Tucker Carlson Launches Male Empowerment Series During Women’s History Month
    By Amanda Arnold - MARCH 7, 2018

At last, Tucker Carlson is here to help American men get the attention they deserve. On his program Tuesday night, the Fox News host teased his new series, launching tonight, about a “largely ignored disaster”: the lack of messaging around male empowerment.

Per TheWrap, Carlson is calling his program Men in America, which will air through the end of March to coincide with Women’s History Month. The show’s inaugural guest be the controversial psychologist and culture-warrior Jordan Peterson, who recently published a self-help book with revolutionary tips like “clean your room.”

“We hear a lot about female empowerment in this country, but for some reason, you almost never hear about how men are doing in America,” said Carlson said, who promises that viewers will be “stunned” by his much-needed series.

He continued: “We took a close look at the numbers and we found them so shocking that we’re devoting the month of March to a special series on men in America. You’ll be stunned by the scope of the crisis. We were. It’s a largely ignored disaster and it is a disaster. It affects every person in America.”

    Happy Women’s History Month!

Wow! Tucker Carlson's new expose, "Men In America" is an eye opening look at the issues facing men in America. The attacks on men from every corner of the socialist left in the form of making "toxic masculinity" a thing has taken shape as participation trophies, girls in the Boy Scouts, women's studies at colleges w/o a counter curriculum, and transgenderism

I just caught Dr. Jordan Peterson on Tucker Carlson's new #MenInAmerica series. Watch him destroy this psychotic libtard bitch who thinks she has a "right to not be offended" but men don't. A pushback against man-hating genocidal feminists is LONG overdue. Women outperform men in nearly every aspect of society because they are given government-mandated advantages over men. Then they have the unmitigated gall to claim it is men who enjoy the fruits of institutionalized discrimination. Feminists think only women have rights. It doesn't get any more discriminatory than that without gas chambers.

And there’s absolutely no excuse for it.”

I hope the discussion includes healthcare. Women on average live 7 years or so longer than men yet there is no focus on men's health. Virtually every hospital in the nation has a Women's Health Center staffed by women for women. You can count on one hand the number of Men's Health Centers in this country. Mega-federal dollars goes towards women's specific health matters. Virtually nothing goes to men-specific health issues. If all this were reversed the howling would be incessant. Maybe that's the issue? Men don't advocate for themselves. Women do.

‘Bout time! Tucker generally nails it. Looking forward to hearing how/what he has to say.

Although, MountainBiker, most health studies (Framingham Study comes to mind) have studied men and e.g., have measured effects of meds or what have you on men’s health. Many of the conclusions drawn from that study were poorly drawn. Better meta analysis and updated data would be a good idea. (The SWAN Study -Study of Women Across the Nation, is an attempt to close the data gap, there.)

I watch Tucker about 75 percent of the time, but missed this one. I need to catch it somewhere...

I am fed up with "Toxic Masculinity". I was in a restaurant around here called "First Watch" recently... Used to love it. They had a breakfast menu. Now they have gone feminine... hard to find the bacon, and they are pushing turkey everything. If you want a real breakfast, up in the corner are two items called "classic breakfast". 10 bucks and came with ONE sausage link. I used to get what they called a "Bubba's Bennie" there. taters, eggs, pork sausage, gravy, (maybe biscuits too) etc all mixed up on the plate... was amazing. That is far too masculine now... it is not available any more... but all the foo foo is crazy there, menu a mile long and I don't know what half of the items are. Millennials love it I am sure. So, I am gone too. I guess it is iHop and Denny's for me. (I found out I am not the only white old guy who feels that way)

    Here is the video.
Holy Shit! Tucker completely nailed it and told it like it is.
It's making me madder than hell.
Testosterone decrease of 30% between 40 year old man in 1980 versus now.
Women now far outnumber men in college and in graduate school. The majority all degrees, including doctorate degrees go to women.
Schools are now designed by an run by women, for women, not men. Male behavior is punished and suppressed.
Men are killing themselves at a fast increasing rate as society caters more and more to women. Suicide rates for men increased 43% between 1997 and 2014.

The sex wage gap is bogus. Women in metropolitan areas now earn 8% more than men in the same job.
Sperm counts are down 60% since the 1970s
Science studies have ignored these increasing male problems while they concentrate on trivial studies of female health problems.
The average US males dies 5 years before the average US woman.
The overwhelming majority of boys are medicated during early school resulting in severe life long depression later in life.
Basically society has completely tilted the opposite direction in the last 40 years to completely favor females and discriminate against males.
Many more statistical examples of societal changes that favor women over men are given in the video.

Where the hell is Minnesota Smith when you need him?

Here is Tucker. Every Wednesday this month he is going to devote a large segment of his show to discussing what has happened to males in society and how our society is now overwhelmingly feminized and how males cannot and will not survive in this type of society

I'm really glad he's shining the light on these facts, and I think there are other women who will agree with me on that. I, for one, want men to be MEN again and not pajama boys and I would love to see an end to the false and destructive narratives being spewed by liberals, lesbians, and femi-nazis. I really think all of the toxic anti-masculinity bullcrap has been part of the effort to destroy the traditional family structure and we can all see how damaging that's been, so cudos to Tucker!

Bump for the day and afternoon crew.

More information about how males are trivialized in western society.
Makes me start to think that single moms should not be allowed to raise boys.
In Sparta they let the women raise boys unti they were 7, then they were taken away to learn how to be men and warriors.
I am of the firm believe that having an occasional male role model while a boy is growing up is not enough. The main role model, the one a male child should have the most contact with after being weaned, should be a male.
Instead it is most often a female, both at home and in school. That is one of the main reasons our young males are effeminate, panty-wastes. They have never learned to be a male. They only learn how to be a woman's idea of what a male should be.
Society needs to change, and change damn quick or it will collapse and I guarandamntee you that those women who thought men were not needed will find out otherwise.
Save the males! A new book says society is biased AGAINST men. Ridiculous? Hardly, says Amanda Platell

    Updated: 20:15 EST, 24 July 2008

    Save the males!

Every once in a while, a book not so much lands on your desk as lobs itself like a hand grenade, exploding preconceived wisdoms and shattering the bones of the status quo. Save The Males is such a book.
It is the fiercest and most fearless defence of men, fatherhood and ultimately the family I have read in many years.
American author Kathleen Parker's courageous thesis is that initially, through extreme feminism, then via its craven implementation into society, women have demonised men and trivialised their contribution, especially to family life.
I say courageous because, in the eyes of many women and of the liberal establishment, suggesting men have had a rough deal is nothing short of heresy.
Parker should be burnt at the stake, they cry. But isn't it ironic that only a woman could make such a plea for men?

She argues: 'As long as men feel marginalised by the women whose favour and approval they seek, as long as they are alienated from their children and treated as criminals by family courts, as long as they are disrespected by a culture that no longer values masculinity tied to honour, as long as boys are bereft of strong fathers and our young men and women wage sexual war, then we risk cultural suicide.'
It's enough to set a feminist's hair on end. Parker argues that in trying to make the world fairer for women, an adjustment most agree was vital, we have made it unfair for men. In our attempt to honour women, we have dishonoured men.
By bending over backwards to make single mothers feel good about themselves, by diminishing the role of fathers, by elevating women as the superior parents, we have gone a considerable way to destroying one of the basic tenets of a successful society - family life.
Apart from the effects of this seismic social shift on society, it is also grossly unfair. Can you imagine a world where men demanded women be more like them - dress like them, act like them, even look like them. Because that is effectively what our post-feminist society has done, but with the genders switched.
The traditional male values, what Parker almost poetically calls 'masculinity tied to honour', are now seen as nothing more than a direct assault on women.
Unless men are like us, the thinking goes, they insult us and threaten our existence: hence the feminisation of men, or as we so disingenuously describe it, getting in touch with your feminine side.
Thus Hybrid Man was born. An acceptable male model now is more likely to be of the David Beckham variety, wearing more make-up than the missus, hairless, perfumed, varnished, emasculated by his bossy wife and perhaps fond of wearing her undies.
Good dads, loving husbands, supportive male role models, they're few and far between even in the fictional world of TV.
But in the real world it wasn't enough that we demanded they be more like us, we superior human beings. We had to traduce men as well, treating them in almost all forms of popular culture as useless, ineffectual, even comic characters, or as violent, cheating and untrustworthy.

And so Sitcom Man was born. Parker challenges us to try to think of a wholesome, reliable role model in myriad 'dads' created on TV or in movies. Fathers are always portrayed as incompetent or inconsequential, mindless or mean, comic or cruel. If you relentlessly portrayed any ethnic or minority group in such a biased way, you'd be pilloried on air.
Parker cites many reasons for the dereliction of men. First, there has been the institutionalisation of motherhood at the expense of fatherhood.
'We seem to accept that children shouldn't be raised without mothers, but we regard the contributions of fathers as optional,' Parker says.
Just last week, Nicola Brewer, the chief executive of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, said: 'Fathers are being marginalised to the extent of simply "seasoning" in their children's upbringing.'
And the state reinforces the 'Mum best, Dad dodgy' myth. 'The family courts effectively make fathers a slave to the state, his wages become state property, his time with his children is determined by a family court judge, and he faces jail if for whatever reason he fails to pay his child support on time.'
Family courts in America increasingly approve of 'virtual parenting', which means Mum can take the kids and live wherever she likes and Dad can do it long distance, via the phone or internet.
'Thanks to divorce, unwed motherhood, and policies that unfairly penalise and marginalise fathers, 30-40 per cent of all American children sleep in a home where their father doesn't,' she writes.
Parker believes that perhaps the biggest blow to men's roles in families has come with the explosion and normalisation of single motherhood.
'By elevating single motherhood from an unfortunate consequence of poor planning to a sophisticated act of self-fulfilment, we've helped to fashion a world not just in which fathers are scarce, but in which men are superfluous,' she says.
It's enough to set a feminist's hair on end

Single professional women shopping for donor sperm on the internet has become the equivalent of buying designer shoes online. The number of babies born to unmarried mothers aged between 30 and 44 increased by a staggering 17 per cent from 1999 to

In short, slowly but surely, men are being made obsolete as society embraces single motherhood as the equivalent of the nuclear family for fear of not offending the sisterhood.
And so, hey presto, the marginalisation of men marches on.
And if the child is born of a normal sexual encounter, the consequences for men can be equally dire, as they have no rights, only duties.
'If a woman gets pregnant she can abort - even without her husband's consent. If she chooses to have the child, she gets a baby and the man gets an invoice.
'Inarguably, a man should support his offspring, but by the same logic, shouldn't he have a say in whether his child is born or aborted?'
The number of children living in fatherless homes has tripled since 1960, from eight million to 24 million in the U.S.. So it comes as no surprise that 21st-century man feels isolated and increasingly obsolete.
'At the same time that men have been ridiculed in the public sphere, the importance of fatherhood has been diminished, along with other traditionally male roles of father, protector and provider, which are incredibly viewed as regressive manifestations of an outmoded patriarchy,' Parker writes.
She also examines the feminisation of education. There is overwhelming evidence now that boys' and girls' brains are wired differently, but over 20 years both in America and in the UK we have made learning harder for boys and more suitable for girls. The result, Parker says, is that the gap between young men's and women's academic achievements is widening.
In 2005, 133 women graduated from college in the U.S. for every 100 men. By the end of this decade that gap is expected to be 142 females for every 100 males.
And as ever the poorest and most deprived are the hardest hit. Among African Americans, the figures are far worse. Twice as many women as men graduate. Parker blames the achievement gap on the absence of fathers.
What is especially refreshing is that Parker's quest to Save The Males is not just about fairness to men. We need to do it, she says, not only 'because we love our sons but because we love our daughters'.
And because she believes, as many of us do, that the best building block for a stable and peaceful society is the traditional nuclear family.
'Part of our nation's strength has always been a function of its families. Restoring the family is critical to our survival in these untidy and dangerous times.' So, too, is 'respecting men and the important contribution they make to children's lives and society'.
Fathers are always portrayed as incompetent

Parker writes almost poetically about the ultimate beauty of men's innate character. When she looks at her own father and fathers around her, she concludes that being a dad is, in fact, the manliest thing a man can do.
It encourages responsibility, sacrifice and the ability to put others before yourself - all essential qualities to a functioning society, let alone a home.
'When we take away a man's central purpose in life and marginalise him from society's most important institution (the family), we strip him of his manhood.'
And it's not all we strip away, as studies have discovered here. We reduce a child's chance of a successful and happy life.
'Growing up without a father is the most reliable indicator of poverty and all the familiar social pathologies affecting children, including drug abuse, truancy, delinquency and sexual promiscuity. Yet some feminists and other progressives still insist that men are non-essential.'
The powerful argument Parker constructs is that unless we wake up, and wake up quickly, to the importance of men in family life, society as we know it is doomed. In the creation of a more femalefriendly world, we have unwittingly created a culture hostile to men, not in the workplace, but the most important place, the home.
How refreshingly honest, how devoid of political correctness or feminist dogma for a woman to argue for and ultimately celebrate the necessity and the goodness of men.
She rightly warns of the dangers to our society of a world without manliness. It's all very well for the armed forces to affect an equality between men and women, she says, but when the chips are down and a child or a society needs rescuing, it will not fall on the shoulders of our womenfolk.
And in an increasingly hostile world, we will need our men and we'll need them to be men, to display unashamedly the sheer physical strength and courage that even after a century of feminist intervention still dwarfs women's.
'In the coming years, we will need men who are not confused about their responsibilities to family and country.
'We need boys who have acquired the virtues of honour, courage, valour and loyalty. We need women willing to let men be men - and boys be boys.'
And we will need women like Kathleen Parker with the courage to fight for men. Saving the males, she argues, will also save women and children as we all 'stand to benefit from a society in which men feel respected and thus responsible'.
By engaging men's nobility and recognising their unique talents, we all benefit. And the process could start with us just being a bit nicer to them.
'It wouldn't hurt to fix a guy a burger now and then without the woman acting as though she's just established democracy in the Sunni Triangle.'
Chastened, I'm off to buy some burgers and a few buns.

Absolutely true. Remember all the attention that went to HPV and cancer in women???
Well it turns out that men are developing cancer from HPV at 7 times the rate of women.

Yet every female is endlessly quizzed to make sure she get the HPV vaccine. Spare no expense.
Meanwhile there is an epidemic of the cancer in males and it basically wasn't even noticed or studied until it became an epidemic.
Oral sex is causing an oral cancer epidemic in men by outwitting natural defenses

    By Marie McCullough
    The Philadelphia Inquirer

    March 08, 2018 10:09 AM
Updated 1 hour 35 minutes ago

PHILADELPHIA Five years ago, when actor Michael Douglas candidly revealed that his throat cancer was linked to having oral sex, two things happened.
He made headlines that mortified his family. And he helped publicize the fact that a pervasive, sexually transmitted virus called HPV was unleashing an epidemic of oral cancer among men.

Since then, scientists have made headway in figuring out why HPV, the human papillomavirus, has this glaring gender bias. Men are four times more likely than women to be diagnosed with oral cancer, a hard-to-detect, hard-to-treat disease that has overtaken cervical cancer as the most common HPV-related malignancy in the United States.

To be sure, changes in sexual norms over the last few generations have played a role in this alarming trend. But research increasingly shows the real problem is something men have practically no control over: their immune response.
Compared with women, men are more likely to get infected with HPV – including “high-risk” cancer-causing strains. They also are less able to wipe out infection on their own, and more likely to get reinfected. The reasons are unclear.
“There is good evidence that men acquire oral infections more readily than women, even if they have similar sex practices,” said Ashish A. Deshmukh, a University of Florida HPV researcher. “And more than the acquisition, it’s the persistence of the virus. The clearance rate is not that fast in men.”

Michael Becker of Yardley has stepped up as the face of this immunological inequity. The 49-year-old former biotech executive is health-conscious, clean-living, happily married for 26 years – and battling terminal oropharyngeal cancer, the medical term for malignancies in parts of the mouth and throat.

He’s also battling the misconceptions and ignorance that keep too many parents from protecting their pubescent children – especially boys – against HPV-driven cancers. Two shots. That’s all it takes for the leading vaccine, Gardasil, to prevent most cervical cancers, less common genital malignancies, and the disease that is killing Becker.
“I can’t tell you how many emails I got from parents after the CBS segment,” he said, referring to a national television interview last month. “They said, ‘What do you mean this vaccine is for boys?' and ‘What do you mean oral cancer incidence has eclipsed cervical cancer?’”

HPV is a family of more than 100 virus types that can live in the flat, thin cells on the surface of the skin, cervix, vagina, anus, vulva, penis, mouth and throat.
The virus is spread through contact with infected skin, mucous membranes, and bodily fluids. Some types can be passed during intercourse or – as Douglas pointed out – oral sex.
While virtually all sexually active people will get infected at some point, the virus is usually wiped out by the immune system without so much as a symptom.
    But not always.

In the cervix, persistent infection with high-risk HPV types can lead to precancerous changes that, left alone, slowly turn malignant. Fortunately, the Pap smear enables the detection and removal of abnormal cells before cancer develops. What’s more, age-related changes in cervical cells reduce the risk that HPV will take hold there as women get older.
No such screening test exists for oropharyngeal sites - the tongue, soft palate, tonsils, the throat behind the nasal cavity - and symptoms usually don’t appear until cancer is advanced. Becker, for example, had metastatic disease by the time he noticed a lump under his jaw line in late 2015.

Traditionally, smoking and heavy alcohol use are the big risk factors for oral cancer, but the non-HPV tumors linked to these bad habits have been declining in recent years.
HPV-related tumors, in contrast, have increased more than 300 percent over the last 20 years. The virus is now found in 70 percent of all new oral cancers.
About 13,200 new HPV oral cancers are diagnosed in U.S. men each year, compared with 3,200 in women, according to federal data. Treatment – surgery, chemotherapy, radiation – can have disfiguring, disabling side effects. About half of late-stage patients die within five years.
Oral HPV infection rates are skewed by gender, just like the resulting cancers. The latest national estimates of this disparity, published in October, come from Deshmukh and his University of Florida colleagues. They used a federal health survey that collected DNA specimens to estimate that 7.3 percent of men and 1.4 percent of women have oral infections with high-risk HPV types. That translates to 7 million men and 1.4 million women.
The chance of oral infection increases for women as well as men who have simultaneous genital HPV infections or a history of many sex partners, but male infection rates still far surpass female rates.
Patti Gravitt, an HPV researcher at George Washington University, believes these estimates are a bit oversimplified because women counted as uninfected may actually have undetectably low virus levels, or HPV may be hiding in a dormant state in their cells.
Still, Gravitt said the study is in line with others that suggest “men are more susceptible to HPV viral infection than women.”
In women, an HPV infection usually sets off the body’s defense mechanisms. The immune system makes antibodies that kill off the invader, then immune cells remain on guard, ready to attack if the virus reappears.
But in men, something goes awry. The HIM study – for HPV in Men – documented this by collecting genital, anal, and oral samples from 4,100 unvaccinated men in Florida, Mexico and Brazil between 2005 and 2009. The samples were tested for the presence of two high-risk HPV types and two that cause genital warts.
Among 384 men who developed infections during a 24-month period, only 8 percent produced antibodies. But this response rate varied depending on the site of infection; none of the small number of orally infected men produced antibodies.
Rather than putting the immune system on guard and protecting men from the virus, infection sharply increased the chance of getting infected again with the exact same HPV type. And many men who got reinfected were celibate at the time.
How could this be? Anna R. Giuliano, the researcher at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Fla., who led the HIM study, said recurring infections may be due to reactivation of dormant virus, or to auto-inoculation - the man spreads infection from one part of his body to another. Or to something else entirely.
While the scientific understanding of this puzzle is evolving, one implication is clear. “HPV vaccination is the only reliable method to ensure immune protection against new HPV infections and subsequent disease in males,” Giuliano and her co-authors declared in a recent paper.

“I never saw a wild thing sorry for itself. A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough without ever having felt sorry for itself.”

Just want to mention here next to the HPV post that another widespread cause of nasopharyngeal/oral cancers is Epstein-Barr Virus which came from the monkey kidneys in which vaccines were cultured. Epstein-Barr causes Mononucleosis, Multiple Sclerosis, and cancers. Not all oral cancers are from HPV.

Also be VERY wary of anyone touting vaccines as a fix for any disease.

Glad for the Save the Male perspective. We need to turn this extreme leftist undermining of men around in a hot hurry!
