CLARIFICATION- NOT EVERYONE HURT WAS A PEDESTRIAN. Latest u/d- Truck hit at least one pedestrian, but also an occupied vehicle. Some of the injured are from this vehicle. Reporter on scene @liliankim7 stating that truck speeding, making an illegal turn before the crash.
It is sunny here in Arizona :)

SAN FRANCISCO -- At least seven people were injured when a box truck slammed into parked cars in San Francisco's Richmond District on Monday afternoon, CBS San Francisco reports. One person was said to have been trapped but first-responders at the scene said the person has been removed from under the truck.

The city's fire department said on Twitter that one elderly pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries and another pedestrian has serious injuries. A family of five in a vehicle sustained minor injuries.

Looks like a regular traffic crash, nothing big about it-happens all the time.

Really? Seems more likely to be a common drunk as they drive far worse and far faster than a stoner.

That has not been my observation, especially in long term users, they drive like complete morons.

Probably ran a stop light as the collision looks to be at a crosswalk. Not unheard of in San Francisco to blow through a light especially bicyclists. This occurred out in the "avenues", and Geary Street runs the whole length of San Francisco - clear out to the ocean. Not necessarily a tourist area, but a street that you can go to Ocean Beach on to The Cliff House. Highly unlikely a terrorist attack. If a terrorist wanted to hit, I would say Fisherman's Wharf - it's usually packed with tourists.
