Fading career needs a little bit of pumping up? That is my thought.
this is pretty common with porn stars to appear in such places .they do an act and then you can pay to get your picture taken with them .i know because i pissed one off as i did not want to get a picture nor did i want anything to do with her

So how does this all point to Trump? Because Stormy says so? Because Cohen was the lawyer? Is Trump Cohen's ONLY client?
Those are the reasons that 'Daniels' is not bound by the agreement. As to why Trump's long-time attorney felt that he should give her $130,000 of his own money and (in return that she should not say anything about her relationship with Trump) in the contest of a nondisclosure agreement not signed by a real person smells funny.

If the $130,000 was an undisclosed 'in kind' contribution to the Trump Campaign the lawyer could find himself in some hot water. If Trump has had nothing to do with Trump of that nature then why the big push to shut her up? Plenty of people have said nasty things about Trump that he has blustery about but not engaged his lawyers to combat; Michael Wolff's2 Fire and Fury is probably the most recent big example of this.

They are also the reasons why there is no proof that Trump was involved in any way; either the alleged incident, the payoff, or the agreement. That makes it entirely "he said, she said", which is what the demonrats love most.

Could you run this past us again? The wording of the above is very disjointed. Stuff like " If Trump has had nothing to do with Trump of that nature"... Huh?

Regardless, Daniels can't sue a sitting president, and even if she could, she is 99% likely to lose such a suit against a breach where the neither the complainant nor defendant are listed in an unsigned agreement. It's loony in the extreme.

Stormy was a consenting adult. Bill Clinton's victims were not.

And it's laughable to think that Trump would touch a prostitute even with a proxy, from a great distance.

LOL. Very true, and I don't blame her one bit, and wish her all the luck in the world.

Whether there was a liaison with her or not, whether the agreement was valid or not, this whole thing is a non-issue. That was already decided when this nation elected Bill Clinton for a second term of office knowing full well what a skirt chaser he was, and then when the full story about the Lewinsky stuff came out and he lied and lied, and was impeached but not prosecuted. The die was cast and the precedent set. Sex scandals are not relevant to how well a president may or may not do the job.
