4pm estimated voter turnout was 53.46%. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    In a midterm election??

Talk about a mobilized, energized electorate!

I voted this morning at 9 o’clock. I live in a small town in the thumb of Michigan. It was very busy for us, waited in line for about 15 minutes. My son and I were numbers 271 and 272. My dh four hours later was number 614. We live in a very conservative county.

The county is blue-but the area I live in is pretty red for a blue area, best way to describe it.

Our county has a super neat election night results map-the GIS bases are from office of emergency mgmt. so the info is super accurate. Here's a link-

Yeah. Cleveland/Cuyahoga county is above 40% at 3:30 PM. considering that 2014, they had a total of 39% at the end of the day, this is setting interesting records for a Midterm.

Looks like you're posting about once every four months. If you post a little more, we won't complain.

Easily the busiest I've ever seen at our local voting place, it took awhile just to find a parking spot.

Even busier inside, fortunately they had many more volunteers and things ran very smoothly.

We (the sweetie and I) voted the same across the board, believe me that never happened before...

    Braun @ 57% and Walorski @ 69%. Go red!

That's just a projection. I'll wait until EVERY vote is counted in that race-that guy reminds me of a very VERY creepy clown who crows about his "open marriage" (notwithstanding the fact he's a democrat). Corey Stewart is the Trump blessed candidate and he's now up 52% to Kaine's 46%. He was tough!!! on illegals when he was chief exec of Prince William county.
I'm watching ABC news on roku.
Go Corey GO!!! Kick that creepy clown a** Kaine to the street. And let someone run over him, please!

What is a good site to find returns? Both Fox youtube channels are not worth watching right now.

I'm watching the totals rolling at the bottom of the screen on a local station. In what is being reported so far, no Democrats are leading anywhere. The precincts in the larger cities and college towns, like Indianapolis and Muncie, have not reported yet and those always go Democrat.

With 16% reporting, Braun is beating Donnelly 56% to 41%.

True. The FL panhandle is red big time. That is where Trump won the election in Florida. The panhandle vote. It's not over yet.
